Its an okay place. Am giving a 3 because my nail chipped before the 3rd day, not sure why. Got a deeping powder done. I will visit again one more time before finally concluding if they r worth it or not. Ok so have been back here twice and my dipping powder nails have been really great. This lady is very very rude. Charged my credit card and said she did not and when I first went there she was very rude. Beware and go to places that appreciate Customers and their Business. We work too hard and they have nail shops on every corner. Absolutely ridiculous. I would not referred them to no one. Read Less

I rate this place a 3 bc of the cleanliness... It was dirty here, but the lady whom did my nails did a great job. Gave me a hand massage and shoulder massage with my basic manicure. She listened to my needs. Read Less

This was the first nail salon that opened up by our newly constructed neighborhood, almost 10 years ago now. The staff is wonderful, the seats are comfy, very clean, yummy beverages. Love them. Definitely recommended. Read Less

It was good to see some of the people that Crystal loved to have come in.. She loved having her shop and I know she loves the fact they it is still open I enjoyed working with the ladies there. Im so glad that they let me be apart of it. I tried to help but I know I didn't do half as good job as they do and their faster. I brought my entire bridal party here (8 girls!) the day before my wedding. They opened up early and got us all in and out with only three of them working! It was amazing! They had mimosas ready to go and all gave us unique designs and really took care of us. I will definitely be getting my nails done here & let me not forget to mention they do AMAZING with eyebrows! Great job on my nails! I have only been twice so far, but my nails grew after my first experience! Be patient...all of the nail techs work on your hands so that no one has to wait. It's a process! If you are a talkative customer,the techs are not so much. Read Less

Came here once because my friend took me. It was around this time last year. We both got Shellac and a Pedicure. I paid for her pedicure, and all my services. 1) One of the ladies cut my toe nails and now my toe nails grows awkwardly. I can't blame them? Yes I can. My mother does nails and used to do mine all the time so I know when someone effed up my nails.2) I choose a shellac color and they picked me another color without telling me. I wanted a dark red but got a purple-ish color. My gel nails came out so thick that I was able to remove the whole thing I next day3) The equipment is NOT clean. The lady just sprayed it down and put it in the oven. 4) When we were leaving the lady stopped my friend and gave her trouble be they said she didn't pay when I clearly paid for her. I got really upset and start to speak in Vietnamese to them then they let us go. I haven't been back since. I rather go to the one in the gas station than here. Read Less

I've been to this shop twice in the past couple of months, they are so on and off, my nail designs look different and they couldn't even make the design that they made last time...the owner is argumentative and doesn't listen to the customer.  Me and my friend's polish is fading way too soon too.  We're not going back! Came here last minute with a friend to get mani/pedis. Prices here are much higher than many other places in the area. $40 for a pedicure? I figured i'd give them a chance anyways, since it appeared to be a pretty clean place. My pedicure was fine. The shellac however, was the most ridiculous process i have ever been through. The lady who did them painted on such thin coats, that the color came out to just look like clear nail polish. My friend's, who picked out the same color as me, looked good though, so I pointed over and asked her to make it look like hers. Instead of doing what I very politely asked, she said that she couldn't, and then started talking about me in vietnamese and rolling her eyes. Just because I don't look 100% vietnamese doesn't mean I don't understand it!They obviously don't have things organized either. The first lady told me that shellac nails were $30, and the second told me it was $32. Because i was so unhappy with my nails, the owner took off $7. Big whoop. Worst experience ever. other than the fact that this place is RIGHT behind my house, i probably wouldnt recommend it. the salon is fairly new so maybe they dont have their system down yet, but i have been to plenty other salons that treat customers better for the same price. i came here a few times on an emergency basis (needed nails done asap for an event that night) and well, if i had the option, i would go elsewhere. will return when i am in a jam, and ill update my reviews accordingly!
