This is the ONLY nail salon I will go to in the DFW area. Great prices and I love the manager and the staff they are always so sweet and accommodating. I ALWAYS get compliments on my nails everywhere I go and I go once every two weeks. You can’t beat the prices or the service. They also have THE BEST dip nail colors 😍😍 all the negative reviews are bs cause I’ve never had any issues and I’ve been coming here for over a year. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. It has taken me years to find the perfect nail salon, I’ve become very picky in my search and realized, with so many salons in this area why should I not go to the best and be 100% satisfied. I think I found my permanent spot here. They really are the sweetest bunch of people. Every time I have gotten work done here it has been impeccable, lasting up to four weeks with out crack or chips on my dip. I am hard on my hands and obsessed about washing them, so to have quality work like this is refreshing. I recently treated my girls l, two teens and a 7 year old for something special. Everyone did such an amazing job. However my seven year old loves to have different colors and gets her heart set on the pattern. Because I was across the room, with in eye sight, I wasn’t able to speak up for my daughter. She was bummed she didn’t get asked about the pattern. The job was perfect other than that, I was trying to my explain to my daughter after the fact as we waited for my older girls to finish up. Then Jessica, the store manager, was so attentive, she could tell my daughter was disappointed and wanted to do what she could to get a smile on her face. She was so quick to apologize and was willing, without me asking to make it right. Unfortunately, we had to come back another day due to being short on time but when coming back Jessica approached us with the biggest smile and was ready to help, the entire time being so kind. They really have great customer service here and all their technicians do beautiful work. I think I have found my nail salon home!!! I want to start by saying they are wonderful at doing nails and very nice and clean, however, my mom and I were getting gel pedicures and they had the UV light plugged in and turned on over the water in the bowl. When we asked them to drain the water they said don’t worry the light never falls in. After asking several times they finally drained the water. I will go back because they do such a wonderful job but it will take just one time of that light falling in. Read Less

Best nail salon in Richardson! Amy does my nails and they always look perfect and last way longer than they ever have. Tom does my pedicure and he gives one of the best foot massages. He actually puts effort into the pressure. Place is super clean and the massage chairs are great too. They also have a great selection of colors! So happy it’s close to my home! Read Less

If I could, I would give this place zero stars. The technician was sloppy and distracted, seeming more interested in talking with her coworkers than providing me service. She applied fake tips to my natural nails and actually cracked one to where it came off. Instead of taking it off and reapplying a new one like I asked, she just added more glue and proceeded to chat with her coworker. Later in the service, she shaped my nails but they were all crooked. I pointed it out and she gave me an attitude and told me that's how they should look. After I insisted that they needed to be fixed, she filed them down but by then, my nails were all uneven and different lengths. I am very disappointed in the service and end product. Read Less

At the beginning of the year I decided to try Sweet Nail Bar, mainly because my nail technician was moving to this location to be an owner. I had been with Jessica for over 6 years and when she told me she was moving; I knew I had to go too. I am so happy and pleased with not only the convenient location, but with how clean the facility is and the amazing staff. Jessica although an owner still takes care of me and makes sure that I am getting the best service. Everyone here does great high quality work, Amy is hands down one of the best technicians I have ever had. They have multiple colors to choose from for the dip powder as well as gel and normal polish. The facility is very clean, the pedicure spas are very nice with a deep glass bowl and massaging chair to sit in. They also offer waxing and lash services. Simply stated, I love this salon. The manager and staff are professional, friendly, perfectionists. (And isn't a perfectionist exactly what you want in a nail technician?) They consistently exceed expectations. Every manicure and pedicure I've received has been meticulous and beautiful. I always receive powder, and not once has my manicure chipped. I can depend on a solid three weeks, and even then, the manicure is still perfect; it's just that my nails have grown too long. I became a customer the moment they opened and feel truly blessed that they are in our community. The salon is pristine and the decor provides a stunning ambiance. THE GOOD:5 stars for Amy's eyebrow waxing skills! She fixed my rainbow shape into a sexy arch! Yes!The staff is also polite & kind.THE BAD: a full set of acrylic(nothing special,not dip, not almond shaped etc) Starts at 35$. It's overpriced in comparison to surrounding salons who start at $20 & have great results. I will say their gel manicure wasn't completely terrible...they dipped it quickly & price wasn't too high.
