Today was my second visit here. I came 2 weeks ago with my husband for pedicures. It was decently priced and the pedicure was good. Today I came in for a mani/pedi. I got the deluxe but was robbed of my extensive massage which I paid for. Also, I'm going to have to go buy a pumice stone to complete my feet since she was too lazy to do a decent job. I even had to call her out because I saw her just touching my cuticles with the tool, not actually removing them. My big toe was filed to a slant and I had to get them to fix that too. My manicure was decent....just had to grab the nail polish wand to fix her paint job myself. Here's the thing...whoever you are when you go to get your nails done you want to look,good and feel good...paying for the opposite is ridiculous. I will never frequent here again...management obviously doesn't care if you're unhappy....no one said a word to me as I complained and pointed these things out....get this...the manager grabbed his keys and left as he realized I was unhappy! My wife went yesterday for the first time, trying to stay closer to the house, and a little cheaper. Her nail polish is flaking today. That was a waste of money. She would go back but we had to go out of town. She shouldnt have to go back if they would have done it correctly. What a dissapointment. Read Less

Walked in randomly and got gels while my friend got her nails done for prom. Her nails looked absolutely amazing! They are really good with glitter acrylics! I got gel and they were okay. I've definitely had better and they were a bit see-through. But they were nice and quick and seemed clean and that they were experienced! Read Less
