Everyone is super nice! Went for eyelash refill and they did an “acceptable” job. My regular lady is on vacation which is why I tried this place. I wasn’t impressed with how the room was dirty and the eyelash tech has bad habits. Didn’t clean the eyelids before beginning the job or later. Then put the eyelashes to be used on my forehead then when finished put the unused ones back in her eyelash container. Unsanitary. Sorry but I want a clean environment and eyelashes. Read Less

This was my first time here and also my first time getting dip nails! I came in to get an acrylic fill but after asking about dip nails I was convinced it was better for my nails and what I needed. I don't have time to wait on nails to dry for 20 plus minutes and it was dry within only a few minutes. Valerie was so sweet and accommodating. She gently removed my acrylic nails and proceeded with the dip nails. I'm done with acrylic nails after this! Plus her work is amazing! Came for the first time with a friend today and wasn't very pleased. I asked for a very light purple shellac color and the color I was given was more of a dark lilac Easter egg color. When I was comparing my nail color to the sample nail color, I was told it turned out to be different because "the sample colors fade/change over time." Quite an interesting response considering I've never heard that before. I would highly suggest that you update the colors more often if that's the case. Also, the nail technician was a bit unprofessional when telling a story and was saying "f***" and "bull****." Try choosing better words next time to a new customer. I also did not receive a hand massage that should have been included with a manicure. In addition, they would do some filing on one hand but not the other. I love this place so much I almost don't want to share! They have an amazing collection of gels colors. They are so meticulous! My pedi can last a month and my mani 2 weeks until it starts growing out. I have a toe nail that has a predilection towards becoming an ingrown and they always take time to shape it so it won't become one. Read Less
