I called ahead to ask if they had time for four, & was told 1 would have to wait 30 mins,they did a pair at a time(hour wait),charge $5 extra for nails not filed square & very rough,pushy when it comes time to pay(before your nails are done)rudely talk about customers right in front of you.Don’t bother going here! I never leave reviews but I regretfully spent so much money here... I got a full set and they all lifted not even a full week later I couldn’t run my hands through my hair bec it would all get caught in my nails. I’m not sure if I went w someone new or what but I just don’t want someone to have the same experience as me. The actual pedicure and massage was good (cutting toe nails, cutting cutical and dead skin removal). However, they couldn't do a simple flower design on my big toe and they failed to put top coat on my daughter's toes. I think we will try another salon next time. Read Less

The only reason I went here is because it's a holiday and my regular nail salon was closed. Honestly, I should've just waited an extra day and went to my regular spot. I have acrylic nails and I was already due for a fill when I broke one of my thumb nails this morning. I think the woman said her name was Kim. Well, Kim didn't seem like she knew what she was doing and I only needed one nail fixed and a fill. When I told her I only wanted the tip of my nails polished, she looked confused for some reason. Every time another customer walked through the door, she left me high and dry for at least five minutes each time, which frustrated me. Her attention was always elsewhere. It took an hour and a half for my fill... Unacceptable. The nail she "fixed" is whack. The polish job is whack. Needless to say, I will not be returning to that salon and I'm going to my regular nail tech tomorrow to fix this nonsense on my fingers. Everyone here is super nice and the pedicure is fantastic! Reasonably priced, and they take their time so you never feel like they are rushing to try and get done. My favorite nail place in Round Rock for sure! Read Less

My first experience was great! Place is very clean and well staffed. Kathy did my manicure (S&S) and paid attention to detail. They are friendly and said hello and thank you to everyone who came and went. They even have a rewards card where every visit you get a stamp towards $15 off. I will definitely be back again!
