I've been to this nail shop more than 5 times between pedicures and dip powder on my nails and it has never disappointed. Nancy, Ivy and Thuy are great with the dip powder and the others who've done my pedicures are great as well. No complaints besides when its busy they dont spend as much time with you. This place was horrible. They cut my skin on my toes in three different places and I have a crooked big toe nail and no my nail doesn't grow that way. The polish job looks like my 5 year old did. You also can still see my previous shellac color on my nails. Terrible. Never have I left a shop only to go to a different one to redo. Read Less

I have been going to this establishment for about one year now, recently I have had two very terrible pedicures. For the most recent pedicure,  I didn't see the extent of how bad it was until I got home (it wasn't from me messing it up, the color was coming up over my cuticle on all of my nails). I called requesting a refund. At first the manager said okay, then he called me back saying "the worker will not give you a refund and wants you to come back in". I tried to explain to them that I have a newborn and twin 16 month olds at home and could not come back in but they continued to say they will not issue a refund. I will not be going back. Read Less

Been coming here for 2 years and I love them so much. Nancy always does my eyebrows and she never fails. Everyone else is very nice, it's sometimes packed but it's worth the wait. And if you dont have time to wait, schedule an appointment, they're soo good. Read Less

My girlfriend and I was recommended to this place. We usually can walk into a nail salon and get a feel of the atmosphere. We both came in for a shelac mani & basic pedicures. First off DO NOT come on a SUNDAY! Waited 20min before sitting in the pedicure chair. Then waited another 30 min before I  decided to no longer get a pedicure. They're staff does not work well with being fast paced and still providing quality work. Even if they're short staffed I asked for a marble colored design and my lady told me that it would be too expensive to get that on all of my nails. Instead she should of just said it would take too long. Also If you don't know how to do something just say that! My girlfriends manicure is too thick and lumpy, it's just a hot messNOTE: this is not somewhere u want to go if u want something hip and funky like something you would find on social media.Basically go at your own risk Read Less

After me and my wife visited at Model Nails , we're surprised they are has many changes , look so beautiful and very very great service with fair price . Decent prices $25 for a pedicure and they do a great job. You can get a deluxe for $30 or $35 can't remember for sure. Not that much difference between the two...paraffin wax might be the big difference. You might have a wait a few minutes even with an appointment but that's expected at most places. Read Less

I love this nail salon. The owner is so friendly. They have great color selections. They always take their time and do a meticulous job. The place is always clean. I think that they do a great job massaging. The hot stones are so wonderful. They have a customer reward card, and you can earn a free gift card for 20 dollars. I love this place, go during the week  b/c on the weekend they will pull some ppl from AMC across the street and those people are not very good.  Hence why I dont go to AMC nails by kroger.  Pedicures last forever and nails are always done well!  It is clean, friendly atmosphere! Read Less

I went to Model Nails right at the entrance to the neighborhood. 1st time in about 3 years to get my nails done nicely, so let's just say my standards aren't too high to begin with.  I just wanted to treat myself for once.  That said, this place was way below my below par standards.Then the girl doing my nails starts talking about me IN FRONT OF ME. She kept asking if I wanted to get waxed repeatedly.  Finally I told her NO bc I have been getting lazar hair removal and have a membership to an eyebrow threading place.  So I know there wasn't any hair on my freaking upper lip.  You have to shave the hair off for lazar treatments, so I had just done that, so don't keep asking me to wax something that isn't there.Then next thing I know I see her talking to her coworker silently, but pointing to me and to her face (gesturing about my eyebrows and lazar treatment). I just stared at her and when she realized I was staring at her she starts laughing and saying "Oh, I was just telling her what you told me about your lazar stuff....." I looked at her and said "I know. Let me guess, you're not married are you?" I think that caught her off guard.  I don't plan on going back.  Way too pushy.  And that's pretty crappy to be talking about someone right in freaking front of them when they are about to pay a lot of money for a service.
