I go to this salon specifically to see Lillian  Salinas.  She has done my hair for many years. I won't let anyone else touch my hair. She does great blow outs, cuts and color specifically for me.  My whole family sees her also. She's very sweet and accommodating.  I highly recommend her. If I could I'd give her 10 stars. DO NOT BOOK WITH BECKYI am extremely disappointed, I bought a groupon for a hair cut with Becky, after submitting my request for appointment date I received several texts stating my appointment was set, I get to the salon and to my surprise her door was locked and lights were off, I called her and she said I am so sorry who did you book with me or groupon?  groupon doesn't have my schedule. She then says I have you in my book for the 2nd, so a week goes by, mind you I've been looking to get a cut from her because I had read very good reviews (2015) and this time I texted hours prior to my appointment, no reply, I called her an hour before and I was sent to voicemail. Extremely disappointed with Becky in Rockwall.She was promoting a groupon price 59$ for all over color and cut, I asked her if 59$ would cover what I was doing. She said yes.. So awesome I set my appointment arrive blah blah.. Then... She says she has another client coming in while my hair is going to be processing.. (Fine) well.. This client who is who friend comes in I feel very rushed, then I'm sitting there trying to fit myself into any conversation because it is very awkward and for about an hour and a half I'm just sitting there, while they are talking and doing full highlights.. First off why would you double book, that is extremely rude! I understand if it's a quick cut but a long highlight process is not okay. I did not get offered a drink or anything until my hair had been washed out. So then.. She ask me if I'm getting a cut? Well yes we discussed this, so she pretty much just cuts the split end, maybe I was assuming a cut was making layers or something more than cutting my split ends. So she mentioned having to use a little more product because I have longer hair apparently. (My hair was about shoulder length plus an inch or two).. So she rushes through my haircut, blow dries half of my hair washes out her other client, then blow dries my hair. Maybe I don't understand hair fully but last time I checked you at least straighten it not just blow dry it.. Then she says my total is 84$.. She charged me 25 dollars more, for very little product.. Mind you the groupon was 59$ for all over color and cut, that is insane to charge that much, and she got paid cash for it all... Mind you, I had set enough money to tip 20% of her original price. Bobbie Lewis at the Rockwall location is a miracle worker! I have not have a good experience or left happy with my hair since I had moved to Texas over a year ago and this woman changed all of that! I had gone else where previously and wanted to be blonder compared to my brunet color I had been wearing for over 5 years and my hair got destroyed. It was bleached from root to tip and my ends had become fried and dry and I had hair falling out. I was sure I was going to chop it all off. I let Bobbie know what had happened and she worked a miracle! She not only got me the color(s) I wanted but she trimmed my hair as healthy as possible while still keeping most of my length! Nicole Jones is awesome at explaining things and helping with any concerns you have. My skin looks so much better! You will be happy if you see Nicole!
