I used to love going here! I would go every 10-14 days for gel mani/pedi. However, recently they have brought in new people, raised the prices and the overall quality is just way lower than it used to be. Issues today: the top coat is only a stripe down the middle, I asked for no oil bc I hate when it gets on/ stains my pants for the day, but she used it anyway, when I went to put on my shoes all of the polish she scraped off my nails at my cut nails were in my shoes, she also used a USED file on my nails! She grabbed it from another woman's basket bc the lady doing my pedicure was using the one designated for me! Overall, I'm just disappointed bc I loved going here the past 2+ years, but it is not the same anymore. Have been going here for about a year, the past 4 or 5 times the tools the girls use are not clean and they complain and roll their eyes about getting new tools. That's gross, disgusting and definitely how people get fungus! Will not be going back Read Less

Last visit. 2/1/18 I unfortunately this visit wasn’t so good. The pedicure lady was awful. This will be the first time I don’t leave a tip. She didn’t do anything I asked and was lazy in her workmanship. She was so busy gossiping to someone that she wasn’t paying attention to her just job. Unfortunate because I like this place prob won’t be allowed to come back because I told the truth. Then to add insult to injury she didn’t believe me, and charged me for gel when I told t...hem no thank you! I’m sure no one will believe this review because of all the other 5 stars. I used to spend a couple hundred a month here and the have that little regard for me. FU Absolutely disappointing. Luckily there are 15,000000000 bazillion nail salons on this planets. Just had a good experience and the workmanship in both my pedicure and nails was top notch. The atmosphere is clean, and comfortable. It's so much better to pay a little more to get this sort of treatment than be annoyed when the job isn't done well and I get an attitude all day long because of people who don't do their jobs well or appreciate when I go to them and provide them my money for their service. I love this place and I'm very sad I moved. I had been going to Hannah for 2 years. She's amazing and fast. Will her you in and out. Working in the medical field and having a crazy work schedule she always accommodated me. My nails always lasted! Never broke or chipped! I come here quite frequently and have continued to come back but each time there is usually something that I'm a little dissatisfied with, usually its not minding my requests - please don't scrub past my heels - I'm extremely ticklish, or I have a blister on the back on my foot, please don't use the scrubber on it, etc. This last time in particular has pushed me away from coming back. I told the technician very plainly, please be very gentle on my cuticles, I bleed easily. Not two nails into the manicure, I feel her press deeply into my cuticle and it starts to bleed pretty heavily. Now, I totally understand that people make mistakes and my nails are pretty sensitive, so I'm used to bleeding at a salon. However, she didn't know what to do to stop it and when I suggested that she paint the other nails and we can come back to that one once the blood dries, she didn't agree. Instead, after dabbing it some times with paper towel, she proceeds to paint OVER the blood. My blood was on the nail paint brush!! Not only is there dried blood under my manicure and around it (i can deal with it), I'm sure there has to be something against sanitation code. Not impressed. The nail station is a counter where they seat 4 people on each side.  I don't feel comfortable sitting less then a foot away from two strangers and have no where to place my purse or jacket.  I felt very crammed.  I asked for a simple heart.  I expected to be better then what i do on my own nails and it looks elementary.  Cleanliness is mediocre at best. Great experience! This was my first time trying SNS nails, and I had a specific color and design in mind. They looked at my Pinterest picture and helped me match the color on my toes exactly. They stopped to make sure I liked each color and design along the way. The atmosphere was so calming. I loved every thing about my visit here. Will definitely be returning soon! Read Less

Terrible! I am so disappointed to have wasted $35 on a bad, bad manicure! Don't waste  your time. It was rushed,  poorly done and the woman still had an attitude because I asked that she redo it to something she can do. And it was obvious that they were all talking about me in another language! I get zero internet reception in this place so with nothing else to do (I was too shy to ask for the wifi password in fear I wouldn't understand and have to ask to repeat a million times) I decided to write a detailed in the moment review in my notes. I got at elegant nails at 1233. The environment in here is nice the staff are usually friendly, it's almost always BUSY. So many moms come here getting pedicures during the day while their kids are at school. I typically avoid coming here for that reason. They seated me immediately with Hoa once I got there. Hoa was very kind but just didn't seem to really want to be there. I went with the deluxe for $38 because I really wanted a good foot massage plus I had time to kill before picking up my daughter from drivers ed (yea I'm also one of those moms) and it said it would last 45mins. It also stated on the menu that I would be getting a paraffin treatment and my feet are dry with callouses. When she was exfoliating the bottom of my feet I didn't feel like she was even paying attention to what she was doing. She spent 5mins filing and clipping my cuticles and then 5 mins getting callouses off the bottom of my feet with zero ambition to actually get anything off, she was basically going through the motions. She then proceeded to exfoliating my legs with a massage she spent about 10 mins doing that. She drained the water after that and proceeded to wash the tools that she used on me in the basin I still had my feet in. Then came the paraffin wax. While my feet soaked she used massage oil on my legs which was nice but I really wanted my feet massaged. She used about medium pressure and sort of did the same massage gesture for  7 mins then took off the wax on my  feet and massaged with medium/soft pressure but kept going back to my shins and petting them for 8mins. She then draped a warm moist towel over my legs and wiped off the oil. At 102 she proceeded with buffing my nails, sprayed nails with alcohol, clipping my cuticles some more, then Brushed on more alcohol on my nails and put the toe spacers in between my toes. They were fresh out of a package not recycled. I hate it when they wind up a paper towel and weave it between your toes. She did a pretty good job painting my tiny toenails so that's a major plus. I know they are not massage therapists but if you offer it in a package at least make it better than what my 16 year old could do at home.  I think the massage chair put more effort in rubbing out sore spots. I once came in and got a phenomenal foot massage but I didn't get the lady's name but I keep hoping I'll be put with her again so I will always go to her. Read Less

I loved it!! My experience getting a pedicure and solar nails done was amazing they were thorough and did a beautiful job. Very nice beautiful space I will 100% go back. I've been to a lot of nail places in Pflugerville and by far this is absolutely my favorite one!! I have been going to Elegant nails for a year now. I have always loved the service that I received, until today. I went in for a Mani/Pedi. The pedi was great. No complaints there, but when I went for my mani she did an awful job and rushed through it. In the middle of the mani she stopped to pull out her phone and go through pictures with another manicurist. Just stopped working on my hands. Then she got mad that I told her I didn't like the base color she chose for under the glitter color she was applying. She hadn't even applied a coat yet, and I asked for a different color and she got upset. She also kept pressuring me to do a design, and I told her no that I didn't want one and she was upset because she couldn't charge the additional cost. When it was time to apply the lotion at the end of the mani she literally just wiped it on my arm and said she was done. I had to rub it in. After being a loyal customer for a year coming every 2-3 weeks, I think I may need to find a new nail salon. Read Less

The place is clean and the staff is nice but the quality of their products or their application is my concern. It's only been a week since getting my gel polish and it's already lifting around the cuticles. It's too bad because I really liked the color but not the quality. My nails grow slowly and I can usually go two weeks with absolutely no problems from my previous nail salon in Austin. I stopped by this location because it was convenient and I was meeting a friend there. The cost of $30 for gel polish to only have it last a week is ridiculous! I'll drive further and pay $23 at my previous salon.Read Less

I went here because of the high ratings hoping that this nail salon would be my home nail place but I was wrong. Customer service was poor. I started my nails with one lady and got pushed to another one because a customer asked for the that was working on my nails. Which I felt that the other customer should have waited because I was there first. So the lady that continued on my nails rushed and she didn't do a good job of cutting my cuticles. Read Less

After a very overpriced pedicure and gel set I have two infected toes. The nail tech was trying to cut a hangnail but ended up cutting my cuticles pretty badly. Nice atmosphere but overpriced and now I can't even enjoy my pedicure because it is covered with band aids. Read Less

Over priced, and they don't stand behind their services. I had 4 nails "pop" off in 2 days. After revieving a new set. They would give me a free pedi, but would not remove the nails and try something different. I have worn nails for years and never had this issue.
