It is a little pricey compared to what I pay in Tyler, but the quality is A1 and they had sooooooooo many dip colors to choose from!!! I am absolutely in love with my color changing nails!! Kim was my nail tech and she was very friendly and easy to talk to. She's also very gentle and takes her time to give quality results. I'm giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 because of the steep prices; I would say the $37 is worth it for the color changing or glow in the dark colors, but regular dip colors were also $37 and I don't think that's worth it. I've been getting pedicures at the same location by the same lady for over 8 years. Needless to say, when I found out that she had moved away and I would need to find a new place I was disappointed. Over the years, I've tried various locations from time to time with mixed reviews. Some pretty good and others not so much. What I've noticed from my experience is that men don't get the same treatment as women. Maybe it's because we aren't expected to be a repeat customer, our feet can require a little extra elbow grease or what but it's why I returned to the same place and person every time I needed my feet worked on. I decided to try Cozy Nail Spa because of the location(3 minutes from home) and they had pretty solid reviews. I strolled in right after they opened and was greeted warmly by a gentleman who was still getting things prepared for the day. I ordered the Heavenly Dream Pedicure with Sunkist Scent bc it's considered the "go to." Plus, it included a heel care(more on this later), paraffin wax, hot towels, mask, hot stone and lotion massage, sugar scrub and a warm neck wrap. I was seated immediately as Rachel was preparing my foot soak. The water was pretty cool but she quickly warmed it up when I requested. I went into it with an open mind and lowered expectations but Rachel did not disappoint. Rachel was gentle and meticulous while tending to my cuticles and a few small ingrown toenails. She even made a few touch ups after my pedicure was complete. She took her time and never appeared to be in a rush which is something I pay close attention too. When it came time for the heel care and callus removal I was surprised to see that Rachel did not have a rasp(cheese grater) but rather a coarse pumice bar.  Now, this is when you make your money with me because my feet tend to be a little rough, so it requires some "tough love." I worried that Rachel's pleasant demeanor would abruptly change once she realized that pumice bar was going to be no match for my heels and callus. Lo and behold, Rachel as she had through every step of the pedicure took her time and really got after it. She wore those pumice bars down to the nub but I truly appreciated her effort. From that point on, everything else was icing on the cake. Both massages were phenomenal. Needless to say, I will be back to see Rachel because she exceeded all expectations and made my search for a new pedicurist a very short one. Highly recommended! Read Less

I made a same day appointment. When we arrived, my friend and I were seated immediately. They offered us each something to drink when we sat down. It took awhile to get a manicurist over but that's expected. We did basic mani pedis. Word of caution: we were a little surprised to find they charged $17 more total than the price listed on the website. Also, I attached a photo of my nails. These were done here this past weekend. They did not paint all the way to the end of the nail on any finger. The toes are fine. I do not like this look as it looks like I need to redo them and it has been less than a week! The place is gorgeous and everyone was pleasant but the nail techs definitely need more training, I was there with my sister earlier today and I asked for coffin cut in chrome, the cut is not good at all and she didn't cover the entire nail properly in the chrome powder, I can still see black. I wish I would've complained while I was there but i had somewhere else to be. My sister doesn't like hers either definitely not going back. Read Less

The place I usually go to couldn't get us in and boy am I glad!! That place is great! The inside is very nice, staff is super friendly, the have slushes for the kids and it is reasonably priced. I will definitely make this my nail spa going forward. Read Less

Manicure on a Saturday-Given that this is the busiest day for this type of service, I was happy with the customer services and attention to detail. Offered a drink, I accepted water to hydrate from the hot day. I noticed that others to advantage aid the slushes and wine. I picked out my color and had prepared to wait but was swished off to a chair to start the service. My nail tech was multi-lingual and when she spoke other than English, she shared what she was saying. I appreciated that she wanted to include me in the conversation.Nails came out clean and renewed. Color lasted about 2 weeks which is great for a basic service for someone like me who washes her hands often. Will try other services soon. Read Less

I love this nail salon! I've been about three times for a nexgen manicure and pedicure and have not been disappointed. The manicure lasts for at least 3 weeks and the colors options are awesome! The staff is professional and friendly and they do a really great job. They run specials occasionally which is a nice added perk and they have complimentary beverages, including wine and sometimes margaritas, for you to enjoy as well. Only downside is that it's not closer to where I live. Will definitely be back! Read Less

I was looking for a nail salon to try out for a pedicure and found this place on Yelp. I came here based on the good reviews and had a wonderful experience. Walked in with my friend on a Saturday around 2pm and were told there would be a little wait. We didn't call or try to make an appointment so that was fine. Got in chairs not too long later, offered complimentary wine, and they did great pedicures for us. Lots of chairs and lots of employees. Everything is very clean and sparkling. Great leg massage, great exfoliating, and the polish looks great too. Also a very affordable price point. I would definitely come back here! Read Less

Love love love this salon!! It's HUGE for a nail salon! I've been here about 6-7 times and I'm always treated so well. It's very convenient to get to right off 121 and the inside is gorgeous! Music is great and They offer you all the beverages and are very friendly! SO many colors to choose from and Karen is AMAZING! She's very gentle and does a great job every time and super sweet! I noticed this new shop on my way home from work and have been twice in the past month. Both times I've received excellent nail treatments and customer service at very reasonable prices.The interior is larger than it looks from the outside and really luxe; they have margarita machines, wine, soft drinks and water and they're very generous with all of it. I was impressed with the range of services and shades.I'm the type that likes to get in and out when getting my nails done, and when I've communicated that, they are really efficient but still very thorough. I love this nail salon. Not pushy with upgrades, great colors, and Karen is amazing. I love how amazing my pedicure looks and my feet feel so great.
