I went in to get a pedicure and a full set soaked off and I wanted a shellac full set. My pedicure looks great. My nails however looked pretty bad. The polish didn’t lay flat (yes it did have glitter I understand that) and it was even with the thickness. The fake nails didn’t line up with my real nails at all. The “coffin” shape was completed uneven on all of my nails. So I decided I couldn’t keep these nails so I walked back in not even five minutes later and I wanted them fixed. The nail techs started arguing with me and didn’t understand what I wanted done. So I was in the process of soaking my nails off and I asked the manager if I would be able to get a refund and get response was “the nails techs make their money off of commission and we the owners take out 7 dollars to pay for the place and if we gave everyone a refund we wouldn’t be able to open our doors” I was in absolute shock. I have never been told I can’t get a refund. I spent my own money on something I didn’t even care for. I will never go here again. Read Less

TOO EXPENSIVE......CAN GET THE SAME EXACT SERVICES UPSCALE ON WESTHEIMER FOR HALF THE $120 IT COST ME FOR A FULL SET AND PEDICURE. WAS QUOTED ONE PRICE AND GOT TO THE COUNTER THE PRICE WAS HIGHER.... When I walked in we waa greeted properly! I may have waited for 10mins before I received service on my nails. The lady that did my nails was EXTREMELY EXTREMELY HORRIBLE!!! After she filed my nail down she did not let me wash my hands from all of the access shedings... she was not friendly at all... I asked her to take off one of the nails because I wanted a overlay and she did not I asked her twice and I still did not receive what I had asked for!!! She was rushing my service and I WILL NOT BE RETURNING BACK!!! I've been coming here for years.. the owners are sometimes pushy (if you come close to closing time) wanting payment so they can close..but overall christina & tom are pretty nice & accommodating..they have good nail techs (minus a few)Nancy is my go to though, she's funny & overall does good work Read Less

I am so disappointed with this place! I used to LOVE it here now I hate it. Today I went there for the last time and I'm NEVER coming back again.first of all, the owner asked me to pay BEFORE the services were rendered because she wanted to collect everyone's money and go home!  They rushed, it's overpriced AND not only did the colors not match, it's not even the dang color I picked out in the first place!!! The owners response was, "I don't know. The manufacturing company changes the colors sometimes" WELL maybe you should adjust the sample nails to match the colors you actually are applying. I'm extremely disappointed in them. They have gotten a lot worse over the years. Rushed and it's not lasting. For all the money you pay, go to the nail shop down next door (next shopping center over) they are "slow" but it's because they actually take their time and care about their customers. Read Less

I was in a hurry to get my nails done before my little sister's birthday, didn't have an appointment, but they still took me and had two ladies work on my nails at the same time. I was in and out of their in about 30 minutes, which was really great considering I got gel nails on my hands and my toes painted as well. Great service! Read Less

I absolutely love this place only because they have the best nail tech in Pearland, Caroline! Her pedicures are my favorite! The best pedicures I've ever had were from her. She always does an amazing job with all of the fingernail services too, but I will never go to anyone else for a pedicure. She is extremely sweet and always gives me the best advice about my nails that no other nail tech has ever done for me. It is always best to call ahead and book an appointment because this place can get very busy. Don't forget to bring CASH to tip to avoid paying a fee to use the ATM there. Went in here for a polish change and pedicure and while the people are super nice my nails are chipping after a week or so and they didn't match my nail color with my toe color. It was bizarre. In their favor, they did say I could come back and get it redone (why, why did the colors not match???), but I was headed out of town with no time. My coworker and I went here for a Friday lunch hour.The staff was super nice and the location was very clean. The color selection was plentiful in both OPI and Essie. They also had a lot of gel options. We both got the Fabulous pedicure. We were both extremely happy when we left the salon and have told our other coworkers that it is the place to go.Special Note: Make a reservation. Friday lunch got filled up rather quickly. I am a regular customer at this nails salon. I dont know what is going on with the owner but the lady owner is always very rude to customer and her employee. Recently I found out the she often steal tips of their nails techs. Also she made me to write down her sister name who also works there because she wants whenever I come back I have to ask for her sister. I dont have much time to just wait for her sister. I began the search for a new nail salon after a less than pleasing experience with my old go-to. A friend recommended Silverlake and I absolutely loved it. The wait is never too long, they always have the newest OPI polishes, and their technicians are friendly. They offer complimentary beverages, including wine & sodas.
