Came in earlier today for a mother’s day pedicure, place is lovely but my $65 pedicure left me with stinging on my heel. I told her several times it was hurting ... now wondering when it will stop hurting. She rubbed my heels raw. Thought I would try Legacy Nails in Plano based on all the good reviews.  Went in on my lunch hour for Nexgen.  I got Sam who was awesome!  He did the best job and in under 40 minutes.  I am very happy and will make this my new regular nail spot. Read Less

Came because of the rave reviews, and was not disappointed. Walked in with a friend, neither of us had appointments for the middle of the week around 6pm. Though they were reasonably busy, they sat us right away and took care of our mani pedis, even staying almost 30 minutes past closing to finish us up!My friend's technician was definitely friendlier than mine, but I totally understand being tired at the end of the day! My technician was still polite and did a great job on all my nails. There was some confusion about which mani/pedi options I selected, because I told a technician who didn't end up doing my nails, and it seemed like the information didn't get relayed correctly. If I hadn't been paying attention, I would not have gotten what I asked for. Which was important, because the reason for my visit was the manicure I chose and thoroughly enjoyed! I would come in and pay for the hand massage alone. Prices are not cheap, but comparatively not too expensive. Especially when you consider what you are getting. Salon is clean and beautiful, with a wide variety of polishes and powders. It's conveniently located in an up and coming area of Plano/Legacy yet somehow is never ridiculously packed. Went here after spotting the amazing reviews and photos to check it out myself,and I am amazed! Walking in, someone greeted me and assited me right away. The salon is beautiful and very clean. I decided to get nexgen nails done with added tips. My technician was named Jason and he was really helpful in helping me choose the correct color and filed my nails the way I wanted it to be. He was very attentive to details and took his time to make my nails look fabulous. With added tips, the total cost of my nails were 45. I will definitely be back for all my mani/pedi needs! 1st experience with this salon. I'm not as pleased with my current salon's employees and their skill, but that's another story. I was placed with Tracy for my nexgen and she was so patient with me while I decided my color and even changed my glitter color to a completely different one! Walked in with no appointment and was greeted by such a friendly guy who asked me to sign in and what I was needing. I informed him I want a full set of dip, he sat me in a chair with books to choose my color. Bebe was my nail tech, super friendly, didn't try to continually up-sell me, which is nice. I just left this place with the most BEAUTIFUL nail job I've ever had. It was definitely well worth it. Price wasn't crazy, I got nail extensions with nexgen color 46 and let me tell you, the nail tech was male and I made the mistake of not getting his name, he was so careful and very gentle on my nails with the drill and making sure everything was meticulous. This is my first time coming here and it is the first to the next many times I will be back. My nails are even, the perfect length of what I wanted, and are just amazing. It was around 2:30 pm, sat immediately when I came in and I got out within about an hour with no appointment! The salon was very clean, modern, and they even opened a new pack of tools in front of me (clean, very much appreciated). Another thing, the hot towel at the end was heavenly. 10/10 would recommend! Best experience at a nail salon. I had bitten my nails down to nothing and too ashamed to post photos ha! You'll just have to trust when I say these people are miracle workers. I walked in telling them I'll pay extra if they can somehow add tips, do nextgen, all without touching/hurting the skin around my nails. And, don't file on my nails too hard since they're very sensitive. They smiled, agreed it's definitely not a problem as if they've seen this before. Of course I wasn't charged extra, but I tipped well because they didn't hurt at all during the process, my nails look amazing, and I wasn't even lectured about biting my nails. 1st Experience: It was very late around 7 pm and I came in after work. There were not many people in as they were closing soon and they sat me right away, introduced me to my nail tech and offered me a beverage. Everyone was polite. MY NAIL TECH WAS AMAZING!!! Thank you Jay! I mention the time of service because for me it was a long day and I'm sure it was for everyone at the salon too as it is the holiday season. Jay took the highest initiative to inspect my nails, give me advice for growing them and keeping them healthy while still wanting to have the Nexgen on them. My nails were absolutley PERFECT! I could not stop looking at them! The shape was perfect and he took his time and I was so thankful! I have tried many nail places and he has done the best so far!2nd experience: I came in to get a nail repair right when they opened! Again I was seated immediately and taken care of. I just wanted a nail repair because it had been only 2 days but I had already broken a nail  I told them I used my hands a lot at work and that I would pay to get them repaired. They INSISTED to repair the nail for free and also all the other ones that were slightly scratched! First visit there today and couldn't be more pleased. Mary did an outstanding job on my pedicure with such a relaxing massage and I have never had anyone do my gel manicure as quickly and perfectly as Diamond. They are devoted to cleanliness and swap out covers between pedicures to maintain a prisitine hygienic bath for toes. Massage chair was heavenly too and the manager made sure I stayed properly hydrated and happy. Will definitely be back! Read Less

I just visited this nail salon for the first time yesterday and it's very clear why the reviews are so great. The entire staff is sooo friendly. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and welcomed. And I have to do extra bragging about Diamond. She did my nexgen set and it's clear that she's very experienced. I felt absolutely zero pain while working withher and she didn't buff my nails down too low (I've had some bad experiences). I went in for a mani/pedi and I am completely satisfied! I had Tracy working on my Nexgen manicure and she was absolutely wonderful. You can tell she really takes pride in her work, with her attention to detail and the care with which she handles your nails. After everything was dipped and dried, she came back to inspect, and she even took a cotton ball dipped in acetone to remove the leftover 'polish' from my skin. I cannot tell you how many times I have left the nail spa with my skin stuck to my nails with the glue, it felt like such a personal touch. Michelle was on my pedicure and her massage was amazing! She also was very delicate with my feet, not too rough when picking the dead skin off my cuticles and there was absolutely no bleeding or unnecessary skin cutting. I just happen to drop in one day and now I'm a regular! Everyone here is so nice and the place is clean and new. If you happen to chip your nail, they will fix it for you no problem. And if it's within 2 weeks, it's free. They always help me find the perfect color too❤️ it's my therapy place. Lol Oh and one time, I was in a super hurry and they helped me out!
