I would put 0 stars if that was an option. Workers here are VERY SLOW! Customer service is tracery bad. When I came in they told me it would be a 15 minuet wait, I have been waiting for over a hour now! They finally put me in a pedicure chair and had me wait there for another 30 minuets. JUST RIDICULOUS

One is crooked which doesn’t make sense because these are my nails. The acrylic is very bulky. I’m very dissatisfied with my service and I will not be back...

I went and got my eyebrows done for a banquet I have on friday. I told the lady “i just want them cleaned up” and i come out with super ugly thin brows. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Very friendly and professional, at times of high traffic, they all ways make you feel relaxed and refreshed. Quiet soothing music playing, drinks are available, attention to details.

I always expect to wait when I go to a nail spa without an appointment. The wait wasn't very long today considering that all the pedicure stations were occupied when I arrived. The owner was very attentive and made sure the person doing my pedicure was aware of my special needs. I have been there many times and I have never waited an hour for sure. The place is kept clean with new equipment. Pleasant experience for me today.

I have been waiting for hour and still no service and there not really busy but someone walks in they jump right on to apply fake nails hers the owner was to busy to work talking personal stuff

I always expect to wait when I go to a nail spa without an appointment. The wait wasn't very long today considering that all the pedicure stations were occupied when I arrived. The owner was very attentive and made sure the person doing my pedicure was aware of my special needs. I have been there many times and I have never waited an hour for sure. The place is kept clean with new equipment. Pleasant experience for me today.
