If your trying to feel pampered, don't go here. If your in a rush & don't really care about how much you spend this is the place for you! Paid $30 for a pedi & it only included soaking my feet in WATER, (pure WATER) cutting my nails, & changing my nail polish color. Paid $50 to get Acrylic & Shellac....not too bad of a price but when I walked in & showed her the color of solar powder I wanted, Nina (Main Lady) said yes, but I still ended up with something I did not ask for. I got charged an extra $5 for a length of my nails. $5 for them putting the fake nail on top for the Acrylic. & they even charged me $10 EXTRA dollars on my card, after BEGGING for a tip which I didn't feel deserved. I literally wanted to walk out but kept my peace. I was unsatisfied. I was not happy. I drove 1 hr & 50 minutes to waste my time. There are better places out there. Just BEWARE of the place. The service was good, and my nails turned out great, my only downside to this nail salon is the price. I got a refill here and it was $45. Where as two weeks ago I paid $35 for a full set from a different salon. I cannot justify paying $45 for a refill. Read Less

I will never go back here again. I was quoted a price for nails and pedicure via phone. When I got there, the boss changed the price mid-service. ok fine, I let them finish and got it done. The woman cut my toes twice, and at the end she tried to charge me more than just quoted 20 minutes ago. I got home, called again to get a price quote and it was different than any of the amounts previously received. The boss is rude and the prices aren't worth the service. Read Less

I had received a new debit card with a chip which their charge system apparently couldn't read. Told the manager/ owner (not sure but she is insane ) that I would return the following evening to pay. I went as far as pulling my account up online to prove that finances were not the reason the card wouldn't go through!! Low and behold the next day this woman walks into my OFFICE!!! Asking why I didn't pay her when we had resolved everything the evening before. I would NOT step foot in this place the woman that runs things is clearly off her rocker- and no one likes crazies to show up at their place of business!Read Less

Wish there were negative  stars to give!!! I have been a regular customer for some time and recently got a new debit card with a chip which apparently their cc machine cannot read. I had to leave last night unable to pay not due to my own funds but their inability to process my funds. The owner SHOWED UP AT MY OFFICE today demanding a copy of my license threatening me! So unfounded as I have been a guest there for as long as I have and have always taken very good care of those ladies. Needless to say they have lost more that my business but any girlfriends of mine that go there will no longer do so. And I made absolutely sure that on my way home I pulled out cash to pay her. I get my nails done here pretty often because it's close. Yes it's more pricey than some other places. However, I feel that I can go longer in between visits. They are mostly friendly. They do a good job. The only problem I have is that they charge for the clear coat on top on pink/white nails. I've been to several nail places and this has never been an extra charge and they charge extra as well for glitter in the top. Either way your getting white so why should glitter cost more. Again never had "extra" charge for that anywhere. However I still feel they do a decent job and it's close to home. Read Less

I just got a mani/pedi and they did a good job but they are a little rough when they are working on you. It is also a little overpriced I think. They don't have a wide variety of colors for nail polish either. Read Less

There's nothing worse than leaving a place feeling like you've been taken advantage of. The first time I got my nails done here it was ok. Just ok. I came back only because i was nearby and one of my nails had broken, so I thought I'd give them a fair, second chance. BIG mistake. I got a refill and got charged more than the first time. Wth?!On top of that, my nails are so uneven and each one of my French tips is a different angle and length than the other. They took me in kind of late so I felt bad at first but then they charged me $20.00 for an eyebrow and upper lip wax. Are you kidding me?!! Not even at the spas in the heights or river oaks. I wish it were possible to give negative stars.  My daughter and I went together and were quoted a price of $27.00 each for refill solar nails, without telling us of price changes by the time they decided no we were having "full sets" done we "owed" $88.00.  Oh no the glitter costs extra... Not anywhere else we have been.  Oh the gel coat to keep the nails looking right costs extra... News to me.  The base of your previous set is coming loose, that means it is not a refill but a full set... Also not at any previous nail salon.  I would caution strongly against going here unless you just have spare money laying around. Read Less
