If i could give 0 stars i would. Got eyelash extensions before a date and she literally ruined my eye. She got glue in both of them n so much glue was in my right eye that it is now INFECTED. yes people INFECTED. her tools looked dirty so i guess she never washed them and also she left so many gaps between lashes. Do not recommend this place at all! Went there last night and instead of looking better I came out looking worst. My nails came out so ugly, and not to mention my eyebrows. The lady was talking on the phone the whole time while doing them and I ended up with really thin chola eyebrows and I specially told her I just wanted a clean up, not to mess with my shape. This is my favorite and the only place I will go to get my nails, feet and eyebrows done. I just love my Mindy. Every time I call she always try to accommodate me. If she can't get me that day then she can definitely get me first thing the next morning. She pays attention to detail. If I don't like something she will redo it for me. If she doesn't like it she will redo it. She is helpful at times when I am not feeling my best, she figures out for me what to do with my nails and I usually like it. I gave this place 2 times at bat and each time was a strike out. Their process for a simple mani-pedi is horrible. I went in for a gel mani regular Pedi. The work was sloppy and not well done at all. I return to have the gel removed, they soaked my nails for minutes than used a scraper type tool to scrap off the gel taking 2 layers of my actual nail with it. I explained to the women she was damaging my nail,"No No you will see" she said and its taken about 5 months for me to get my nails in a healthy state. Read Less

Wish I could give 0 stars. This was my second time going and I know for a fact that I would never go back. The first time I attended I received awesome service (pretty sure the owner was the one who did my services.) However this past time the lady who did my pedicure was rushing and didn't communicate throughout the whole process. Cut my nails the way she wanted. I didn't even see her open a new package for tools. When she finished with my pedicure she proceeded to use the same tools that she used on me on the customer right after me!! I was furious! She kept denying that she was not using the same but she did not open a new package with me and placed the same tools in her box without washing them. Also after my pedicure she took off the linen in the spa chair, did a simple rinse and proceeded to the next customer. So gross!! Will never return. Read Less

The staff at Tic Tac nails always make sure that you are taken care of as soon as you walk through the door, which eliminates wait time! I have never waited more than 10-15 minutes at this salon and have visited at all hours! My favorite person at this salon is Mindy! She is very good with understanding and relaying exactly what you want done as a customer! Most everyone is very friendly! There is only one person on the staff that seems to be in a bad mood every time I have been, and I personally experienced her "mood" first hand when I went with my friend for pedicures. She wasn't very friendly, and she was very short with my friend. On a positive note, if you have children, this is the salon for you! The staff ADORES children and understands that Mommies need their pampering too! They will keep your little ones occupied by cooing to them and entertaining them (if they aren't too busy of course) I appreciate this more than anything, there have been plenty of salons I have walked into and gotten nasty stares and automatic whispering, but not here!
