This is the correct salon. I wish I could give this place zero stars. The owner Frank was very nice, but they charged me 151 for a terrible manicure and a normal pedicure. The shellac looks grown out and thick. It is full of bubbles and they kept trying to add on services, like shellac on my toes and overlay of acrylic on my nails. They were rude when I said no, until I felt so uncomfortable I finally said okay. At one point the manicurist even asked if I was Asian and when I said no she said okay good and laughed. That let me know that they were probably talking about me. The manicurist cut me twice and insisted I get acrylic under shellac, which looks awful. Really awesome salon. I'm a dude and this was my first pedicure and I must say that one,it was amazing,and two, I felt really comfortable and did not feel judged. Came here as a recommendation from one of my friends. Angela was very courteous. As a guy, its difficult and sometimes nerve-wracking finding yourself in a business that society recognizes with a majority female clientele. Was greeted the second I came through the door and was offered a beverage while I waited. I forget the staff member who did my pedicure, but they did a great job removing my calluses from work (I wear work boots 5 days a week and am on my feet regularly). The staff, specifically Angela were very reassuring of my confidence as a man in a nail salon. Within a few minutes, I was in heaven. RUNDOWN: I gave 5 stars because I do love my nails. so check in was nice, I wasn't offered a drink at first but did receive an apology and was told it slipped her mind. I was a little irritated because as a client that paid over $100 for my nails, I do expect them to be immaculate! She was frustrated with me and definitely let me know it!! 😐 what really got me is that I come to relax and I couldn't do so. Usually the massage with the beating etc is asked to stop upon doing the DESIGN not when shaping or putting a solid color on, then it took for the owner /nail tech to walk away MULTIPLE times to tend to other people might I add just for me to change the settings on the remote. She kept insisting that she would put it on low, I'm tall so I definitely need to adjust to be comfortable. All in all the woman who did my pedicure and also Christina who did my design were great! Nice and also very accommodating. I've visited this location 3 times - twice for manicure and once for pedicure. My pedicure experience was great and the young lady who did my pedi was amazing! But can't say the same for my manicures. Both people I had were very impersonal and did a pretty lousy job at cleaning up my cuticles... The guy I had even cut some skin when clipping my nails. I had shellac nails done from here which lasted longer than any other nail salon I have ever been to (about 2 months). There was never any annoying chips or cracks that causes snags to hair and clothes which happens within 2 weeks after getting my nails from any other nail salon. Keep up the great work and products! Mani pedi and waxing were alright. Nothing special. Paid my 40$ and left. Next day, I check my bank account and I see they charged me 80$?! I go up there and they claim I had eyelash extensions done? I have the shortest eyelashes ever so clearly that was false. Anyway, after a LOT of back and forth as to WHY I was charged extra, I find out it's because ANOTHER customer got an eyelash extension done, but they didnt know who or what card THEY used, so they just went ahead and charged MINE! In the end, my refund took a good two days to hit my bank account so I spent an extra 30$ in overdraft fees to my bank bc of their stupid mistake! Will never be back. Read Less

On a whim I decided to go get them done because I've been living the 'coffin' style nails on the way home.  Found this place on Yelp and what can I say, this place made me feel sooo at ease! Showed Angela (front desk and daughter of the owner) that I wanted coffin styled names and that I haven't done it in years.  She sent me over to Lily (owner) who did an AMAZING job!!! Lily made me feel at ease and offered suggestions in length and such because it's been so long since I've gotten fake nails.  End result- I LOVE THEM!! The worst service and quality ever. They ruined my nails, left them extremely thin (my nail is red and it hurts if i barely touch it), filed them into short tiny triangular tips. She made me bleed on the sides of my nails because she was filing so hard trying to turn my nails into triangles. I was so upset, i asked them(2 ladies, 1 on each hand) to stop immediately and the manager tried charging me $35. I didn't pay and walked out.Don't trust the manager, she's the older lady, i didn't get her name. I'm sure the other nail techs are good from what i see in the pictures but NOT the older woman. I have been to this location 3x. The first time, I was with Lucy. She was the best manicurist/pedicurist I had ever had! She introduced herself, had personal conversation with me, told me different remedies to make my nails stronger while working, etc. She was fantastic. I requested her for my second visit. Unfortunately, she was no longer there for my third. So I decided to try someones different. Lilly did my nails (and she had done them the very first time I came in), and she was very rough. The first time I was with her, she was upset about the miscommunication that I wanted only painted nails and not solar nails. I thought this was the reason she was rough, because she had already started setting up with me and had to finish. This recent time I was with her (after wanting to give her another change), I had to personally ask for her name, and she didn't offer me the different manicure packages. Again, she was rough, and my nail started bleeding. She initially wiped it off with the towel and didn't wait for it to stop bleeding before she put lotion on my hands. She then sprayed my finger with alcohol BEFORE using the solution that's supposed to stop the bleeding. Then she pressed down and back on the cut area with hard pressure. It was painful, and I pulled back whenever she was rough. I still see where my finger was cut (in three different spots on the same nail), and my finger is still swollen and sore 2 days later. Also, when she was about to apply the base coat, I had to show her the clear/chalky-colored nail polish residue I still had on my fingernails from when I did it at home. She said she didn't see it, but she did go over my nails again with remover. Also, now that I think about it, my hands were not soaked in warm water before the whole process began..Kelly did my pedicure on my most recent visit. She was wearing a name tag, and did a pretty good job overall. She spoke to me about her family and showed me pictures of them on her phone, and made jokes and laughed with me. Very friendly and personable. Also, the woman at the front desk was incredibly nice. Also very personable. The environment, as always, is amazing.Overall, I really miss Lucy, so I do not know if I will be returning. And in reading the aggressive, name-calling, less than professional replies by management on the "less than great reviews" here on Yelp, I don't think I want to return. 4.5 stars if possible..I visited for the first time this morning, I came in at 10:20a for a 10:30 appointment and didn't leave until 12:38p. Another thing was, that I was quoted a  different price for my services on the phone. I prefer to check prices before going into a new shop and  know what I'll be paying for, however due to the discrepancy my nail tech made sure the extra $$ and the time spent was worth it.She took her time and made sure to ask if I was satisfied periodically. I got a French overlay and the classic pedicure... I will say for one of the basic pedicures it was actually better than any delux I had ever had from any other salon/spa, hands down!! Ask for Adam if you want to really relax and wake up with beautifully done feet. And Kim for precise French. The salon itself, was very clean and mildly busy for a Saturday.  I overheard a guest next to me saying that the weekday evenings are a tad less busy but then again I was there long enough to see the traffic flow change from morning to noon and it wasn't so bad lol. Had the best experience today! Made an appointment with no one in particular. I just wanted to make sure that I was in and out without waiting. Lucy was assigned to do my pedicure and Tammy for my nails. I showed Tammy a picture of the idea of what I wanted. She was honest and said that she hadn't done it before, but she was going to try her best. So she actually did a wonderful job; my nails turned out just like the picture. I love my nails. The nail techs are super friendly and they did a good job. You can usually get in fast, but the service itself is extremely slow. It doesn't take over 2hours to get Shellac and a pedicure...We had a 20% off coupon that I tried to use the first time I went there. Granted, I misread the text that said "off of $50 service". The Manager Kevin said that if I have a combined service of at least $50 that I can use my coupon the next time. Awesome. I totally understand. Today I went, since I needed to get over $50 of services I had the shellac and Ultimate pedicure. Total came out to $63. Gave him my coupon for 20% off... then he told me that he wouldn't accept it because it needed to be over $50 on ONE service... I let him know that the last time I was here that HE was the one that verbally told me and acknowledged that it would be ok to use on the "combined" services. I let him know that I wouldn't have gotten all of that if he didn't tell me that ahead of time. He rudely said that he never told me that and that I had to pay the $63. Due to the poor customer service that Kevin gave me (and slow service and small selection of OPI polishes), I will not be returning. A friend of my mines told me about Milan Nails and I decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did. I received a fullset, done by Lilly. She did a great job. I wanted an cotton candy color, but they didn't have it. So she mixed two colors of powder together to create the color I wanted. She took her time and my nails turned out great. I called on Wednesday, made an appointment with Jessica for 2 pedicures, Shellac manicure and eyebrows for today at 9am, it is 9:30 am and she had the audacity to not show up and no one else offered to help us, by even getting us started with our pedicures. Ethan is nothing short of amazing!I haven't worn nails in forever but felt like bringing my super girly back for 2016 and was on the hunt. My good ol BFF Yelp led me to this new spot that is super close to my hood. People raved about Ethan so I made an appointment and came in.The decor is super upscale with any service you could imagine as well as they offer complimentary drinks by request. I told Ethan what I wanted and he worked his magic. He gives me coffin nails with black powder and they are so freaking fly I can't even handle it. I have gotten so many compliments and most of all he is fast. This place is extremely convenient for me because I used to have to go all the way to sugar land to get my nails done whenever this place is just 5 minutes away from where I live.When I first came in, I was greeted right away, they asked if I wanted water/wine/soda and I said water would be fine. Haha they also didn't give me the tiny water bottles that most nail salons give out either, they gave me the actual size water; which was nice. Also, I came in for Arcrylics! I had a specific color in mind before I came in, which was a baby pink ombré to clear/white or anything baby pink / nude. So I showed the technician what I would like and they helped me pick out a color. i'm a very indecisive person, and when I finally chose a color, they told me they ran out of that one whenever they went to go and check. I wasn't upset or anything, but they still managed to try and mix colors/powders to get a perfect color for me. But eventually I picked one out that was in the between of nude and pink which was perfect.Now, I showed the technician the "ombré nails" and she seemed kind of skeptical about doing it, so she asked (who I believe) the owner to come and look. The owner then gather the nail color I chose and some white powder and mixed them together to see if it would help with the ombré but it merely made a difference. But I told her it was okay that we didn't have to do the ombré.In the end, the technician did my nails EXACTLY what I had in mind. I was extremely happy. Haha I'll post pics btw. So all in all, service was great, they were very patient with me (it literally took me 10 minutes to choose) and my nails came out exactly what I wanted. The place itself was very nice, it's not like most nail salons around hwy 6 where it's tiny and has one side of pedicure chairs and another side just for manicure. From what I saw itLooked like they had 6-10 pedicure chairs both sides of the store and 6-8 manicure tables which was great. But what I did notice, was that the salon was kind of dark inside! I don't know if it was because I came in at 5 when the sun was about to set but I would recommend brighter lights! Other than that, everything was amazing. Definitely my go to nail salon right now.
