I moved to the area and this was my first visit to the salon. I had tried 3 other salons before I tried this one upon a recommendation from a friend. The salon is beautiful and very inviting. I just love Molly at the front desk. She's so friendly and helpful I felt very comfortable right away. She offered me a beverage and sat a talked to me until my appt. Jessica was absolutely the best. She asked me a lot of questions about my wants and past hair services to make sure she did what I was expecting. The whole time she foiled, cut and straightened my hair, she explained and suggested better ways for my hair to achieve the style I was hoping for. I can't say enough about her. My bridal part got there hair done here and I'm so blown away by how professional and just absolutely incredible this place was . From the very begining they were so easy to work with and and responded quickly to calls and messages. When we walked in everyone was so warm and friendly.the ladies in this salon really know what they are doing. Everyone's hair came out stunning and they listened to our request and did what we asked. Not only that but they aloud me to come back in last minute to do a touch up 30 min before I walked down the aisle. This is by far the best hair salon I have ever been to. As a brunette..."of a certain age"...I'd come to the realization...that the time...had come to begin...lightening my color in order...to veil the footsteps of time...marching across my head... After moving to SPI...from SA...I thought I'd never find...another great colorist...and I would be destined to...wear hats forever...but...I was wrong...thank the good...Lord...... I found Jessica...!!! On August 29th...2017...my possibility...became an absolutely...gorgeous reality...!!! My hair color...is perfect...!!! Jessica did a number on me! A rainbow of colors in my hair that did a fine job of counteracting the feeling of frumpiness that overtakes all of us "women of a certain age." (My suggestion is to give her free rein - the woman is an artist.) The salon is comfy, but they are moving to their new digs in the old Lacks building soon, which should be even nicer. I love this salon! Taylor is fantastic, and forever accommodating! Nicole does my hair and I love it every time. It's the only place with a tanning bed with in 45 miles. The bed is spacious, comfortable and fast! I will stick with them a long time! Read Less
