First time was a pleasure (month ago) but after today I wouldn't recommend it. Sat here for 45+ minutes waiting for a pedicure... so long my water was way cold. They told me 5 minutes a couple of times but after nothing, I finally got up out of the chair. I would have completely walked out but my daughter was getting her nails done for the first time. Her lady couldn't understand a word of English so communication was horrible. She only nodded her head yes and kept saying, "you like?" I would have responded with, "No, as a matter of fact, I don't like" but knew she would only nod her head up and down in a yes pattern. My daughter had to show her a picture on her phone to get her to understand she wanted short square nails. Her poor little fingers are in pain from the rush job and ladies finger nails digging into her skin. It's Friday yet they only had two people working... they called someone else in and still didn't have enough people. Next time they should just be straight up and say it's going to be a long while. Even if I had continued to sit it there cold water, they would have given me a rush job... so I saved my money and we'll go back to our old salon across town. Read Less

Great team of professionals even offered to take me home as my ride home had taken a couple extra minutes due to traffic. Which was super sweet of them. I will be a frequent customer not just because of that and the atmosphere but because they have such a wide selection of nexgen colors and modern styles and skills such as holographic, Chrome and marble nail design which has been hard to find In The area. When I came I had my own materials to do so but was pleased to find they didn't just have what I brought in, but a better quality of what I was wanting as well. Read Less

It was my first time coming here and I had a wonderful time. The staff was incredibly professional, helpful and sweet. Everyone was smiling and constantly making sure that I was comfortable. The complimentary drinks were a cherry on top of a very delicious cake.  It was my first time getting a manicure (more of a pedicure person) and I felt nervous, not knowing what to expect, but was made comfortable every second of the way. I recently started going to this nail salon a few months ago and I have never been disappointed with the friendly relaxing atmosphere along with excellent manicures and pedicures. I never had an issue with this place until my nail tech Nina left.  I came back 2 additional times thinking that maybe some else would work out, but I was wrong. The sad part is I think every one in the shop knew the older lady who was doing my nails shouldn't have been doing them since she has a mild case of Parkinson's and is actually the wax /massage lady. She ruined my natural nails and gave me tips for my nexgen nails- because she broke 3 of my natural nails, then cut me 4 times and then had no idea how to do chrome nails. It took 2 1/2 hours and I came home a painted over the crap she did. STAY FAR AWAY. THIS PLACE WAS GREAT BUT IT'S NOT ANYMORE! Read Less

I've been here before and had a great pedicure. Came here today for a pedicure and had a guy assigned to me. Horrible and won't ever return here. I wasn't able to relax, the techs nails were so sharp they were constantly digging into my skin and he rushed through the entire process on top of watching tv and pausing for multiple minutes at a time. I hate this place because it is completely wast of money and they are cheaters! I went to wax my armpits and they told me it is 20$!at the end they charged me 27$ and didn't answer why! Besides they didn't do their jobs completely and used teaser instead of wax because some customers were waiting and they completely ignored me and even my armpits are bleeding! The first two experience were great. The third experience was terrible. Don't get the guy manicurist in that nail salon is my advice. I received service from the male manicurist in Hollywood spa lounge, he was really rough on my hands when he was using the scratchy sponge and it scratched my thumb cuticle and it bled a little, he did not immediately treat it instead he went on what he was doing and I asked him if he can be gentle a bit, and he looked at me and rolled his eyes( wth? At least treat it, wipe the blood or something) so I was sitting there with my thumb hurting like crap and I'm like ok( this never happen before)At the end as I was paying the young girl literally asked me the tip even I paid 3$as the tip and I talk about how the male manicurist hurt my finger. I tip 20% every time, as long as they don't hurt me and it doesn't look messed up. But it's my right to tip less if a person is giving me bad service, I regret tipping him at all because I never had a bad experience like this before at any place else.  Will not be coming back. I had a mani/pedi Monday at 10:30. There were only 2 techs there and I was the only customer. The pedi was average. I've had better. But the mani was the worst I've ever had. Besides a few nicks in the cuticle, the tech put top coat on first, then polish, then top coat. Never heard of top coat first. Needless to say, my polish peeled off all in one piece the very next day. Read Less

Awesome foot and leg massage... Best pedi ever!  Request Nu for pedicure she is very attentive and doesn't want you to help her with anything.  I tried holding my leg while she scrubbed my feet and she said no that's OK, you relax.... I will be back!!! Read Less

It was nice to go early on a Saturday morning when they were not busy and could devote extra time to the services being provided.  Their manicure/pedicure supplies seem to be of a higher quality, which makes your skin feel better and moisturized.  I also enjoyed the easy listening music.  The staff was friendly and seemed to truly care that the customer was happy.  With the 20% coupon from the back of the Tom Thumb Receipt, the price is compatible with other salons.
