I came here today. I’ll start with the positive. The place is beautiful and it has an upscale vibe. Love the garden and decor inside as well. The staff is very sweet. The problem is the quality of work you get is POOR. A 10 year old could have painted my toes better. Toes were outright SLOPPY. And my finger nails were extremely clumpy, they’re embarrassing. I’ll probably have to go somewhere else and get them redone tomorrow. All in all, I won’t be back, ever. It was a complete waste of money! Initially wrote a 4 star review appreciating the location and service as I was getting a pedicure but that changed to a 1 star review afterwards. The lady who was ringing me up was extremely rude after I didn't leave the type of tip she wanted. I am a student, was between paychecks, & I paid for my sister's service as well but I should not feel the need to explain myself... She pretty much told us to go outside to wait for our ride after our service. I returned a day later and was treated very poorly again. My sister's nail had been put on crooked and chipped so I wanted it to get fixed since her nails were done for a special occasion. Beautiful decor, from the garden outside to the piano inside. Super easy to get appointments and you never have to wait for too long. I got the lashes and the technician was super nice, the only downside was that it didn’t look like I got a full set as advertised, but I bought them with a groupon, went for a refill and once again not a full set. Having a great spa day! Everyone is super friendly and the setting is so relaxing.  Beautiful live peacocks in an outside courtyard is what your view will be as you have a pedicure in a comfortable massage chair. They offer you a complimentary drink and the manager/owner came by to ask if everything was going well.  As you wait for your toes to dry your view is a large goldfish tank that keeps you in a tranquil setting.  I loved the overall vibe and will be back. My experience was amazing!! I was late arriving (almost closing time) and they stayed to take care of me. They were very welcoming and my nails turned out beautiful!! I told them I would come back the next day if I needed so they wouldn’t be so rushed and they insisted I stay and did an amazing job!! The place was so peaceful and relaxing! Went for a pedicure and had gel polish removed. The technician filed off part of the polish to start the polish removal and was scraping the skin on my toes with the file in the process. Then while trimming my nails he cut me on each foot, which caused bleeding both times. Another technician completed the pedicure and did a good job but overall the experience was painful and I received no discount for the inconvenience. I won't be back. Read Less

First off let me start off by saying that I was only motivated to come here based on their crazy clapbacks/replies to their reviews on Google. The thought was clearly it can't be that bad and I honestly thought that the responses were hilarious. I had never heard of them and they came recommended by my coworker. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't anything spectacular to write home about. I can't sleep so here is my review. My experience....My GPS kept taking me to a weird part of the area which I assume is due to their address which explains the side entrance they have. We enter the side to see these beautiful peacocks and as I wait for my friend someone comes out (as if they aren't a business) and asks if I'm looking for something. We go in....I do not like that there are no posted prices or at least a menu for people to select from. I don't usually trust places where people just randomly spit out prices. My friend said what she wanted I said that I wanted a basic pedi and and shellac nails. The lady insisted I get my feet the same (38 compared to 58) and I explained that I'd prefer to not. How about up until the pedi was done I'd be asked 4 more times if I wanted my shellac on my feet because it would be "very pretty".  We're sitting getting a pedi (I had already picked out my colors) and my friend asked for a color that the lady lied and said they had but then brought a different color with loose glitter and said "This will be better, more modern, the style...(after my easily convinced non confrontational friend said yes she added the $9 extra)" We finished pedis (my polish which will probably last weeks longer than my nails and won't make my toe nails weak and brittle) and head over to get nails. This went better and they actually gave us hot back massages (even though I said no thanks the lady wouldn't stop). From nails we go to each get eyebrows waxed which I honestly should have skipped. STRAIGHT HONESTY. They could be good but the pushiness to raise the price was too much. The guy who did my friend's feet added that it was a slow time... How? It was the day after V-day? I really didn't like the random price spit out and they need to send away the piano and add menus. I know window writing is tacky but menus not so much. The facility ambiance was nice. They did have to fix a nail but honestly I get that accidents happen. What I didn't get was the Manager's attitude after I asked if they could re-do the nail when it looked like the polish was already coming up. What I also didn't get was the Manager telling me really loudly when she didn't say it to anyone else I saw her checkout "Don't forget that the tip is for TWO people". My friend felt bad because she thought it was aimed at her tip and she tipped $10 per service she got which I didn't feel was deserved but whatever. I walked in to Enso Nails and Spa to get a pedicure... after selecting my color I was seated by the manager. She ask me if I wanted the $34, $44, or another priced a little higher; I asked her what was the basic pedicure she kept saying $34 so I told her if I knew that I wouldn't have come. I guess after me saying that she decided to let me know that there is a basic pedicure for $29 without the hot towels. I enjoyed my pedicure by Tonya but I will not be returning. White french tip1. Old guy tried my nails, but he couldn't finish it by himself. 2. Second guy came to finish up, he was in hurry-base coat, ONE time white french gel, top coat. Normally they should put the gel 2times  to make french tip clean&white . I wanted to ask him to do it one more time but he already put my hand in dryer. ( i had no time to keep complaining )3. Skills are bad. Tip Thickness is not even. Gel is over my nails. And didn't polish the side part after done. 4. Changed the price when i pay. I didn't add any extra stuff. The establishment is beautifully decorated. With that said, I won't go back. They do not have prices listed. I was basically bullied into purchasing a $60 pedicure. While they did a good job, I was first quoted $49.00. Then when I went to pay it had jumped to $59.00. Also, someone came along during my $40 manicure and started massaging my back without asking me. She stood there and massaged me for 10 minutes. Then I got charged for that too. Seriously, these people need to go into the car sales business. Overall experience, not terrible.  But not great, either.  They asked what type of pedicure I wanted, however, they did not have it written so I could see the differences.  The woman with a very heavy accent explained it to me very fast **twice** and I still couldn't understand a single word she said.  She was annoyed.  I was annoyed.  So I went with the lowest, $38.  Kinda pricey for a basic pedi.The massage chairs are frustrating.  It was hard to find a setting where it doesn't pound on you.  Like I want my girlie parts bouncing all over.  Ugh...I was a bit desperate and overdue for a pedi, so I swung in here after watching a movie.  I probably won't be back.  My regular salon is $10 cheaper for a basic pedi & they do a better job.  It also helps to see the same person who knows what I like.The salon is nice and the peacocks in the courtyard are fun to watch.  It's just not the place for me because it doesn't beat my regular place. Very disappointing! I had to ask for them to take all the polish off, to push the cuticles back, to trim my toe nails. I paid extra for callus removal & all my problem issues are still there. My toes have paint on the skin & missing paint on the nail. I can take picture of bottom of my feet but can't the top. I got home & started fixing my $44.00 pedicure and realized this needed a review to let people know of my experience. To backtrack a bit; the manager did came out to talk to me & did apologize but just kept saying "your happy now" over & over & any issue I brought up was dismissed with "next time" which was repeated over. I did tell my technician what I wanted but she didn't understand me so the tech next to me was telling her. She was getting frustrated with my technician because even with her translating she was understanding. I was so trying not to be a pain in the arse about this but I feel what I was asking for should be included and according to their website it is. I had a pedicure, manicure, full face wax and eyelash extensions.  It's been 3 weeks and looks very good still.  My eyelashes have grown off by less than half and still look pretty full.  The staff is fast and friendly.  The massage chair and pretty surroundings were relaxing.  It was my first eyelash extensions and they felt a little crunchy but manageable.  I can wear contacts just fine.  You can't get them wet for 24 hours and they do sting a little the first wash.  Don't try to pull them out yourself if you get anxious.  I recommend this place as it was my first time with everything I had done and I didn't freak out.  It was reasonably priced. I went in on a Thursday about 1.5 hours before they closed. They rushed me through my mani pedi. $109 for a gel mani pedi that I had to contort myself so they could do the mani and pedi at the same time. I'm fairly certain they didn't do all the steps for either the mani or pedi because I've had plenty before and I feel like there should have been a scrub or something...Worst of all, my nails started chipping that day. I've had gel manicures last 2-3 weeks and this one didn't last 2-3 days. For a $109 price tag, that's not acceptable.I thought about going back but was scared to based on other people's reviews of what happens when they tried to get this place to redo their faulty work.I'm giving two stars because it is a cool trendy interior with nice TVs and cool peacocks and parrots to look at out on the patio. I went in just to get my lashes done. Julie is absolutely amazing. Very gentle at handling not much burning. Thanks Julie for a job well done. I will be back for sure. Then I was asked if I wanted to get my nails done. If you have been getting your nails done as long as me then you know you can only trust a few. Well I decided I was there so I might as well. While praying in my head that this person not jack me up the hold time. Well to my surprise my the tech that sat down was Nancy. She was my go to tech for almost 5 years. The location, atmosphere & ambiance are great. I asked for SNS nail manicure & a pedicure french manicure. I was talked offered glitter instead of french & accepted (an extra $10 added to the pedi). My pedi was ok, but the polish is horrible. It looks like my 7year old niece did it. I picked & picked at the lady so much & she just couldnt get it right, I just left her alone. My SNS was done in a different manner than I am used to. My nails were dipped in an off white color & then polished with gel/shellac. This was done on Friday at 5pm. It is now Sunday noon & the gel/shellac polish has peeled on my thumb & all 10 nail beds seem to be lifting at the cuticle. I went with my mom and 2 sisters to get a pedicure here. We were very rushed to pick our color. Once they got us seated everything was going good until I realized that they were almost done and none of us got our callous' removed. When I asked about it the lady told me it was $4 extra. I had requested to have mine removed and she told me I didn't need it and that I could just buy the tool myself and do it at home. My heels and toes are still very very rough and uncomfortable. It has been less than a week and my polish is already chipping and my feet are very rough. My mom and sisters still have dead skin around their nails. If I could give them negative stars I would. Nice place! But service is horrible. They're extremely friendly ppl. Great customer service. But the nail tech I had barely polished my nails. When I told her thats she missed the crease she painted practically whole finger when I addressed the paint job the more experienced nail tech said that because I didn't get a manicure. I explained to her that I just got a manicure a few days ago. It's horrible and extremely expensive for their services. I don't mind paying for quality but this is not the case here.  They also try to do your nails and feet at the same time cause you to become uncomfortable. Do not go here!!! Sat around for 15 minutes and then the main lady apologized for the long wait as they are short staffed because it's a "holiday". She then sends me over to a chair where a guy starts placing the nails on me and then told me to wait for the next nail lady to be done. 30 min later I still have these long a** nails on not able to do anything (be on my phone/go to the bathroom if I wanted). I was so upset. All they care about is your money. Instead of saying I'm sorry it's going to be 45 min to an hour.. They glue nails on you so it makes it harder for you to get up and go. Read Less

I'm rating 1 star because this place is completely unprofessional.My best friend got the cops called on her and that is ridiculous. The fact that the manager wouldn't accept the gift certificate because of the slight tear is baffling, and the fact that the manager said that my best friend could of picked it out the trash or stole from someone else is unacceptable. And lastly, the fact that the manager decided to curse at my friend and call her out of her name in general is unprofessional, but for this manager to do so while my best friend was speaking directly to the officer is. Just. Unprofessional.This gift certificate was purchased BY MY FRIEND for her mom, mom did not find use for it so she gave it back to my friend to use. So not only did my friend lose out on the $50 that was spent on the gift card, she also lost out on even more money not only because she paid for her service, but also because she was charged for add-on services that she SPECIFICALLY said she didn't need or want, and, in turn, didn't actually receive.I have to say not only are you accusing a client of stealing which can lead to a lawsuit, you are also harassing her by calling her out of her name another lawsuit for slander. I'm not sure where you feel it is okay to talk to clients like that but this is not cool. To hear this is how your manager or guest service team treats your guest is shocking. And as for the manager, that is not a leader in my eyes. I'm really disappointed to hear that my sister in law had the cops called on her bc she tried to redeem a gift card(slightly damaged and from December with no expiration) that my mother gave her back. My mom didn't want the money go to waste. It was a gift for her. I'm thankful that my mother didn't redeem it bc she would have gone through this embarrassment.  To even think that makes me upset, more bc my family has gone to this establishment for years. After this we will no longer go here. One thing I would suggest that you make it aware to a guest when buying a gift card to keep it intact. If it becomes damaged you won't accept it. got both my eyelashes and my nails done.  I liked the atmosphere of the salon and the staff was very friendly.  I gave it a 2 instead of a 5 for a few reasons.  1.  The guy who did my nails did not listen to me when I asked him to remove my old nail polish before giving me a French gel.  2.  He made the gel too thick which gave it a flawed appearance and will cause it to peel easily.  3.  I went back the next day and asked him to fix it.  He was sweet and made them look worse.  He filed down the excess and then proceeded to clump on the gel again.  Now I have cotton fibers, and a stain on one of my nails and you can see the uneven filing beneath the new layer of polish.  Eyelash Extensions;1.  The price is amazing.2.  I believe that Kimberly did my lashes.  She made them look very natural and beautiful  No excess glue.  I think I am going to glam them up just a bit next time because they look too natural and I want a bit more dramatic look.  Not her fault.  She was amazing. I will go again just to see if this will be my new nail home but I will not accept anyone without extensive experience.  This guy will never touch my nails again.  As for my lashes, I think I have a new lash mate. I found this from a Groupon and I am So glad I did!! What a wonderfully relaxing oasis! I had lash extensions and a pedicure. The spa is immaculate and the staff was super friendly. The outdoor has peacocks wandering around with a relaxing water wall. A baby grand piano and soft chandeliers relax you even more. The prices are on par with other nail salons. Worst place EVER! I originally came here for the peacocks bc my 7 year old is into them right now. Which they did not have. Instead they had macaws that were gorgeous but made me wonder if they were ever taken out of the cage. Or left for a third party to care for. So my visit goes as follows.... I called to schedule an appointment and told them exactly what I wanted. When I get there. I was told a price for each person. So I agreed after negotiating which specific type of pedicure I wanted. So when I get my bill it's more than expected! At this point I felt like I was in a Anjelah Johnson "nail salon skit". I come from San Francisco and NEVER have I been charged $300 for a simple shellac pedicure and nails for 2 adults and one child. It's ridiculous! It's the most hilarious that they don't post any prices on the walls. Again. A huge scam! They were very pushy on trying to get you to get designs and glitter. Not only that, the job was the suckiest I've ever had in my salon experiences. I actually felt uncomfortable during my manicure. Bc my cuticles were trimmed back too far and stung to wash my hands the next few days. That can't be good. The high end prices were simply bc of the scenery? No Thanks. I would never go back. It simply wasn't the price that mattered. But the fact that they simply quoted me my pedicure price and not the total per person. It's shady period point blank. I can't believe the level of unprofessionalism at this establishment. They messed my nails up once but I came in and gave them a second chance for a fill and they failed miserably, and got overcharged for them and a pedicure. I came in initially for a gel pedicure and a full set of Solaris. She rushed me from the get go asking "ok pedicure $49 and $59". I said $49 I guess since she didnt explain the difference. Once in the pedicure chair the lady told me it's an extra $4 to scrub your feet. Thought that was the whole point of a pedicure but ok. I told her to just stick with what comes in the package I asked for. She said ok and charged me the extra $4 anyway. I chalked it up to language barrier and left it at that. Later on i see on the website that there was a $39 pedicure she could have offered me but didn't. If you look online you will also notice they charge $60 for lashes, and have a Groupon out there for the same price saying it's a discount. Anyway, Then I get rushed off to the nail section, and have to contort my body so one can work on my hands while another paints my toes. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my Solars to look like which is baby boomer nails. She told me it would be $35 if I got pink and white with a half moon, but since I wanted the the line between pink and white blurred instead of half mooned it would be an extra $50. Just to blur the line. I asked her how she came up with that number and she said the owner told her. Could've sworn she was the owner, so I asked her where the owner was, and she said the owner wasn't there. I said how could you talk to them to get that number then? She never was on the phone or anything. It was a 10 minute convo with her face to face when she came up with this number. Pretty sure she's over charging for her own pocket but who knows. Anyway, $150 later, I had a mani pedi. The guy left acrylic globs all underneath the nails, the edges were messy, and they were crooked. I came back 2 weeks later for a fill and to repair 2 toe nails that the gel wasn't done right. She started arguing with me immediately and I told her I just want the 2 nails fixed I can go elsewhere for that if it's a problem. She complied and I got them fixed and a fill, but this time the guy slices 2 of my fingers with the drill. That cost me $50. Ridiculous, but yet again I paid, and tipped. It's been 4 days and the nails have lifted. All of them. So I came in today for them to repair their mistake. She got mad because I didn't have a receipt as if she didn't remember me from 4 days ago. I told her I needed to speak to the owner and she told me they aren't there again of course. She began to call the cops on me lol. She began to explain to the police on the phone how I was there for a fill and that her salon was full. There was only 2 other people in there. Her phone was loud so I heard the cops on the other end ask "OK well what do you want us to do about it?" lol. So she hung up on the police. I asked her if they were coming and she said it's none of my business. She was asking me to leave before I could see what her beauty license number was. I'm walking out to my car and I see she's behind me and starts harassing me! She flipped me off and called me an ugly Bitch lol. How professional. I use to really love this place...I went to for the consistency of being in and out quickly.Now...they seem to constantly have new techs that are just learning and are painfully slow. I wish they would tell you beforehand you can make the choice to be a guinea pig or not.A month ago I got a pedicure and manicure that took almost 2 hours. 1) Pedi's are suppose to be 30 mins. 2) a manicure the same. I was late to dinner and everything but I considered it a fluke until today.I'm getting a fill + nail repair. The manager here is pushy and all about an up-sell. She first subs my regular polish for gel polish TELLING me this what I always get and I'm like I never get gel...EVER. The refill with gel is THIRTY THREE DOLLARS...$33. American. Dollars. No ma'am. I already have an issue paying $20 for a regular fill but I do because they are so quick. NOT TODAY. 11-12:45 for a FILL. She was so miserably slow and second guessing. This reviews lashes and nails. MUST AVOIDLash extensions: just AWFUL. I am an esthetician and I know the right way to do lashes. This job was a nightmare. 1. A 1.5 hour job took 30 minutes2. There was visible clumping and adhesive everywhere. 3. Each natural lash had full bundles of extensions instead of a single extension fiber per lash. The weight of those bundled extensions will break the natural lash!4. The design was comically unnatural. I looked like a cheap baby doll. 5. The design was not customized to my eye shape. I was given a choice of three designs. 6. At the end of the service I had some lower lashes stuck to my upper lashes and she just yanked them apart! This is a VERY BAD NO-NO for a lot of reasons, mostly it destroys the natural hairs and she's yarding on delicate eye area skin. Also it indicates there's possibly too much glue7. The lash quality is legendary in its inferiority8. IT HURTS SO MUCH! They extensions are placed so that they poke my skin and pull my lashes if I brush them up or to the side, and these are micro movements before I feel horrible pain. Do NOT go to this person. She will destroy your natural lashes. Nails: they do an okay job, but it is not worth the $44 for a base mani/pedi. Foot exfoliation, a service always included, costs an additional $4. They nickel and dime you as well as high pressure upsell you. Also, the hand wash station is, frankly, disgusting. Instead of single-use nail brushes there were three busted nail brushes sitting in a plastic drink cup full of Quaternary compound. I don't know the law for nail salons but that would not pass inspection in a spa. Gross. Don't let the decorator interior, multitude of TVs, and high end prices fool you. This is seriously my favorite sort-of-secret-and-happy-about-it nail salon in the Austin area!! They ALWAYS pay such close attention to detail, which I appreciate since I'm a little obsessive... Usually just do my own mani-pedis at home to avoid the stress and frustration, but I'm never disappointed when I come here! Friendly, welcoming, attentive and satisfaction-oriented service. FAST, quality work! Affordable ($30-ish) too :o)Random advice: I recommend the "basic" pedicure over the "spa" pedi. There's actually not much difference other than a lower leg massage with lotion, BUT with the basic you get two separate exfoliation massages WITH a foot mask AND oiled hot stone massage... way better in my opinion(and a few bucks cheaper)!! This was my first experience at getting eyelash extensions and I'm honestly not sure if I'll be trying it again. The technician who applied my lashes was very flippant and unprofessional. I'm not a prude by any stretch of the imagination but I don't need to have a conversation about periods with a stranger! My lashes felt and looked stuck together and it feels like they are attached to my eyelid. The first few days my eyes actually hurt! Read Less
