Down on their LUXX The first time I went 2 months ago the service and quality were incredible! Now it is abysmal. They use dirty towels, do not clean their nail stations and will argue with you about it. The first few pictures are of the side table after they "cleaned" it. When I sat down it was covered in green polish powder freshly ground off another customer's nails. I pointed it out to the manicurist who said it wasn't dirty. After pointing out the nail grinder powder she wiped at it with a towel she proceeded to use for my manicure. The next photos are of the "fresh" towel they brought for me to put my hands on. The last photo is just what it looks like. They had dirty towels on the floor. Given, it's a better place for them than my hands but certainly not safe or sanitary. If you like your nail salons sloppy, unhygenic and combative, this is the place for you. Read Less

I went to another nail salon the same day and waited 25 minutes past my appointment for a service I knew would be rushed and sloppy because I didn't know of another place. During my wait I asked a friend where she went and I immediately left and went to Luxx Nail Bar and never looked back. This place smells AMAZING. Very Clean. Not like acetone. Their staff is so friendly and they take their time and do a fantastic job. I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated. I will never go back to my usual place. Absolutely love this nail salon!!! Stopped by in desperate need of a mani/pedi and had an amazing experience. The salon is very clean and comfortable. They have tons of really awesome gel colors and and matching polish for toes is available for most colors. Karen was my manicurist and she is absolutely wonderful. She made the shape of my finger nails exactly the way I wanted and gave me quite possibly the best pedicure I've ever had. I had a bad experience before I got here and they greeted me as soon as I walked in and told me it would be 30 minutes before they could see me. The lady that did my nails did them in 40 minutes and was very experienced and my nails turned out wonderful! Highly recommend this place. Read Less

I moved to Texas a year ago and was on the hunt for my go to Luxx. I always get my usual nail extension NexGen and spa pedicure. I was referred to Luxx by my co worker and I’ve been coming here twice a month ever since. I am ALWAYS satisfied with the service I’m provided. I love their variety of spa pedicures you can choose from. The quality of service speaks for itself, I always leave happy with both the health and appearance of my nails. The staff of Luxx is the main reason I come back every other week. You can find a good nail salon but it’s the staff that makes the experience incredibly special. Karen,Andy, and all of the staff are always so welcoming and willing to make sure my experience is relaxing, comfortable, and top notch. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and service. I was greeted right away and was seated at a pedicure chair promptly. The apple tini was delicious! The tech did everything I requested when taking care of scrubbing my feet. The polish station has TONS of choices and my toenails look super cute. I WILL be back! Thanks Luxx! Read Less

BEWARE!! My sister and I came to this place and we were treated so badly . The lady that did my nails forgot to cut my cuticle along with other things. She didn't even give me a hand massage. She did the bare minimum. After she was done she just got up and left while I washed my hands. She didn't even say bye or anything . She immediately started working on another client, which means she was using the tools she just used on me ! Same situation with my sister. It gets WORSE !! Less then 24hrs later my sister got an immense amount of itching all over her hands. She was quickly taken to her doctor and was diagnosed SCABIES !!! Read Less

Honeslty it was crap. Maybe I came on a wrong day or got the wrong nail person. I'm not sure but my nails look like crap, they charge ridiculously and I felt extremely rushed. So here's how it went -I came in to get a pair of black acrylics. The guy immediately wouldn't let me get them, he said that next gen was better and just completely insisted I didn't do acrylics. Fine whatever. I didn't want anything fancy (which is what the salon is known for) just a simple color and Clear coat which I assume would have been easy considering the reviews on this place. Well the guy was rough with my hand, made my nails different lengths, didn't cover my whole nail with the next gen, missed spots on my nails with the nail polish , didn't shape them all the way, and constantly looked up from my hand while using dangerous equipment on my hands!!!!! You have to visit this place. The hospitality is through the roof! The women took care of me. I walked in and was immediately greeted. Its extremely luxurious, very clean, they even serve complimentary drinks while you get pampered. Its my new favorite place!Read Less
