WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. First of all… I came in last night to get my nails done with SNS dipping powder. A lot of my friends praised the salon for their great work so I thought I would give it a shot. I chose a beautiful blush pink that did not turn out blush pink. They did not put enough coats on my finger nails to keep the mail from seeing through. The lady also kept messing up on my thumb. At the end of the appointment they could tell I was not happy so they said I could come back and they would fix it. They were not happy about that either when I showed up. Towards the end of my appointment the same lady who worked on my nails started complaining to my face and told me that I was difficult (I have never had an issue with a nail salon in my life). She said she wanted to do it right this time because she didn’t want me to come back. I politely responded I do not plan on coming back I’m sorry. In her rudest manner, her response was good we don’t ever want to see you here again. I looked at her and said ma’am you don’t need to be rude about it. I did pay for my service and I even left you a tip. I came in to get my nails done and left at the worst experience I’ve ever had. I came to get my nails done with my sister in law and we liked the nails, but we did not like the service from the woman on chair #12. To top it off I waited an hour to get seated. She was very rude and kept on tapping roughly on my fingers to move them out of the way like if I was a 4yr old. I twitched and she got mad at me because I moved. I’m sorry I can’t control my body it wasn’t on purpose. I had showed her a design and told her I wanted them exactly like the picture and she only did the full set and nail polish over them and started getting her things ready to leave. I was very mad because I went there to get my nails done how I wanted and good service because I’ve been there before and I know they give good service. And when I was ready to pay I gave her my card and she snatched it away from me. If one does not want to give good service then I'd rather go elsewhere. I was very optimistic walking in, very nice and clean place. However person who attended me was lazy, she quickly picked up that "cheese grater " tool to exfoliate my feet, when I asked her not to use it she used pumice stone for about a minute each foot. I use to love coming here but the lady on chair #3 was so rude, I refuse to come back again! I'm pregnant and she could not care less how she was treating me. I kept trying to be polite but she was extremely rude the entire time! I've never had anything like this happen to me and there was nothing that took place to merit her behavior/attitude! At all! Completely unacceptable! I don't recommend that woman even if she's the only person available! Come back a different day! You shouldn't have to spend your hard earned money to be treated like that! For the record I do like my nails it's not that she did bad work but to be honest I prefer average work and good customer service than great work and horrible customer service. After trying several nail salons here in "the valley" this one hands down has to be the best . . I've tried nail salons anywhere from Edinburg, Mcallen, Pharr and each one lacks what this one brings to the table . . I read serval people reviews and sometimes I believe it's about who you get once you find a good nail tech stick to her or him because it can be hard to find another with that being said I found Bella she's amazing! . Meh... average service, not competitive prices. I reviewed another salon and I still feel strongly about that one. I feel since the other salon is family owned and ran, they take their time and do their job well, unlike this establishment. If you want to be in and out quick this is your place, many employees. Pregnant and decided to treat myself with my husband. This was the first time trying this place out. My nail tech was Tony. We had an excellent experience here. They were fast and professional. The prices were really good and left happy with my shellac pedicure. Read Less

Horrible service and terrible manicure. Made me bleed when "cleaning up my cuticles" and then charged me $5 extra without telling me in advance. Asked to have a pink and white solar nails manicure done. Was assigned to a technician named Bobby. I've had my nails done this way for years and this is the worst job I've ever seen someone do. He injured several of my fingers with the grinder/buffer and made my cuticles bleed. To top it all off my nails look like a 5-year-old did them. I have been going to this salon for a couple of years and they have been doing a nice job but over the past few months it seems lately they just can't get their act together when it comes to booking appointments...and of course you can't get in to see my favorite technician without an appointment. After having my appointments not booked, booked with the wrong person, booked on the wrong days just about every third time and being asked to come back at a different time I am DONE!!! Seems the problem is they are staffing the phones with individuals that should never be given that responsibility. Surely with all of the other nail salons there has got to be someone that is just as good as the technician I have been seeing that I can get in to see without all of this HASSLE. Read Less

Pedicure lasted maybe 10 minutes at the most and it was the "deluxe" 25 dollar one... Was frustrating because I came with my sister and grandma and I had to sit and wait 30 mins for them since they had a tech that gave real service. The nail color on one of my toes already came off and it hasn't even been a week since the service. Read Less

I've been here several times but felt compelled to review this time because Vy was a spectacular technician. As mentioned in other reviews, quality depends largely on the technician and Vy was meticulous, patient, and thorough during my pedicure. As for the salon in general: customer service is always great, the space is large and clean, and the pedicure chairs double as massage chairs. Read Less

Worse service!! The tech never listened to what I wanted!! What was suppose to be a simple French tip turned out to be a half of my nail painted white. When I asked for her to correct it, the tech doing my nails and the tech sitting next to her told me I didn't know about shellac. They didn't even offer a discount knowing I was dissatisfied with the outcome!!!! If you're only looking for a great set of nails P nails is the place! Although if you're looking for a friendly atmosphere, friendly customer service, and a peaceful environment this is not the place. The services vary depending on which technician you get. But overall I have a good experience every time I do. LOVE the Deluxe pedicure. Good manicures and nail sets when I get them done. Pricing is decent. Can't say anything about waxing services though Read Less

I never have complaints about this place, but time to vent just be careful who you get.  The service varies, from person to person. But they do try to finish fast for the next person. They charge $5 for taking your nails off, save money do it before you go cause it hurts! Unless you dip them in acetone which they will charge you for that as well. Read Less

Never again! I came in for bonding time with my mom and sister. The nail technician working on my pedicure kept trying to sell services. When I declined every one, he made snide remarks and rushed through my pedicure. He completed my pedicure in less than 15 minutes. I've never had a pedicure that lasted less than 30 minutes. And what's worse, the technician working on my sister sliced her foot. It was about a 1 inch gash. What a waste of money! Read Less
