I hate to give 2 stars, because I've been going to meadow nail for the past 2 years, and they really were great...but the past few times I've gone, it seems like the service has gone down hill. They have burned my legs twice now because the rocks they use to massage were too hot. Also, the lady who did my pedicure was so rough, it was not enjoyable at all. If I could leave a 0 I would. Licenses are expired and the "manager" yells at customers. My nails were refilled and looked so bad I went back to have them fixed and was told only one person could do them so I came back again and then the manager denied being the manager and refused to refund my money and threatened to call the police. Terrible! First off, my nails hurt from what is just supposed to be just powder nails. They filed down to much and hurts. My nails are uneven and not pretty polished at all!!! After my pedicure, they realized my toe nails were not evenly matched with nails as I requested so they just put another color over the original color that they chose to match. Not going back! The prices are very reasonable for the level of service and I found the massages seem to be longer than most places I've been to before. DO NOT GO HERE! I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I got a manicure and pedicure, and I got charged TWICE. I let them aware of it and they didn't give me a refund until the bank reached out to them a week later. Also, the owner cut 3 of my fingers and didnt even apologize or clean the blood. I would give them 0 stars but that's not an option. Went to get acrylic nails taken off and to get a manicure which took almost 2 hours. It was horrible!!! When she was taking off my acrylic nails she cut me like 8 times with the little machine. She shaved off practically all of my actual nail to where it hurts. I told her she hurt me she just said sorry and continued 7 more times to cut my skin. Then she didn't file my nails properly and she painted my nails in a hurry I was very disappointed. I will never go back again. I have fuzz stuck on the Polish and she just painted over it. It was just horrible. Won't waste my money here again. I'll stick to driving to my nails place even tho this was closer. Read Less

Worst place ever...took my daughter and her best friends to get manicures. The employees were rude and did not give the girls what they requested. When issue was brought up to manager she did not try to fix it; just walked away without even an apology. We will never return!!! Read Less

This is my go to salon by far. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is pretty personable. It's also a great place to take young children for pedicures, they have cute little butterfly chairs. I have been to almost every salon in this area, this would be my favorite. Read Less

I love Juli, she does my solar nails perfectly every time, and I'm very picky about the style. She listens and gives me exactly what I ask for which most nail techs don't do. I make the drive from Rosenberg and it's well worth it!Read Less

I urge you not to go here especially if you don't want to end up sick.It was my second time going and the pedicure was rushed. She cut me twice on my right foot. Two days later I got a big weird scrape rash later to find out it was a bacterial infection from the pedicure that has now spread. Very gross! Read Less

dang!!I really need a new place to go and was excited that this place was close to home and orange leaf... ha!  I had to ask 3 times for them to fix the 'spots' on my nails, they didnt scrub my feet much, totally missed the entire manicure part and just did the hands for gel nails... and now, less than 24 hours later... they are already bubbling up and ready to peel off.  UGH!!!!!  I am pissed I tipped the nail lady, as she ran out 1/2 way through and let someone else do it... (she seemed to do a better job).  I am pissed I will have to go back to a different place in less than a week to redo my nails... just aggravated at the lack of service all together. Based on my 3rd visit I have gone from 4 to 2 stars. My 2nd visit left several of my cuticles bloody and my nails just weren't filed/shaped well. My 3rd visit took forever about two hours to do refill/pedicure. And again my nails are so poorly and oddly shaped wide and not filed well, they look fat and the powder was placed in a big bubble on top and not smoothed out to look natural at all. There are about 4 nail shops near here that I have tried. This one is the best! The best shellac job that last about 3 weeks.  Others have peeled off within a week!  They take their time to do a good job.  I don't have one negative thing to say about this place. Read Less

I truly love this place.  Very personable staff.  Friendly atmosphere.  Most importantly the best quality service I've seen.  Standard pricing.  Your nails will be amazing.  They do shallac the best.  I received many maby compliments on my nails.I have three friends who go here also.
