RIDICULOUS!!! My husband just dropped me off in front of this store so I could run in and return my items I bought a week ago... it was 5 minutes til they closed- I saw 2 Gals sweeping the floors when...
RIDICULOUS!!! My husband just dropped me off in front of this store so I could run in and return my items I bought a week ago... it was 5 minutes til they closed- I saw 2 Gals sweeping the floors when I tried opening the door. LOCKED! The girl just shook her head at me and said “CLOSED”! I tried pointing to my bag to let her know I needed a return and she just turned and ignored me!! Management needs to know about their awfully RUDE employees!! I am beyond LIVID!! Freezing my toosh off too, as it’s only 30 degrees out! (Which is WHY my hubs let me out in front so I didn’t have to walk in the cold!)

The ladies here are amazing! They take the time to explain each product and let you know about each waxing experience. They also make you feel like the most important person in the world. Hillary, Janelle, Rosie, and the girls want to make sure you have the best experience at their store. I highly recommend this store.

I have had decent experiences the 2 previous times I have gone to this Benefit Brow Bar. Unfortunately this last time I went I had a terrible experience. I should have asked for the lady I had the previous time but instead chose a new worker. She ruined my brows. They are uneven, skinny, and just bad. When I sat down she had asked if I just wanted to clean them up and I said yes, but don’t make them too skinny. She did the complete opposite. We briefly talked and she mentioned that she was having a busy day with clients but never would I expect the result I received. When she was done I briefly looked in the mirror, said they were fine and thanked her. Got in my car and realized how bad they were. I’m not one to fill in my brows daily, but now I’m forced to do so. I will not be going back and I will pray that my brows grow back.

I knew nothing about brows and some of the finer points of beauty. These benebabes take the time to talk you through the process, the why and how to show you how to get the perfect brow for your face. All of the girls here are great. They're very approachable, knowledgeable and sincere. The products are phenomenal as well. I can not say enough great things about this store. They are truly fantastic brand ambassadors!

I love this place! Just got my brows done for the second time with them, and they always do a great job! The ladies are knowledgeable and make you feel welcome. I've had Rosie and I think her name is janel and they were both great. And the lady that works the front is always very sweet!

My husband just dropped me off in front of this store so I could run in and return my items I bought a week ago... it was 5 minutes til they closed- I saw 2 Gals sweeping the floors when I tried opening the door.
