I went in with my fiancé and when we told her we were there for a manicure she gave us a blank stare and didn't do anything. I don't know if it was because she was offended that a man was getting a manicure, or a combination of laziness and RBF, but suffice it to say, we felt unwelcomed within seconds. I was here before and had a bad experience. I came back again because I believe in second chances. This time I waited in the spa chair for 45 mins, ladies went to the back to eat. 2 ladies were available, I was the only one waiting. My nails look okay. The lady was very nice and attentive to detail. Prices are average. Everything about this place is fine except that the lady cut my cuticle a lot making it painful and making me bleed. It's been a week and my cuticle is growing back ugly and painful. HORRIBLE customer service. Only 2 people working, so even though business was slow, it was a long wait. I felt sick and faintish due to the strong chemical odors. It was then that the owner finally turned on the air conditioning and opened the doors. I felt sorry for his staff; they are overworked and have to work in these conditions. Both the owner and staff member were rude. It was almost like they didn't want the business. Will NOT be back again; I should've followed my instincts and gone to Texas Nails. My nails only lasted 7 days they lifted and two fell off, the nails did not last for what you pay for; spoke to the person who did them he refused to admit that he had done the work(and was very rude and argued with me); Spoke to manager he also denied and they did not fix their job even after I showed them the receipt $75 (for pedicure and nails) which were not worth the amount nor the customer service; Needless to say first time at this place and the customer service is horrible and not worth your time; Please avoid this so called salon especially for the price!
