I have been coming to Li and Sue's for over a decade now. The customer service has always been excellent. They take almost exclusively reservations. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Li has cut my hair twice now and the results are the same : awesome! She has a real knack for recreating hairstyles based on pictures. More than that, she is great to chat with and makes you feel comfortable. Her prices are very reasonable ($38 for shampoo, cut & style) and she is very quick. I've had my hair cut at several salons in DFW and am planning to stick to NBS. The atmosphere is not stuffy. It's very laid-back and no frills.

I LOVE this place!! I come here as often as possible, Wendy and Dat are always very sweet and welcoming! They do a great job with my feet, and Dat does the BEST designs free hand on my toes!

Every employee at this nail/hair salon are incredible friendly. Wendy and Lee are the hairdressers they treat you like family. I have been a loyal customer for many many years. They are loving and talented. You can tell that they enjoy what they do for a living. Would recommend getting your hair cut and colored here, They offer waxing at great prices. The nail salon section of this salon is ran by Wendy and Dat, some of the nicest people I have ever meet in this industry. They have great hours and can get you in at a reasonable time without you having to wait for weeks. I love these guys like they are family. They do a wonderful job and the pricing is very reasonable. 5 minutes from my house and they are always very accommodating; even willing to stay late to fit me in. $15 for haircut and worth every penny. The staff are well skilled and seem to stay on top of latest trends. It's not the fanciest salon but still well worth it.

I've been going here for 2-3 years now, and I absolutely love it. Both the owner, Sue, and my regular stylist, Li, are awesome. They're both incredibly nice, and they do a great job. The best part is that they are very reasonably priced. You get the same quality haircut as the pricier salons for half the price. Their color skills are also top notch. I got red highlights the last time I was there, and they looked so natural.Unfortunately, I recently moved down to Houston, but I love this place so much that I am planning on driving back to Plano to get my hair done from now on. That is how awesome they are. Though I've never tried it, I also hear that their nail techs are great.They don't require appointments, but it's a really good idea to make one.

Li has cut my hair twice now and the results are the same : awesome! She has a real knack for recreating hairstyles based on pictures. More than that, she is great to chat with and makes you feel comfortable. Her prices are very reasonable ($38 for shampoo, cut & style) and she is very quick.
