Initially the visit was good. However, when I left, I noticed the back of my heels were still rough. I know my feet were in bad shape, that's why I went. I've had pedicures before and never left with my feet like this. When I went back, the lady that originally worked on my feet told the other employee that she had already done enough and they were struggling in the moment to figure out what to do. Embarrassed by their treatment, I left. I left disappointed with their customer service, and the services they provided. To top it off, I had tipped not just one, but three people very generously. David is the only person that I allow to touch my nails. He is also very considerate of persons with special needs. In past other salons I am an amputee I get shared and comments in other languages when I get how's done. Yes some are missing but David did not even hesitate or comment love him!!!! Read Less

I love this place! I literally make a 20 minute drive just to come see David. I like how everyone is very personable and kind. Everything is reasonably priced and it's usually not super busy when I go so I really like that. I go every two weeks and I always have a great experience so I would definitely recommend this place to many! Usually when I go I end up bringing a friend and just spreading the love for this place. Love the people who own the business, they're almost always talkative and they actually remember my name! It's the 2nd closest to home, but the manicures and pedicures are pretty basic. I've gotten my eyebrows done here as well, they do a pretty good job as far as that goes, they also shape and paint my nails the way I want them. As far as nail design and what not, I'm not sure if they do it, I haven't gotten it myself.. my mother and I usually spend less than $80 here. Awesome place to go if you need to get your nails did, but if you want something extra fancy, you might want to look elsewhere. Otherwise, A+. Read Less

~ First impression when I walked in, the place seemed clean and I was greeted right away. I called ahead and made an appointment and when I arrived it took them 35min to finally help me! *They take credit cards and they have a sign that says: "only cash for tips".  *A Nail Fill for $15  -gets you only the bottom part of your nail fill, you know the grown out part and the rest they just file to blend. (Weird) *They also charge for cutting your nails shorter?! I thought that was weird too.Anywho, I've had better quality nail work, I guess you get what you pay for. I have been here twice now,  once for an eyebrow wax and the second time for a mani pedi.  This place is not a spa experience,  but they have great prices.  The results were great both times.  The guy took quite a long time on my nails, cutting cuticles and shaping them.  The massage was average.  I really appreciate them not trying to sell you on extra things.  One down side,  it's not in the nicest part of town,  so there were some interesting characters that walked in.  Oh,  and the people don't speak very good English but are very friendly. DO NOT go here they are not good, i took my sister here to get her nails dont for her bday and it took over two hours the guy named Ocean stinks he kept messing up and then he would just rip them off and do it again and when she told him he was hurting her he said to shut up be quiet that she was making him mad and then he tells her she will have to come back the next day to get them filed and buffed because he needed to leave to go to his superbowl party when she came out to the car to tell me this i went in and told him he needed to finish them now and he was so rude. so i do not recomend going there at all.
