I went in today around 12p for a pedicure. I asked how long the wait was and they told me 10-15 min. They put me in a chair and gave me a refreshment. 40 min went by and still no one had touched my feet - my water even drained by itself. I ended up walking out with no pedi. Such a waste of my time. Horrible experience. Has ss already when i walked in and she didnt want to take them off as the old ones kept coming off. Cut all my cuticles on all my fingers and only dipped powder once on one hand and 3 times on other bc she was rushing for another client that got in after. Read Less

I’ve been going here for about six months and these last two month the customer service has gone WAY down hill, I went in on Saturday to get a fill and the next day I had to go back in to get to of the nails replaced because they had literally fallen off and gel was bubbling because it was not under the led long enough, And I was charged to fix a mistake that was not my fault then given a $10 off coupon for the next time.....yeah there will not be a next time Read Less

Love this Nail Salon! Everyone is nice and welcoming. They do a great job with SNS nails, the pedicures are amazing, and its my favorite place to get my eyebrows waxed. I don't know what they use that is different, but it's the only place I can get my eyebrows waxed without having a breakout around my eyebrows. :) Read Less

Walked in asked for a thread. The guy called over to a girl and I'm guessing told her the wrong thing because before I knew it she was putting wax on. I was fine with that because she took her time. She triple checked everything and I could tell she was making sure that they looked great (they totally do!). While she was still working on them I guess someone else came in for a wax. A lady walked in and I could tell kind of rushing her because she as like okay okay, when I was looking at them she spotted a few that needed to be plucked so she plucked them while I was standing up. I was so happy with them and her but before I could grab my purse and coat the other lady and the customer were coming in. (Pretty awkward). Out of all the shops I have been too.. Round rock.. Cedar park... George town... Aroma nails are the friendliest I have been going for a yr. now. We get the S & S.. Noo problems... Clean & friendly! First time here, very nice and welcoming. They have plastic bag liners for each pedicure use! Bright yet relaxing set up. 3 TVs and offered water/soda upon sitting down. Kim did my pedicure, she was wonderful, thorough and professional. Very neat cuticle polish lines.  She also spent a good amount of time on massaging my feet. Firm pressure, which I enjoyed. I called this spot since I wanted to get my nails done near my house and another salon doesn't do SNS powder in multiple colors. I was also frustrated since another salon told me not to come in today since they were swamped so I was hoping to find an opening somewhere. So I gave them a call and they told me to come in now since 3:30pm didn't work for me.Parking was easy. This place was busy inside! That's a good sign. I didn't even have to wait. They accommodated me by squeezing me in. That made my day! They offer drinks to their clients. Sweet! Travel videos are playing on the TVs and music is playing. Went for a mani and pedi on Saturday. The guy did an awesome job on the pedi but the manicure the lady gave me was one of the most painful experiences of my life. She cut my cuticles on 4 of my fingers to the point I was bleeding. My fingers are swollen and painful. Now I'm concerned that the manicure tools were not sterilized. I came in and got a manicure and pedicure. It was an good experience. The clipping of my cuticles was pretty painful though and they hurt for the rest of the day and into the next. My problem is that my gel polish did NOT stay on my nails! They peeled off only 2 days later. I know this was the product and not them, BUT I feel like if your product doesn't work for your customer, refund them. I came in asking ONLY for the refund for the price of the polish, not the manicure or pedicure. And they only gave me $15. Yes, better than zero. But now I have to go spend like, another $60 somewhere else. It just really put me off. I wasn't asking for a full refund, and I was very nice. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming! I have been to several nail salons throughout Georgetown and Round Rock, and this is my favorite.The modern decor/LED lighting isn't my style, but it's clean and that's what matters. They offer wine, margaritas and mimosa's, which is a nice plus! They have several TV's playing Expedia around the world, which is relaxing to watch. This place is amazing!!! Came here a year ago when I first moved, but decided to start going to a place closer to my house which was a big mistake! The other place ruined my nails and I had a lot of cuticle damage. I finally came back here and did a pedicure and SNS manicure and they spent a lot of time fixing my hands and feet! So I must say I have been to just about every nail place in the Round Rock area and this place is the closest to being the best. They did an amazing job on my hands but only thing I disliked was there was no hand massage or anything. As for my toes the guy seemed to not know how to do a French because they were all watching him to make sure he did it right. Also I had asked for gel and wasn't given gel only regular French. They offered to redo them but I was just ready to go. Other than those mishaps overall very friendly atmosphere and there wine was very tasty. I will be coming back soon. Read Less

Very relaxing! Even though prices are high, they are the same as everywhere else in my opinion. I love how friendly they are and they offered me an iced tea which was delicious! It was my first time at this place and the staff was so friendly. They have mimosas and had some conversations about food. I was only getting a Mani-Pedi because I only got my eyebrows done by one person for a long time but she retired and was scared to try a new place. Pros:This salon is clean and has a fancy feel to it. More of a spa feel, which is excellent.Service seemed to depend on who you got, the lady next to me got an amazing foot rub..I didn't. Same pedicure choices.Cons: the nail polish is watered down, it didn't last a week without chipping and peeling. My go to place almost last me 3 weeks. I'm white, I'm married to an Asian man. Do not speak bad about clients in your chair and assume because they are white...that they cannot understand you. So they talked badly about a few clients awhile smiling and talking sweet in english..that's a huge failure.Advice: don't talk bad about your clients/customersYou have a high end, nice looking shop...don't cheap out on polish..throw it out and stop adding to it. Being new to the area from NYC I was nervous to find a nail salon that would live up to NYC standards. I walked in at 10:15am on a Friday morning and Aroma nails was packed! I was told I could get a seat and it wouldn't be more than 5-10minutes. They were right. I got into the pedicure chair ready to relax! I received a girl that obviously was not sure about what she was doing and for almost 20 minutes was still filing my toenails. Thankfully, Wendy came to the rescue! Wendy is absolutely fantastic! Not only was the job efficient and timely, it last 2 weeks! (with some minor chips) I was going on a long vacation so longevity was key! I am so pleased I found Wendy!My advice, if there is someone new or not sure of the procedure let the client know it'll be a longer wait than trying this method. I usually do not try anything different with my nails but they convinced me that it would be okay. they did a great job! they served mimosas while I was getting my pedicure and they were extremely friendly, even though I was a little indecisive. I stopped in to get an SNS manicure and a classic pedicure. I received great service and treatment from beginning to end. The salon was not crowded and they had options for various services. My pedi was pleasant and my manicure by Nina was great as well. Everyone was very friendly and customer service was wonderful. Both services were thorough and executed to my expectations. I'm not from Round Rock, but when I return, I'd definitely stop in to get fancied up at Aroma again. Read Less
