I was not talked to or asked any question. The lady sat me down and just started working. I didn't get to dry my nails long enough before another lady came pretty much pushing me to the check out counter. My nail polish was messed up on two finger before I got out of the door. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I have been here twice now... the first time I got my eyebrows waxed and the woman took off half of my eyebrows!! I honestly don't know why I let myself walk in those doors again, I guess I thought maybe they were better at nails. I was insanely wrong! My cuticles weren't even touched! NONE of the tools used were sanitized! I was charged for a design on my toes that I didn't even ask for but when you try to say anything they don't understand you! Overpriced. One of the worst manicures I've ever gotten. A good manicure should NOT take less than 20 minutes, and if it does it shouldn't cost $27! Tanning is also very expensive and the beds seem very basic. I would likely not come in again. Read Less

I've never had a worse underarm wax than at this location. They gave me a deal when I walked in with no appointment so that was nice, but they didn't take me to a room. I just sat in a chair and the lady wanted me to keep my shirt on (it wasn't sleveless).  The wax was too hot and it didn't stick to the hair (I get waxed every month somewhere since I travel for a living so I know what to expect). The hair was broken everywhere and she tried to tweeze a lot of it to her credit, but I walked away with the worst underarm waxing ever. Ingrowns the whole month and I never was hair free.
