My sister and I made appointment to get a mani/pedi while she was in town. Tina was my nail technician and I really enjoyed how she was attentive to one client. The service was great, while my sister was being serviced the technicians that worked with her were going back and forth between clients. Tenure clients seemed to be the focus in the nail shop. That's great that you appreciate your tenure clients but new customers can eventually be tenure clients as well. Tenure clients had someone cater to nails and feet at the sametime. I gave 5 stars based on the service I received, my sister service wasn't give star service due to three different people worked on her nails. Great place. New to the area and selected this salon based off of the reviews. Very friendly. I did have to wait a bit but was placed in a chair and soaked till the pedicure began. Lisa was amazing. I was a little apprehensive based on being the only customer for more than half of my pedicure. But I am happy to say that was honestly the best pedicure I've ever had in my life. She was thorough, did not rush, never hurt me. She made sure I was happy with the color by putting on an extra layer. And it's so close to home for me. Great experience! Read Less

Awesome pedi and medi with hot stone!  Relaxing, their patient, kind and they definitely didn't rush on doing my nails.  Not like other places they rush and they want you out quick. I would recommend this place to anyone who asked!  Very timely and patient service.  Ladies are friendly and genuinely want you to enjoy your time there.My mother-in-law and I both got manicures and pedicures.  I got shellac on my hands and regular polish on the toes.  We opted for the Deluxe as it was a girls day out.  Pricing was reasonable for the amount of time and effort they put in, EXCELLENT VALUE!!  I posted the pricing they have as of today, may change over time, but you definitely get what you pay for here!If you want a nail salon that will not let you down, come here for sure! Love this nail shop!!!!!! They are always very kind & do not rush on my nails. I love getting my pedicure from here and they have lots of colors to choose from. Im so upset that i went to another nail shop on Sunday ( only because they were closed and it was an emergency) and they gave me the worst service i had in my life! i will be staying at Nail Sensation as long as i can!
