My wife and I went to this spa for manicures and pedicures.  I was getting my first pedicure ever and my wanted to go here because of the reviews were off the charts.  This place was okay but I think the rating is too high.  They did a descent job on manicure and pedicure but their attitudes were not great.  It was not busy at all so there was no excuses for the attitudes.  One lady waited 45 minutes before she left and the employees didn't handle the situation well at all. Wow wow. I am speechless. Tri did my nails after I requested something similar to a picture I saw on Pinterest. I don't even know what to say other than THANK YOU and how perfect they are. From the moment I called and spoke to Paul, my walk in and walking out the door after I was done Paul was very helpful and extremely kind. Both Paul and Tri communicated well with what I needed or wanted. I cannot say enough about this place. I am very picky and Tri worked with me. I am coming back to him every time. Made an appointment for facial and pedicure. Confirmed appointment earlier in the week. Showed up at appointment time and they looked like deer in headlights. Took me back to room for facial, then decided to do (poor) pedicure first.Put my feet in water and left me for 45 minutes waiting for a pedicure. Nowhere near my appointment time. To top it off the pedicure looks awful. My nails are ridged, dull and uneven. And yes, I waited for this poor service. To top it off my big toe is red from nail polish all around the nail. Looks horrible.Then they said they were ready for my facial, 90 minutes later. I had to be at a formal dinner and no longer had time for my 60 minute facial I had scheduled, so they offered me a shorter one, a "teen" one. Probably wouldn't have helped my 50+ y.o. Skin much. Disgusted I payed and left without the main service I had been looking forward to for 2 weeks and needed badly.Totally unprofessional.Go somewhere else that charges reasonable prices and does professional work. All I have to say is, I have never been so disappointed after getting my nails done. The people that were doing me and my friend's pedicures didn't do a great job with the cutting the cuticles and painting. It literally looks like I gave my 7 yr old cousin some nail polish and paint the way she wants to. The cheapest package for a pedicure is $30 which is a huge rip off. A pedicure!!!! My friend also got her ring finger nail fixed by them and they didn't measure the size of the nails so it is REALLY off. So disappointing.The cherry on top is when I was about to leave and they insisted that they do my nails because it will only take 20 mins and they left another customer to work on me. Never going to this place again. Not worth the price and not worth the job. But if you're down to get disappointed, come here ASAP!!! Read Less

I have been going to this salon since August (As I work within walking distance) , and I really LOVE it. They do an amazing job at keeping my eyebrows on point. Need a great nail place with honest people who actually speak to you and treat you like royalty? Come here! Been here twice w my fiance, both get pedicures and I also get the nexgen.First off,they have a huge variety of colors, and not just your typical red and pink in every shade. They have all your colors in every shade! They do great designs, have some nice tvs, delicious jasmine tea and even beer for the man! Went here for the first time today (it's literally right next to my apartments so it's very convenient!) and everyone was so nice. I didn't catch the gentleman's name that did my nails but he was an older, sweet man and did a great job. To all the people saying this management is anything but amazing, you clearly have not been here and are just writing a review based off what your friend told you to do. This management is SO thoughtful and goes out of there way to make your experience here perfect. I have had just about every service offered here and regularly have a manicure/pedicure done. This is by far my favorite place to relax and unwind after a stressful, busy week! If I break a nail or my paint chips for any reason, they fix it immediately, no questions asked, and free of charge! Powder dip Nexgen discolored after two days. Chipped white nail polish after 7days on toes. Completely fraudulent. Products are low quality and their staff are inadequately trained. This was my first visit at M Spa, and I have to say that I am extremely disappointed in the customer service of the staff and the quality of their work. I almost never write reviews, mostly only if I have an amazing experience or a horrible one. Unfortunately, this review was because the latter. My nail artist was Ashley. I'm not sure if she is a new employee or what it was but her work on my nails was very subpar. The thickness of the Nexgen was different on each nail and shapes were all uneven. In addition to this, she had to redo the design she drew because she used the wrong top coat which smeared the design completely. This is what led me to believe that she was somewhat new. Nonetheless- she fixed my design, used the correct top coat, I waited for my nails dry and left ready for my trip to Mexico. My first day on vacation my nails went from ghost white to blotchy yellow. They had become completely discolored. Mind you, I have been to Mexico nearly 10 times, and each of those times I have gotten my nails done, whether nexgen or acrylic WHITE. So- why would this time be any different? As soon as I return I go back to the salon to show them my nails. The manager proceeds to tell me there is nothing she can do for me because they warned me that discoloration can happen from make-up, sunscreen, or chlorine. This was NOT TRUE. Neither she nor her artist, Ashley, warned me of the discoloration that comes with white powder dip. I told her I was never warned and she continued to argue back to say that she did warn me. Interesting enough, she did not even do my nails. I left the store with no refund, my crappy nails still on and no sympathy. Pretty much I was accused of lying. What boggles my mind is that she looked me straight in the eyes and LIED to me in front of all her customers. She and her colleague, Ashely, knew that I was going on vacation the day I visited and that it was the exact reason for getting my nails done. They never warned me or gave me the slightest hint that I shouldn't do white due the possibility of discoloration. Regardless of them claiming to have given me a warning, I have done white powder dip countless times at other salons, and although I'm not in the pool everyday, I use make-up and hair spray almost daily and have NEVER experienced this. PLEASE - save your $40 and go elsewhere. This company has no regard for their customers and the mistakes of their inadequate staff. Read Less

It has taken me years to find a quality nail salon in the Plano area. This place is top notch! Vy is fantastic and my NexGen nails are always perfect! Everyone there is so friendly and the work they do is amazing! The pedicures are also great. I come in every three weeks and Vy always remembers details from the last conversation we had. Obsessed with my Nexgen ombré French coffin nails by Raymond! The best part about my experience was that he didn't make any negative remarks about my bitten nails... usually when I go to a nail salon the tech will make comments about them, which sucks because I am really self conscious about my nail biting habit. He was also super receptive to how I wanted my nails done (shape, length, etc.) and didn't make me feel like I was being overly demanding. I am so happy to finally find a salon that understands that nails are expensive and will go the extra mile to make sure they're done exactly the way you want. I didn't get the name of the lady who did my pedicure but she did a great job on my toes and calluses! She really wasn't shy about using the pumice stone -- techs at most salons do the bare minimum on this part, but it really is critical to a good pedicure! Needless to say, I will be coming back! M Spa & Beauty is literally the best nail salon that exists. Not only because of the quality in their work (which is phenomenal) but the salon itself is stunning. You are always welcomed in to get comfortable and are offered a nice drink of your choice. There is no smell of acetone in the air, everything is clean and modern, and there is relaxing music playing. I have referred so many of my friends and they all love it at M Spa so much!! I had a really good experience here last Saturday that made me a fan.  I went or a pedicure around 5:00 PM and was treated like royalty.  My friend made an appointment and the manager greeted us by name when we walked through the door.  The shop is clean and they offer wine and a variety of beverages to relax you during your visit. They're working on creating a spa experience and wanting customers to feel pampered. The manager crushed raspberries in my wine . . . swanky.  I got the $55 lavender pedicure which included a hot stone massage, foot mask, paraffin wax, and sea salt scrub.  I feel compared to other places, I got a lot more for the money. Most places charge as much but only give you half of the services.  My nail tech didn't skimp on the massage oils and even put a warm neck thing around my next and massaged my hands while the mask was on my feet. My only issue is my nail polish has already chipped on my big toe.  Bummer.  This place is super far from my house but I would be willing to drive 40 minutes for another quality pedicure. Read Less
