3 years I've been going here but, since the new management took over, the quality of service has dropped dramatically. They waxed my eyebrows and ripped off the whole inside of my right brow. There are two girls that I would never let touch me again. The one girl messed my feet up so badly that after a month, they still aren't healed. I'm actually afraid to have a pedicure now. I'm not sure why this salon averages at 3 stars on google reviews. It should be 5! I went there for the first time today and was VERY impressed with the service. They even changed my toe polish after I mentioned the color was different than I expected. I offered to pay for a polish change since it was my mistake but they said it was no problem. This place was a second choice after my favorite spot nails plus was way backed up. We walked in and it felt like I was in to a shark tank. All the ladies were bustling around pushing us to chairs and rushing us. No one offered a beverage... ok no problem I guess some places don’t do that. The lady did not really speak to me. Wasn’t rude but not nice. Ok I looked past that. The time came where she was putting the hot towels. She used 3 towels for my feet. I told her the last towel she used was burning my toes and could she remove it for a minute. She said “ the towel very small and you very big”.... I couldn’t believe that. As someone who is doing a service you would think that wouldn’t be something you would say to client under any circumstances. Also it was unnecessarily expensive. While visiting a friend in Houston, we decided to get our nails done. We went to Nails of America on the same day of the Lunar New Year. They were short staffed due to the holiday, but the manager Tony was very attentive to everyone. Tony did my nails and they are perfect! I selected an SNS nail color and the finish is very smooth. I normally don't take the time to write reviews. But seeing in this case the people who do are only the ones that have something negative to say, I want to set the record straight. I absolutely love this salon. I live in kingwood and go out of my way to go here because they're just that good. They are the best I've found in this area. My nails look amazing every single time. I do the powder dip kind. It's really only guaranteed for two weeks. I usually can go a month, even though you can see the gap from my nail growth, but they NEVER chip. They're always very friendly, and I'm not an easy customer because I'm so picky and they usually end up having to mix toenail polish colors to match my finger nails. They work tirelessly and don't complain. A lot of times I've still been there when they close and they've never made me feel bad about keeping them late. My nails are so healthy they have to trim them shorter every time. The powder is the best for your natural nail. I get compliments all the time on my nails. Give them a try. Avoid this place at all costs.  They ruined my nails and it's taken months to get them back into shape.  I've been there for a pedicure where they cut me.  I've had brows waxed there and was red and swollen.  They have burned and cut me with that tool they use on your nails.  Please do not go to this salon unless you like pain and a crappy job. Do not go here!!! I usually go to the NOA in the back of Kingwood, however it got flooded, so I decided to try this one. The color selection is horrible, the front desk staff isn't welcoming at all and they try to rush you the whole time. My husband and I both got our feet done and they were ok, my polish isn't that great though. Then I got my nails filled, the girl that did them had my nails so thin that one broke within 4 days then within 6 days three were cracked. I went back and they had some lady "fix" them.... well she definitely didn't fix them! She couldn't sit still the whole time, she kept getting up and walking away looking around and constantly leaving me just sitting there. She didn't even redo the nails she filled off the top coat and put on a clear powder so you could still see the french tip under the clear coat and the then put the gel coat back on top. Also when she was done my "accent" red nail on each hand didn't match either. A week later my thumb hurt so bad it was waking me up at night so I took the fake nail off and I have an infection!!!! I will never ever do business with them again and I hope they are in no way associated with the other NOA because they make them look horrible!! Well after spending over $100 for a manicure and pedicure, I now get to go find another place to redo. I order the more expensive ones because I expect to get what I pay for. My toes have paint on them, bubbles in polish on most toes, nails not buffed like I asked, nails not even filed, and cuticles are a mess. The lady was nice, but that's not what I paid for. I love this place! The owner are so kind & helpful. I called in to set up an appointment for 15 loud lady's ready to relax & get pampered (bachelorette). The woman I'd talk to made setting up the appointment a breeze. We all arrived & was accompanied by campaign & the staff was just amazing! The establishment was like no other nail place in kingwood, it's super nice. We as a group really enjoyed ourselves.... We all was all pleased w/ our manicure & pedicure outcome! Pleasing 15 tipsy loud woman can be difficult, they manage to do it somehow.  I will still continue to come, made it my permanent nail home. Keep up the great work & service! Read Less

I love this nail salon!! I used to be a nail technician years ago so I am very picky. This salon is always clean and has a upbeat atmosphere with Christian music playing in the background. And all the staff are very nice and they do a beautiful job. I do have some favorites like Van and Anna. But what's so great about this place is that it is such a large salon that you rarely have to wait as a walk-in customer.Even though there is a closer location to my home, I prefer this location because it would be very hard to beat. I called before I went in and asked for a certain person that is known to do a great job before I went in.I get there and the front desk lady sits me with a male nail technician. Throughout the entire process, which ended up being 2 hours, I had to continuously correct his mistakes. Then, I paid 45 bucks for nails that looklike crap. I'm a mom of two, this was a treat for me.I would not refer this place to anyone. All they care about is getting their money. They could care less that I needed someone that knew what they were doing. I didn't deserve to pay 45 dollars to instruct one of there obviously worse technicians. Never again! Definitely will not be returning. I met my girlfriend here so that we could get our nails done in a stress free environment and just relax. One, I will say it was very clean and pretty, but it was very loud. It wasn't easy to just sit back and relax. They had a great choice of gel colors to choose from. I went with a hot pink and what I thought was an opaque white with glitter. Unfortunately, it ended up being clear with a little sparkle. I felt extremely bad asking her to kindly redo it if she didn't mind. She argued with me and got an attitude afterwards even though I said I was sorry and I misunderstood how it would turn out. She got up and walked away (not sure if it was out of frustration or to grab something), but my friend and I just looked at each other like, "whoa." So we ended up putting the hot pink with the clear glitter over one nail on each hand.. which wasn't what I wanted, but I just said that it was fine. At that point I was so uncomfortable that I just wanted to get out of there. The lady doing my nails and her coworker were talking about me to each other saying, "I don't know why she wants this, you can't even see it." I just ignored it. She began to suck up to me and was very friendly after. I paid for my nails and my friend's nails.. which was $72 plus a 20% tip in cash. I shouldn't have left a tip, let alone paid for the crap service. Oh, and three days later it's already starting to chip, yet they promise no chip for 1-2weeks. Will never ever return. Read Less

Terrible nail salon... way overpriced. Really bad quality of nail polish. After 2 days shellac started turning different shades, went back and told me I did something and would not own up to the bad quality of nail polish. Owners are very rude and unwelcoming. I've been here twice now in the few months I've lived in the area. I have to say both times I've been very pleased with my mani/pedi. But the owner, ugh! The first time he threw the CC receipt toward me, I thought it was a mistake. Super busy. They offer a complimentary glass of wine... Franzia. But water is good as it's really hot with all the wall of windows that have no curtains... in Texas... in the summer. I got a french manicure with shellac. The white shellac was so thin that after 2 coats there were spots that I could still see through. But I was in a hurry and needed to just get it done and go. The U shaped nail area is so busy and with that shape its loud as it seems everyone is talking at each other. It'd be great if you went with a group, though.
