Found this beautiful spot and tried it out. Was greeted kindly and was not sure what We wanted and was walked through manicure services as requested! I was unhappy with my underarm wax service today. The technician did not wipe off the oils and deodorant before she started. The waxing was unsuccessful and she tried to pluck the hairs out. I asked her to stop because it was too painful and I would try another time. She insisted I continue and then shaved my underarms with a razor. I’ve been to a few places and payed for jobs not well done. First time trying this place as a recommendation from my sister in law. I was impressed by how relaxing and luxurious this nail spa looks. Love this place ! I have come here frequently because they give excellent customer service every time I come. They make sure I am good and taken care of. I get my services done by Tommy and he is great and patient with someone like me who gets nervous when it comes to pedicures because some techs are rough but he is great and gentle with me and this is why I keep returning because I know I won’t have anxiety lol! Literally just left. Paid $47 for me and my two sisters nails and this is pretty much how all of ours turned out. She cut down most of my nails really short and left others long. The nail polish is clumpy and she filed them unevenly 😭. Not leaving a review to bash but just giving my personal experience for anyone interested. I'm a client at Vianna's for over a year now. It took me 6 different nail salons in the area before I found Vianna's. Vianna's isn't the best salon I've been to, but the consistency and price are reasonable since I get my nails done every 2 weeks. I love this place from top to bottom.... I've been here countless times and always am completely satisfied.... I usually always get either shellac manicure and a pedicure and the last forever ... Here recently Stephen did my full set and we did shellac and I loved it!!  He listened to exactly what I said and got it done in a timely manner ... I'll definitely be using him again...
