They do a decent job if you want someone to paint gel polish on your fingers and toes. For $47 mani and pedi, you are getting the basic service. Paid for a friend to get a full set of whatever she wanted and they told her no on her polish choice. We will probably try somewhere else for full acrylic sets so we can have what we ask for. Came in with a bridal group. The bridesmaids paid for the manis and spa pedis for everyone. Good experience overall. The bridesmaids had to leave when the bride and her mom finally showed in order to go work on the reception area. Found out from the bride she was denied the service she wanted. She asked for glitter french tips and a full glitter ring finger. They told her it was too much glitter so they only gave her a glitter tip on her ring finger. I received a gift certificate for Christmas and have gone for the last 6 months!!! Not one problem!!! NO NICKS, NO INFECTIONS!! The massages are GREAT!! I get both mani and pedi. My first time here! Got a mani/spa pedi. Good price and Tina was terrific. We had a lovely chat while she rid my heels of barnacles and made my toes look pretty again. Her three year old kept a running commentary up and was very entertaining. I loved the massage that comes with the spa pedi. It was so relaxing. My nails got a good shaping, too! First time I went the prices were what caught my eye $32 for a full set?? I've never paid over $30 and when she was pulled out the powder I asked do you have a medium pink or anything darker and she snapped at me saying that was the dark pink (it wasn't it was the typical clear powder) and a day later at work one broke so I went back to get it fixed. I told her I had one nail needing to be replaced and she goes "hmm...yeah I don't have time come back at 5" it was 12 in the afternoon and she had two people in there!! So I went into corpus and got it fixed. Two days later the nails just started to fall off, which has never happened in the 6 years I've been getting full sets. I was so disappointed. I spent $32 for 4 days of having nails. I'm taking myself into corpus off of staples street anytime I need my nails done, cheaper so the gas pans out and the nails lasted longer. Disappointing. Unfriendly staff and I was nicked TWICE (ouch!!). Above all, the massage was pitiful -- half the reason I get a spa pedicure is for the glorious massage!! My 2 year old could have given a better, more focused massage. The technique itself was fine - my nails look okay - but overall, a definite lack luster experience. Save your money or go elsewhere.
