I’ve been here several times and each time is great! All the technicians have been very careful and caring and make sure you’ll be happy with the final product. I'm still here and had to write my review right now. I was really impressed with this little nail place. I had a basic manicure and pedicure so I can't speak to artificial nails and all that but the techs took such great care with my hands and feet. They were not overly aggressive with my cuticles (my past few experiences at a couple of other local places left me with at least one sore as I left) and were gentle in all respects. There was great attention to detail with my manicure and pedicure...it didn't feel rushed or sloppy and they gave me exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be coming back! Read Less

Came in as a walk-in and was helped within about 10 minutes. I just wanted a quick, no frills pedicure, and Tina did an awesome job! Even though I got the cheapest option, she took her time and made me feel pampered. She was also gentle with my cuticles and didn't cut me like the last few times I've gotten pedicures elsewhere. I was visiting some family in Plano and I needed to get a pedicure super bad so I stoped into Gloss Nail Bar and I was pleasantly surprised! It's a really cute salon that looks like it is well taken care of. I got the lavender pedicure from Nancy and she did an amazing job! She scrubbed my feet really well, and gave me a great massage. I want to love Gloss, but unfortunately, it is not my match. I don't do my nails often, so when I do I love to go all out. Although I think I'm starting to like pampering myself, so I might go get my nails done more often... anywho! I came here with a photo in mind, and they notified me they can't execute it exactly, however I didn't mind as long as my nails came out pretty. Two people worked on my nails, Henry and Philip (I believe were their names). They were both extremely friendly. At the end of the day, my nails didn't really come out like the photo, but they were cute, I understand they had issues doing my nails and they had to stay after close to finish, however I feel that attention to detail was lacking because my nails came out the wrong color, and crooked. That didn't bother me too much because the atmosphere here is awesome, and everyone is so friendly and my nails still came out cute with minor issues I could live with! The next night, I went out to eat oysters, and saw my gems all over my food. GROSS! I was not expecting to lose my gems and chip my top coat already! I called to see if it could be fixed but I couldn't come in til a little over the next week due to my busy schedule, so I appreciate them for fixing it for me. Although they fixed it for me, that same night my gems fell off again and the nails chipped and the day after that my nail fell off. I'm sure they'd fix it for me again, but I'm not sure if it's worth it. I just don't have a lot of time to keep coming back to a nail salon to have my nails fixed for a recurring issue. I don't do any hard labor or anything, I work an office job, so the fact that my nails chipped and came off so easily is annoying. Literally one of the days I was typing the alarm code for my house and a nail just fell off. I'm glad that they have high quality products, and friendly service, but if my nails can't last a day, it's not worth it. Stick to the simple pedicures and manicures, from what I've seen there, it seems like they're better at that. Read Less
