I hadn’t been in a really long time so I decided to give it a try. The pedicures are over priced. I also got a fill, and the lady literally did a HORRIBLE job. She got mad because she filed my nails coffin when I NEVER told her I wanted coffin. I wanted straight. So she “fixed” it, but since she was mad about doing the extra work she decided to have an attitude and to do a crappy job on my nails. After I left I went a bought a nail file and fixed them myself. It looks nice inside but that’s about it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here. Nails are overpriced as it is, so if someone wants them a certain way then that’s how they should get them. I have been going to this place for a few months. The people are nice enough but each time I’ve gone I’ve had something done to my nails that I didn’t like. Today I got my eyebrows waxed and they had the receptionist do my brows. She left the wax on too long so when she pulled the strip off my skin came off too. Now I can’t wear make up or even touch the area it hurts so bad. I don’t think I’ll be returning. Going to have to find a new place to go. Read Less

I came in for dip nails as I always do. But today, she tells me they do it “different” and can’t dip my nails in the way I requested (the same way I do it every time I come) so she proceeds with using acrylic... I told her that’s not what I wanted... she became upset with me when I asked her to stop and remove it... I don’t want my nails this way.... then of course starts speaking in her native tongue to the lady next to her... the only thing I picked up on was “powder” “dip” and obvious frustrated facial expressions.... then asked me to pay 10.00 for removal. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! i loved how Quinn did my nails! He was professional, never had me wait for him yo get my nails done, even without appointment and did a great job! I week ago I walk in I ask for Quinn, to my surprise he is no longer at this salon! Totally bummed! Owner Angeline asked what I needed I explained to her she sat me down immediately, I did notice it was busy so I asked how long is the wait. Sure enough she said “no wait I can do right now”! Sat me down, put my nails in acetone for good 20 minutes I asked how much longer will it be to get someone to start my nails. Angeline asked me to start removing the acrylic and shellac off my nails. ABSOLUTELY NO! I came in to have them done, otherwise I could have removed it at home. 30 minutes later, techninican comes and starts my nails. Angeline telling the techinician in her native language how I didnt wsnt to cooperate in removing the acrylic and shellac. So not nice to talk about your clients in your language. Technician insisted in adding all these other services when I clearly told her what I wanted and how! I probably told her 7 times no thank you just do what I want! She rushed through my nails, left them uneven, didn’t file them more because its considered “CUTTING SHORT” and its an extra $5! Unhappy with overall service and final results! Love Love Love!!! I have been going here for years. I travel from Midlothian to get my lashes done. I love them. They look super natural because thats the way I like them. Very good prices and I always get in same day. The nail techs are up to date with the latest styles. Everyone was very friendly. It looked as if it is kept very clean. I wanted a certain service done with my pedicure, and was talked out of it! But, we will see if their way works! A nail salon I went to for years knew I got ingrown toe nails on my big toes, and started putting the fake nails on it. It seemed to help the ingrown problem I was having, but here said that it doesn't help to do this service! If I get an ingrown quickly I may have to start driving the hour back to the salon I went to before! But, I will see what happens! Read Less

Went in with my very terrified and nervous boyfriend. He had never gotten a pedicure before and after YEARS of begging and pleading he decided to give in. I told him how great it felt and how it was life changing. We were not asked if we had ever been, we knew nothing of the "menu" or what was offered on the different choice options. I got a half ass soak in a luke warm tub, literally slapped on the product and then rubbed quickly it in (I felt like I was putting on my own lo...tion after a shower) with everything, the oil the scrub the lotion. everything! There was no "exfoliation" or "dead skin removal" or "callus removal" until I said "uhhh wait r u gonna use that metal grater?" Then they acted like I was stupid and i didnt need it. TRUST ME I DID. the hot stone massage was a quick rubbing of hot rocks on my legs and then set the stone on my foot. I mean it was soooo rushed and ABSOLUTELY not worth no damn $55! WORST PEDICURE EVER. and now my boyfriend thinks im crazy for spending money on pedicures every few weeks. The best part was in the end they sprayed damn body spray on my legs....tf?. Honestly all the people who gave bad reviews need to go back and see how different the place is compared to what they said. Lady at the front was really enthusiastic and had a good attitude. I got asked if I wanted something to drink not once but twice. I came in thinking that I was going to get standard acrylic pink and white nails, but my technician (Amy) suggested that I try dripped pink and white instead and she did such a good job. In my honest opinion I think as long as you go into any service establishment with a good attitude you will have a good experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place.Read Less

My first visit will be my last! My experience was so disappointing... I walked in and saw how beautiful it was inside and how pricey their services are and I thought, well their service must be top-notch to charge this much. WRONG! Everything was awful. The staff all come off rude, the overpriced pedicure was SO painful and miserable, no one offered me a drink or the massage chair controller, and when I started looking/groping around my chair for it, my technician very rudely... snapped at me and said "what are you doing!?" as if I were up to something! I should also mention I was the ONLY customer at this time so it's not like they were all too occupied/stressed to offer a pleasant experience. After my pedi was done, I was moved over to sit under the lamp, which I know is normal, but after 25-30 minutes went by and there were no employees in sight, I assumed they were done with me and just hadn't said anything, so I proceeded to go and wait by the counter to pay, where, at this vantage point, I was able to see to the back corner of the salon, where ALL of the staff were huddled around one of the pedicure chairs eating burgers and fries and chit chatting while I'd been sat down and abandoned at the nail lamp. Unbelievable! Eventually someone reluctantly pulled themselves away from the group to come ring me up at the register. Ruby did my nails and I love them!!!!! The whole experience was wonderful! I made an appointment with Ruby and had to add my friend at the last minute and they were great about accommodating us both. It didn't take hours like it usually does at other nail salons and the work was amazing. I highly recommend the margarita pedicure by the way! I will definitely be back!!!!! Read Less

Yesterday was my second time back to angel nails and now my new nail place! I use to go to beyond nails but they couldn't get me and three others in at 6 on a Friday for pedis (which is understandable given it was an hour before close) but angel nails could and the atmosphere is sooo much better, massage chairs are something fierce and they love to hand out wine 😉 Thank you angel nails!
