This place is horrible! Couldn't even do a simple nail shape correctly. Extremely money hungry. From the other reviews I read, I can see the hag Lana can't take criticism and tries extremely hard to clap back to with her poor communication skills, a little racist, very little self control and very childish. I have been to Nail Citi Spa & Lash. People are nice and gentle. Their shop is clean. They always do good jobs on my nails and Lash. My lash extensions last much longer than any other places. Very nice job and the price is right. I like my nails filed to a point and they always deliver on that. It's a family business and they are always very welcoming. Last night, I got a pedicure by Hoai (not sure how to spell it), and he did an amazing job on the leg/foot massage. Convenient location for me....this is my go-to place on the way home from work. Although they take walk-ins, they get a little busy sometimes after 5pm--as you might expect--so making an appointment is your best bet, or go earlier in the day. Love this place! Read Less

Definitely a NO, for many different reason. They had a special going on so I said why not? Went to get my nails and "mink" eyelashes done here last week and Lana failed miserably at both. She rushed my nails, you could the nexgen fade and my actual nail base in LESS than a week. My eyelashes were the biggest disappointment and not just because I needed a fill by the 3rd day. I text Lana telling her how the lashes were falling out too quickly and she wanted 25$. After 3 days? Then she tried to blame me and say I didn't clean my lashes before the appointment (which I definitely did) but if that were true WHY would YOU as the "professional " NOT say anything and/or clean them yourself (most lash techs do)? That's an infection waiting to happen, and she didn't wear gloves. File that report. Also during the text she kept repeating how much she liked me and how much of a discount she gave me like it was on a personal level... but EVERY CUSTOMER HAD A DISCOUNT BECAUSE IT WAS A MONTHLY SPECIAL for nails and lashes. I have been going to Nail Citi Spa & Lash for many years and following them to the new location and happily with 20% OFF weekdays with cash payments. They always do great jobs on my nails, permanent make up, facial and eyelash extensions. I had bad experiences at some other places close by people was so rude and did bad jobs. My eyelash always looks natural and feel real and my nails as well. I definitely love this place very clean, the best services. They are very talent. I have told all my friends and family to come to Nail Citi Spa & Lash. The manager Lana is always nice and make sure if I need anything to drink and happy with all services before I leave. Wow this place is a complete waste and disgust of a nail shop after visiting from Austin and coming there the owner of the shop Lana came in and did not speak or acknowledge the other three customers that were there as she was so focused on one client ..... my daughter and I came for fills and a polish change when she finally did acknowledge my daughter and I she asked me three times what was I there for after getting my nails done not to my liking at all because of the langu...age barrier my bill was totaled to a price that did not match the services my daughter and I received when Lana came to the front to explain the price because of the language barrier she wanted to charge me for my daughter getting coffin shaped nails something that she did not get after debating for at least 10 minutes about it which the owner Lana started yelling screaming and stating that she had to get back to the LADY that she had spent her entire time on she told us to keep the 3.00 dollars which it was not about the money but about getting the service.... Lana was so nasty on our last visit. I'd never been so embarrassed in life. I've heard how the nail shop thought of us however I've never experienced that type of behavior. Lana can into the shop looking crazy Did not speak . I had my niece and sister visiting. Now I understand there's a language barrier between her parents & customers. My 16 y/o niece asked for coffin shaped nails Lana's mother either didn't understand or KNOW how to fulfill her request. When showed a p...icture of what she wanted she still did not get what she asked for. By the time we were ready to pay for our services they wanted to charge ud $3.00 extra for something we didn't receive. We wanted to explain to the ower Lana that we didn't what ee asked for. OMG this RUDE, NASTY unprofessional owner Lana was in the back room with a "Lady". Lana said that her parents don't speak English. ~Ok, thats fine don't make me pay you $3.00 extra for something wr didn't get.~ She was yelling, JUMPING, SCREAMING & Waiving her HANDS saying she have get back to the "Lady". I was really looking forward to going back to get my lashes done, but after my experience I will not be returning! Let me be clear...I am not looking for any free service or any sort of handout! I only wanted the service that was advertised. I had to ask for a top coat on my toes after my pedicure!!! The customer service sucks and professionalism doesn't exist. The nail techs are: Rude: I was washing my hands, as instructed, and a lady reached right across me to catch some water in her bowl. Sloppy: My nails had fuzz or something in them so of course when they dried it was noticeable and I asked the lady to fix it and she said it was shiny and fine! The "manager" looked at my nails and admitted they needed to be fixed and I only asked for one nail to be fixed as I had already been there 2 hours for shellac and a pedicure. They made me feel like getting shellac and a pedicure was not enough so they had to move on to someone else that maybe was paying a little more! Rude is just rude and that is not how you treat any customer whatever service they come to you for!I was also overcharged $10 and the manager told me to come back and she would give me a discount on my lashes and give me $10 out her purse. Nah...I just went ahead and filed a chargeback as I don't have time to recover funds from someone's purse that should have never been charged to me in the first place. UPDATE: So it's been two months since I visited but someone insisted on responding to my review telling me not to come back and all I was looking for was free service. Is that a joke? I wouldn't come back to this raggedy ass establishment if it was the last nail shop around town. I'm not worried about hurting anyone's feelings when I am only speaking the truth about MY experience! That's why people read reviews and make their own decision if they still want to give a place a try. The lady begged me to come back so she could do my lashes and give me $10 out her purse for being overcharged, but now she says don't come back! Thank you stupid lady for a good laugh I enjoyed reading your jumbled response. And NO I didn't post a picture because I was too busy trying to find a professional to redo it for me. When I came in it looked a bit worn down. There were plenty of employees there since I was the only person. There was one employee sleeping on a pedi chair. I thought that was kind of strange. The employees were very helpful and anxious to help me get what I wanted. But once I got to the mani table I could see that it was a mess. There was a dirty white towel already laying on the table and the manicurist proceeded to use that table. She was very nice and worked extremely hard to get what I wanted. I think I expected more than what that salon could provide. I got the nexgen dip and at the end of the whole process my nails are incredibly bulky. I will say that what I wanted was rather difficult and I can see that she tried to make it happen. I would try this place again but I do intend on finding a better spot. I happened to try them since my usual place was busy today...I can definitely say I will be coming back here regularly for my nails. I like the location. Easy on and easy off from the Tollway. The employees are friendly and eager to please. My nail lady, Thu, takes her time and does such a great job that my acrylic nails last longer than any place else I have had them done. As an added bonus, I get a free back massage in the chair.
