Indulge Nail and Spa is way out of my way, but it is absolutely worth the long drive! After being mistreated by gel manicures for years (i.e. chips days after getting them done, destroyed nail beds, etc.), I finally decided to try SNS (dip) manicure as recommended by a friend. The owner helped with color selection and performed my manicure. She was very kind and was very detail oriented. I love my nails!! Not only did I find a new nail salon, but found a new service that will allow me to keep my natural nails and not damage them while they are growing out. I also opted for the green tea pedi which was also one of the best I've ever had - the products used and massage were amazing. The salon itself is easy to find, clean and inviting ambiance. My bridal party and I went there to get our nails done for my wedding and we were not disappointed! Since we were a large group of 20 people, they were nice enough to close to salon to the public for a few hours just to take care of us at absolutely no extra charge. Everyone from the owner to the manager and all the technicians are very nice and welcoming. Our hands and foot turned out great! This place is super clean and doesn't have that strong chemical smell. Recently had a bad experience at this nail salon. The gentleman (don't know his name, but slightly older) that did my "sns" nail procedure was in too much of a hurry!!! He dug into my cuticle with the sharp instrument that cuts cuticles and cut me. I winced and said "ouch, be more gentle please" and this did nothing to slow him down. This was my third experience here and it was HORRIFIC! I was there to get my gel polish removed and repolished. At first, he tried to use the “grinder” to remove my polish but after telling him it was gel he just used his hands to RIP the polish off my nails!!! Seriously, I’ve never had this done. Ripping, rather than soaking, my polish off caused my nails to tear and “fray”. Next, he aggressively filed my nails with what looked like a six inch ruler covered in sandpaper! He then pulled a cuticle cutter out of an unsterile sterilization bag - I only noticed this because I work in public health and this is against regulations where I work. He took his time with the polish, however it ended up all over my skin on every finger. I've come here 4 times now thinking I just didn't find the right tech, now I'm convinced they're all pretty bad. On my last visit I was appointed to a middle aged man who was napping when I came to his table. He proceeded to use the electric file to take the current gel off my nails, I get sometimes it helps, but he made 3 of my fingers burn. He (slowly) soaked my fingers, after 20 min I asked if someone else could help me as I still had polish on one hand and all he was doing was filing the tops of my nails. He then proceeded to "move quicker" which resulted in a TERRIBLE job. He didn't paint my tips, had polish already looking like it was going to peel. 3 days later they did start peeling up. When I said I wouldn't pay full price for the job I was told they could give me a discount for my NEXT service, um no thanks. Next time I'll save my money. Read Less

I've been going to different nail salons and spas around Round Rock for the past year, looking for the best. And I found them! I've been back to Indulge Nails twice since my initial appointment and they are RELIABLY awesome every time. Khai  is the guy that I'm asking for every time from now on though. He's done my nails twice now and I could write sonnets about how much of a perfectionist he is and how much he cares about the end result. I've shown him pictures and I've just described what I'd like- he asks questions, listens, and then double checks his work throughout the appointment with me. Sometimes, there will be an edge to a nail or a shape that I don't particularly like when we're 3/4 of the way through my nail set and before I can work up the courage to point it out- he's all ready seen it and fixed it. I can just sit back and relax. He's awesome! His work is clean and pretty much perfect every time. Tip: Ask about their chrome colors! I have been going here for a few years for pedicure/waxiing and am rarely unhappy.  They are a sweet group and have little turnover.  It's not the stressed-out-hurry-up vibe you get in so many other places.  This is a comfortable, relaxing place and if you need a water or a wine, just ask. Polish all over my toes. Worst nail salon I've ever been to. First time I've ever regretted getting a pedicure. I went here for a pedicure instead of my regular salon because I had just moved nearby. I will never go back. My fiancé got the same pedicure as me & so did the lady next to me, but my nail tech skipped half the steps on mine. It was as if she was high or drunk, on some kind of drugs. She got polish all over my toes, not just one- several, & didn't even notice. When I pointed it out & asked if she could fix it, she was pissed. & for this crappy pedicure where it looked like a toddler painted my toes, it costs more than most of the other salons in Austin area.Read Less

Overpriced, rude staff, horrid service. Such a waste of my time and money. I went before my bridal shower with my younger sister to get gel mani/ pedis. My pedicure was rushed, did not include any kind of paraffin wax as advertised, I was overcharged for the service as it was NOT the price up at the front as was listed on their brochure in the store, the tech PAINTED my toes THEN tried to scrub my heels while they were bone dry. She did not massage my legs as advertised either. During my manicure I had the same tech who KEPT CHECKING HER TEXT MESSAGES WHILE DOING MY NAILS. I had to ask her to reshape some as they were lopsided and different lengths. She completey ruined them. She also did NOT USE CUTICLE SOFTENER and ripped my cuticles off in such a way the 3 of my fingers were BLEEDING!!! My nails bubbled immediately but she acted like she didn't understand my complaint. They are ALREADY CHIPPING!!! $160 for 2 gel manicure/pedicures is a COMPLETE RIP OFF. They don't offer you any complimentary water/tea/wine/or mimosa as many other high quality nail salons will. This was my first and last visit.  I was greeted promptly and serviced quickly, however, they lack the small things which should be standard.  There was no music or TV playing, which made it awkwardly silent. I was never offered a beverage and when asked "what type of pedicure would you like', they had no descriptions or pricing to show.  They should not assume you're been there before. Services were 10% off for the month.  Basic pedicure was $32 and $29 with the January discount.  I would never pay full price of $32 at this place. Read Less

My pedicure was great, no complaints. I gave the technician a cash tip, went to check out used my credit card and was told it was $47.70. When they ran the card thru they charged me $48.00. That's not a huge difference but they told me they always round up. I made them give me my 30 cents and I won't go back. I don't like someone assuming they can take more than they are entitled to. On October 21 I visited Indulge for a manicure and I was drinking a bottle of water during, that the tech had offered me. I've been a customer for about one year and have always enjoyed my service, until this particular day. As I was packing up to leave, Holly, the tech, asked me if I'd like another water. I said No, because I'm still drinking this one. While my back was turned she put the Acetone soaked cotton balls inside my water bottle. I grabbed it and drank as I was leaving, only to discover the cotton balls at the bottom! Yes I got sick. The manager seemed very unconcerned when I reported it. I had to suggest he offer some service to make things right. He agreed that I could have a pedi of my choosing for free. When I returned for this service, he decided that I'd have to pay $15 if I wanted shellac! That I could only get a basic pedi, even though a shellac is what I'd paid for the day his employee poisoned my water. I have reported the incident to dept of health but I also wanted the public to know that Indulge is nice. .unless something goes wrong. Then, they could care less about your safety or opinion. I got greeted and asked what services would I like today and she asked me if I ever been here before and I told her no so she showed me where I can find the nail polish to choose from. Now I know there are alot of nail salons popping up, especially in the round rock area, but this shop has my heart ever since the first time I came here. First of, the shop has a beautiful set up, very roomy and modern looking!! When you first step in the shop, the friendly receptionist greets you right away. They always do a good job on my gel manicure, always! I get flaky cuticle and they clean up it right quick! I've been going to this salon for a few years now. I've had my nails done over 100 times probably. I bring my 5 year old daughter with me also to get her nails done. The staff is always very polite and professional. They are very patient even when my daughter starts acting up on some days :) They have a great color collection! I always get gel on my nails. It lasts about three weeks. There was ONE negative experience out of all of the times I've been. I called the next day, and the manager gladly redid my nails for me. They looked amazing! I went to indulge around 2 weeks ago and they were good. I was in a bit of a hurry because I had an anniversary party to go to. So I made an appointment earlier that day for around 3:30pm. I made sure to let them know over the phone that I needed to be done by 4:30pm at the latest. They reassured me that they could finish in time. I got there and immediately had to wait for another 14-17 minutes. I told them again that I had an appointment and needed to be done by 4:30pm. They said it was no problem and they would have me done by then. After the 15 minute wait I sat with my nail artist Tai. He was very friendly and sweet! He apologized several times for my wait and said he would have me gone by 4:30pm. As he was doing my nails I could tell that we wouldn't be done by the time needed. I was worried about the time when my phone rang and party was canceled due to weather. So I let him know that he didn't have to rush and we had more time now. He seemed relived. I asked for coffin shaped French tip nails and he tried but they were more or less just half coffin shaped and half square. But they were beautiful anyways and I would go back (maybe ask for a diff shape) lol. We were actually finished around 4:50pm. First time going here, but was pleasantly surprised. I got a gel manicure. Price was good and my nails turned out nice. The technician didn't talk to me the entire time except asking me to pick out my color so that was a little awkward. She also cut my cuticle a little too much on one finger and I have a tiny cut now. I got a wonderfully relaxing pedicure and foot/leg massage from Ann for $30. She was very friendly and kind. Unlike the employees at other salons I've visited she actually spoke to me during my pedicure, which was nice. She was very detail oriented and did a flawless job painting my nails. I do a lot of hiking so I requested that she not file off all my calluses like others have before because it makes my feet too tender and blister easily. She was respectful of my request and did a perfect job all around. The salon was clean and the staff operated like a well-oiled machine. I highly recommend it. Read Less

Really disappointed with my experience. While the pedicure was decent, the massage was seriously lacking... In fact, I would've been okay if she skipped it all together. When I walked in, I wasn't given an option of pedicure services I was just told to pick a color and have a seat. For the first 30 minutes of my service there was no music or tv on, just complete silence with the exception of pedicures going on.. Kind of awkward. I was never offered a beverage. No words transpired between any of the nail techs and their customers. The inside of this spa is very nicely decorated? Awful. Tried to give it a shot TWICE now. First time, decent paint, smudged design I paid +$5 for because the guy was way older and hard of seeing ( which doesn't make much sense in the nail business to me but, I gave it a chance) and only to have them start coming off in two weeks. came back like a year later or so becuase My other salon was busy. PAID $50 TO GET GEL NAILS WITH TWO DESIGN NAILS. Welp, first the dude who put them on came off like he was tweaking on some stimulants bc instead of clipping my nails into the stiletto shape I always got, he sawed at them until they were to a point. Which was rough & painful. And so hard that he sawed at a hangnail on my finger & it was sore 4 2 days after. They turned out stubby looking AF compared to my norm to me after the whole annoying ordeal but the ladies around me reassured it looked OK. Now here I am a week later with one nail already popped off and the Polish on the tip of my nails already gone. This place is alright. Nothing to write home about. I have been there twice. The first time I was actually happy with the results. Manicure was nice, color looked even and tech was nice. I have honestly been wondering if I expect too much in terms of customer service because the techs never really talk to you, they talk to each other in a foreign language and usually everything is a command (put hand here, sit, wash your hands etc)Regardless, I went back because the first time was fine. The second .... well, I haven't been back. They painted my nails with some gaps. When I got there I had to wait about 10 minutes for them to find a spot for me. Never mind that I was with a friend who told them I was coming. I ended up sitting separate from my friend. The tech rushed through the whole thing and missed some spots. There wasn't anything particularly awful about it that I can recall but it was just the same rudeness and rushing. I don't feel its okay to rush that way when I am paying full price just like everyone else and honestly its more of an industry issue. They didn't just rush with me, they rush with everyone to make as much money as possible. I went here after a coworker had mentioned they did a good job on eye brow waxing. While this is true, I have never been more disgusted at a salon. The guy who waxed my eye brows is a smoke and his fingers smelled incredibly disgusting. I was trying so hard not to inhale when his hands were in my face. After going here and I heard another coworker went here to get her eyebrows waxed and she complained of the same disgusting smell! We can't be the only ones to have noticed this. Also, this was my first time here. When I walked in I wasn't nicely greeted but rather asked what I was there for. When I told him he said to go on back. Which was some where way at the back of the salon. I was confused as to where I was suppose to go and the person seemed very irritated that I asked for clarification. I will not be going back. Pros: Nice looking inside and they use clean tools. Cons: My shellac chipped in a few days. Also lots of shellac color all over my cuticles. I asked the man to fix it and he refused. He said don't worrie it will come off when you wash your hands. I also told the manager and he said it looks fine and doesn't see what I'm talking about. The very dark purple shellac never came off my cuticles. I have washed and washed and it's still there. I paid $60.00 for a shellac mani and a regular pedi.
