I don't make this statement lightly.........the pedicure was hands down the best pedicure I have ever had, and I've had MANY! I had my nails done also, and they turned out beautifully. My only regret is that I live 400 miles away from Rockwall. At least I visit the Dallas area frequently for work and to visit family, and you can bet if I need and mani/pedi before a visit, I will wait and get them there. Dont bother. Had not been in a while, now I remember why. Pedicure was great but gel manicure was terrible. Polish all over my fingers and not sealed in at cuticle guarenteed to come off quick. They didnt understand tips only. Go anywhere else. Read Less

I had to repaint my nails as soon as I got home because they were so poorly done. Both nail techs I had, argued about my own personal polish and even went as far to paint their own nail in an effort to prove me wrong- which did not work. Never had an expierence so poor. Then the spa mani pedi combo said $46 but they charged me $51! If you are going to talk poorly of your customer at least wait till I'm gone, not in front of you. Yea, I understood. Read Less

I decided to visit this salon despite some of the negative yelp reviews. (I was informed that management has changed in the last year, so I decided to give it a try.) I walked in on a Monday afternoon and for an hour, I was the only customer. It smelled wonderful inside, none of the typical fumes. The atmosphere was great! Quiet spa music and mood lighting. My nail tech (Jenny) gave me one of the best pedicures I've had in years. She was gentle, took her time, and made sure I liked everything when she was done. I'll definitely be back! Read Less

Thi (T) does awesome massages and he is very handsome and lighthanded so hes my first choice for pedis he didnt get irritated when i bumped my gel polish and he was so nice about it and redid it on his own. Hes my #1 at this location. Read Less

Got a full set, dip from a girl named Kuie pronounced "Q". Felt that this location being on the harbor was over priced for a full set but decided to do it because it was convenient. She was very hospitable and enjoyed the conversation she held with me, however my nails look subpar. Again, I enjoyed her but probably wouldn't go back. My boyfriend got a massage there as well and said it was good but could've been better. He asked her to do it harder and in a certain spot but was ignored twice. Read Less

I do not know why so many people wrote negative reviews. I have had many pedicures and manicures here and they always do a great job. The pedicure experience is not the most fantastic one I have ever had, but you get what you pay for. If you want the experience of a 120.00 pedicure then go to a spa and get one.Michelle is my tech and she is funny and takes her time to make sure it's a good job.I have had the same set of nails on for over a month and have had them filled once and they have not lifted or cracked at all.Give them a try and realize again get what you pay for.
