I go and get my eyebrows and lashes done here by Tracie and she is the BEST!!!! She’s always very polite, friendly, and personable. I don’t care for the young nail tech Ashley with the highlights and glasses, she is rude and not friendly at all, definitely needs lessons in customer service. I have always had a great experience at Poshe! I moved to Richardson in October and this has become my new nail place.  I always do a walk in on the weekends, I have only had to wait once and it was maybe for 10 minutes. I think the pricing is pretty fair. I go monthly and get the classic pedicure which is $27, its nothing fancy but gets the job done. Read Less

I've been there a few times and the service has always been average. The last time I went I was extremely disappointed. I was assigned a mail esthetician whose own mails looked awful. I asked him for dip and coffin shaped nails which he completely messed up. He incorrectly applied the tips and also over filed my nails. He hurt me several times while filing my nails. He even filed one nail so much that now it is growing crooked so i had to cut down my actual nails short. Since then, I went to Aaria Nail Salon where they did a phenomenal job and also where I found out that the reason it took so long to take the dip off, because the esthetician from Poshe did not take off the previous dip all the way and instead proceeded to put more dip on top of my nails. The esthetician also did not make my nails look smooth. I was extremely disappointed with this place and how they have employees like that working for them. It's rare that I'm mad enough to leave a bad review, but here we are. I don't get regular pedicures (4-6 per year), so it's a treat for me, but I'll never come here again. Today: My toenails were cut unevenly, leaving them jagged and odd-looking (and too short to be reshaped), the polish didn't cover my entire nail, so there were strips of unpainted toenail next to the side cuticle, and instead of painting my pinkie toenail, she painted some of the toenail, some of the toe. So weird. Also, right as she was about to start painting them, two more customers came in. She rushed--and I mean RUSHED; the speed was impressive--the paint job to get to the new customer, which explains the weird pinkie paint, but in doing so, she used such thick layers that 3 HOURS later, the polish still isn't dry. Oct.: they used the wrong NexGen color, and when I pointed it out on the first nail, the nail tech (a different one from today's toe painter) told me I was wrong and the color would show better when it was done. Spoiler alert: I wasn't wrong. July: Birthday mani for my kid. They cut her nails too short and the polish was jacked. The attached pic is how they "fixed" it. I recently visited Poshe Nail and Spa before going out of town on vacation. The cost was more than $55 for a pretty basic mani/pedi with polish. When I was done, I told the woman with whom I had been chatting the entire visit, that I would like to tip $10 out of the $20 I handed her. She suddenly lost her grasp of English, rushed me to the front and disappeared with the $20. The tips of my nails were fading the same day. By the second day, there was chips and peeling. I was hiding my hands and looking for polish remover. Even though the polish on my toes lasted longer, my heels were way rougher than when I went in.My polish typically stays on until I remove it because my nails have grown out. I've never had a manicure that lasted less than 2 days. I definitely got ripped off. Read Less

This used to be a great place to go, all technicians did great work and appeared to want to take their time and do a nice job. Since they changed owners it has been horrible, just doing a minimal job to hurry and get finished. Did nexgen and started chipping in 2 days. Finding a new place!!! Read Less

Great places with great services! I live half an hour away and don't mind the drive because they do amazing nails. I didn't like my nails color the first time I went in so the manager had do my nails for free to fix them. Their NexGen is amazing . Anyone you get is great, though! Highly recommend ! Read Less

Like many of us, I have been to many nail places but Posh Nail Spa definitely stand out as one of the best I have been to. They have eared my repeat business for sure!. They are clean and professional and offers great customer service, great attention to detail . It seems like a very well run place. They offer you water upon entering, which is a great touch. If you arent "upper class" or dont look the part, you'll be talked shhhh about. This salon kind of reminded me of high-school. The women customers were probably in late 30s and all of them looked like they've had work done to their faces. Im in my 20s and saying that about them! Also the coworkers talk a lot of shhhht!I came here after work. It had the most reviews Ive seen from a nail salon so I figured Id give them a try. I have yet to find a nail salon I love. I decided to get Nexgen and Peppermint pedicure. I got seated quickly and they did their work at the same time. The seats are okay. Before I began Nhung, and Hellen (I believe her name) were speaking their foreign language and looking at me. They were making fun of me cause of me (guess cause Im plus size). Reason why I know they were talking shhh is cause they laughed and whispered in each other's ear. Then asked if I wanted something to drink and when I said No they said "You sure?" It was just bluntly rude and embarrassing.Ive seen better places. This isnt type of treatment I pay good money for.*** MY MANICURE AND PEDICURE.They did a good job or more than decent job on my nails. I couldn't even massage peacefully because I was "shaking" too much from the chair and it was interfering with her work on my hands. So I just turned the massage chair off.Will I be back? No. Too much sh1t talking from the workers. But Most places pick at my nails, make me bleed or poke at them which inflicts pain. They didnt. They were gentle so thats good. Emmy was my Nexgen person, she was fairly nice and did a good job! But she made a comment when she she grabbed my hand to the other side of how Im not flexible. Jeez, okay yeah Im a plus size women but Im not horribly bad to the point where I cant buckle my bra from behind.They were pretty fast with their work so that was a plus.
