WORST PLACE EVER!!! I went with Tina & she did such a horrible job. She messed up on my shape, and she was extremely rough. She told me to go wash my hands so I did. I left my phone and my card on the table & she grabbed it and swiped it!!! When I went to turn on my car, my nail polish was smeared. I will definitely NEVER go back. I basically just threw away $27. Went for the first time yesterday with my daughter & my sister. Neither one of us walked out 100% happy. I got a manicure, shellac removed and new shellac/gel paint. The nail tech soaked my hands in a bowl of acetone instead of using the cotton & foil, which took longer and the removal was more harsh to my nails...When she filed my nails many of them were slanted and uneven. I pointed this out several times but it was never fully corrected. She did do a nice job on my cuticles..The paint was thin and didn't fully coat my nails correctly, maybe the brand they use. Over all my personal experience wasn't terrible & my nails turned out decent but not what I'm use to. When I got home I did have to file my nails to straighten them up. My daughter unfortunately had a pretty bad experience. She had solar & tipped nail removal and gel paint applied to her nails. During her manicure every one of her cuticles were cut & bleeding. Her nails were left uneven & the polish was done sloppy leaving a mess under her nails...also not a full coverage paint. My daughter said the lady was rough and caused her pain. My sister got white tips which were pretty decent but no attention was given to her cuticles and the job was rushed. It seemed they rushed maybe due to it being closing time soon & other customers were coming in. Regardless..attention to details were over looked and our experience was not what we had hoped. The actual salon looked disorganized & not as clean as I would like. I will more than likely never go back & return to my normal place. Read Less

I highly recommend Kim or Na-Do for nails! They always do a great job. If I have any problems they always fix it if I go back in. I rarely have any issues.If I have an issue it's usually my own fault such as breaking a nail. Prices are very reasonable. They also do Pedicures and eyebrows. Read Less

GREATEST Nail Salon, I had extensive foot surgery and continue to have issues with my feet and toes and the employees at the salon are ALWAYS proffessional, freindly and extremely helpful. I go at least once every two weeks and walk out feeling like I am walking on air they make my feet look beautiful too!!!! They are so good I have my husband and son using them now too! Read Less

i've been a na regal nail customer for a few years now. I am really happy about the way my nail tech do it. Ann take everything really careful and make sure you are happy with what you want. Ann is really good. My nail can last until over a month without doing refill. i am highly recommend Ann with everybody. Steven is really about pedicure. he will give you a great foot massage. uhmmm almost forgot, my nail tech, ANN, only work on the weekend. so if you want to see her, come on Fri, Sat and Sun.
