**sigh**  Another mediocre experience at best.  I struggled in finding a polish because the majority of the traditional polishes were weird brands.  There was perhaps a handful of OPI polish on the shelf that looked old.  I sat down for a mani/pedi.  Tub liner was used, but the tech came out with a tackle box and the unsealed tools were in her box, so I am going on a wing and a prayer that the tools were sterile.  I was given a menu, and decided to go with the spa mani/pedi combo with callous removal for $45.00.  The tech tried to up sell me on services, which is very annoying.  The pedi was just meh with little work on my heels despite the extra callous removal costs.  My clean-up mani was a little south of meh with a little bit of filing and pushing by my cuticles.  Also got my brows waxed for $10.00, but the tech again tried to up sell me on other waxes telling me the I have a mustache.  Really?  That is incredibly offensive especially when I don't.  I sat in the pedi chair for the brow wax, and I still had to use tweezers when I got home to clean up my brows.There is a margarita machine, so perhaps they liquor customers up so they leave happy?  Ugh, still in search of the perfect nail salon. I wanted to love this place is really really want to but the reason why I gave this place 3 stars because when I went in for a pedicure, everything was going well and when the lady started and I notice she grab her nail cutters from a plastic little box. I don't know about y'all but im used to seeing them coming from a sterilized bag, it freaked me out making me uncomfortable thinking if they're really sterilized or not. I really enjoy this location! The pricing is very reasonable (I can get a pedicure and nexgen nails for a total of $60) and they always get you in and out quickly and you leaving satisfied. There is options for drinking too - you can choose between champagne, wine (red and white), and they have a marg machine. The staff is always attentive and very friendly too. I love this place! I have been a couple of times an Loan does a great job every time. The shop is clean, the people are personable. They always ask if you would like something to drink. Absolutely loveee this place. Been a regular every two weeks for the last 4 years and I refuse to go anywhere else. Jane is amazing at what she does and I will not have anyone else do my nails. She'll give me an honest opinion of what looks good and what doesn't, that's why I trust her 100% with my nails. I'm the most picky person but she has never ever failed me. Annie is also great at doing nails! Most nail techs here give the best pedicures without rush, no matter how crowded or busy it gets so you get what you pay for, but I usually prefer to have Hannah do my pedicures. I don't usually get my lashes done but when I do, Lisa does them and they always come out beautiful!The spa itself is very clean and not to mention they offer complimentary wine and margaritas while you enjoy your mani/pedi to get the fill relaxing experience. I will break my rating into the three important parts of a nail salon (for me).1 - cleanliness: very clean. The pedicure bowls have liners. All tools used were new or just cleaned. 2 - gel manicure and regular pedicure - longevity for the polish is impressive. My nails held up to me cleaning my entire home without gloves and moving. The lines of my gel (shellac) manicure are very clean. The gel colors have a matching regular polish color for your toes.3 - the manicure/pedicure experience. This is why I am giving a 4 instead of 5 stars. The massage portion of the experience was very lacking and almost non existent. The massage for the pedicure was 4 minutes of rubbing an exfoliant on my legs (not pleasant) 1 minute of lotion rubbing and then wrapping my legs in towels (which I believe cost extra). Little to no arm massage with my manicure. I will return. The end product is what matters most. You can have an amazing massage and terrible looking nails. I care about the latter (but please I ask to up the massage portion). Read Less

Enjoyed coming to this business several times, so naturally, I thought it'd be a great place to go and relax on my birthday. NOT! My friend had been neglected for 1.5 hrs with her feet soaking in cold water. When I brought this to the manager/owner's attention, he was completely defensive, arrogant, rude and unapologetic.
