Very relaxing nail salon. Everybody is so gentle and nice. The nail techs are great, especially Mimi!!! Recommend people to give this nail salon a try. You wont regret it :)

I came in today with my sister to get mani/pedis. There was no wait and they tended to us immediately. My mani/pedi turned out fine, my sister’s mani was terrible. The lady who did hers seemed to rush it and messed up the painting really badly. There is nail polish on/below her cuticles and on the sidebar of her nails that wasn’t cleaned off. Some areas appear clumpy too. Also, I brought in a coupon from their OWN website under the “promotions” link and they refused to take it. First she claimed that wasn’t their coupon as it didn’t say their name on it, but when I pulled it up on their business website she just said “we don’t have coupons anymore” and I said “but it is on your own website...if you don’t “have” them anymore how is it still on your website”. She refused to accept it and charged us normal price. Honestly, she could’ve saved the company this 1-Star review which I wish I could give no stars review for the terrible way they conduct business. False advertisement is not a great way to conduct business and I will not be back again. (I’ve come here 3 times before using the coupons from their website so I was very confused). Also I mentioned to her at the beginning that we just wanted the mani/pedi level of the coupon and she said nothing about not accepting the coupon.

Everytime my wife and I have gone here they always have time in their schedule even if its last minute notice. We have gone 3 times and never left disappointed. Prices are very reasonable. My wife got her nails done and I was surprised at how low the price was. I got a pedicure and it was very relaxing. They are really nice people. Will keep returning time and time again.

We picked this place randomly from Google due to the mostly good reviews. I don't remember names, but the woman who did my pedicure was great! However, the lady who did my French manicure was horrible...
We picked this place randomly from Google due to the mostly good reviews. I don't remember names, but the woman who did my pedicure was great! However, the lady who did my French manicure was horrible! She missed painting half the nail and when I pointed it out seemed offended. She also left quite a bit of white showing on multiple nails and only fixed one after I pointed it out multiple times. She ignored my requests to fix the others. She accidentally touched one nail while it was still wet, sort of tried to fix it unsuccessfully, and then tried to say they were done. After I pointed out that the nail was very messed up, she halfway redid it but it looked no better than before. Too many coats of paint on all nailed make them look odd and chunky. In all, this is the worst French manicure I have ever received. Though I know not all the artists are bad, this place is too pricy to risk it and I will not be going back.

I went to this place for the first time and left pretty disappointed. They really try to up sell you and you don't quite understand what they are asking. I had a pedicure done and she explained everything they were going to do, she didn't tell me that they automatically give you the most expensive one. I'm only giving this place 1 star because Tina did a great job on my pedicure. She was super gentle and pleasant. She did an amazing job.I got a powder dipped manicure done by Cindy and am super disappointed. Not only did my nails come out lumpy and uneven for the really expensive price, but she physically drew blood from me 5 times. She was extremely rough. She handled my left hand very carelessly and jammed it at the knuckle. It feels slightly dislocated. She has this nail dremmel tool that she is not careful with and she ground down on the skin around my nails 3 times. She left me bleeding. She was very rough when filing down my nails and cut the skin under my nails with the file. She physically filed down my finger. I have never had such a terrible experience with a manicure like this. Cindy was horrible. Don't go to her. I will never return to this location even though it is conveniently located by my house. I had a bad first experience and will never return.

I came here with my wife for the first time and service is excellent. She was seen right away and they were very nice. They gave me an ice cold bottled water and made sure I was comfy. She had her nails done quickly and to the way she wanted them done. I will come here again with her and recommend this place whenever people ask. Jennifer helped us, so I would recommend her. Everyone else was very helpful as well. The environment is elegant and clean. There is a wheel chair ramp right in front that is highlighted blue. Thanks again ~

Honestly, for what I usually get somewhere else for $5 less I got here with WAY better quality. I got a BASIC mani and pedi with red polish. My pedi is still going strong after a month. My nails didn't last that long. Maybe a week. Ask for Amy. She's amazing for what she did with me. Again, it was a BASIC mani/pedi. They tried to get me to get lavender foot soak and I said no. They weren't mad about it or anything.

Highly disappointed and will not return. Recently went with my daughter for manicure/pedicure. It was fairly busy for a Sunday evening but we were still serviced fairly quickly. What made this visit so disappointing is in the middle of servicing my daughter the lady left to start servicing someone who had just walked in. The lady that took over for her then attempted to rush through my daughter's services (e.g. No top coat, no base coat, not fully painting the entire nail) and had to be repeatedly corrected and have the tasks re-done. After my pedicure was completed, the lady servicing me then left to service a woman that walked through the door instead of completing my manicure. Needless to say I did not wait around for the manicure and as this had (note the past tense) been my go to nail salon (this was not my first time here) the complete disrespect of my time was unacceptable. *I will state there had been minor things I've had to correct previously in regards to their focus on quality and ensuring they not rush through services to get to the next patron, but this was definitely the last straw. There are too many nail salons in Pearland to tolerate this behavior.

I also told her I didn't have time for her to do my cuticles, and she also had an opinion about that. At the end of my service, she literally said the words "then go home." I will never go back!! the audacity these people have.

I would love to give this nail salon 5 stars because my favorite nail tech works there. But the owner, Mary, is blatantly rude. After I picked a nail color, she told me that color was an extra fee. I was astounded because the color was with all the others that I was told to choose from. She was very rude about it...actually insulting me as if I couldn't afford it. She also rushes the techs on their customers, when they are only trying to do a good job. I make appointments and should not feel like a rush job is being done. I, along with family members and friends, have been coming to this salon for years...for one tech ONLY. Thank goodness for her because I would not give my business to Mary and this salon without her.

I have been going to this nail salon for several years now and they consistently do a great job. It is especially relaxing because they play spa music, have a beautiful sky mural on the ceiling, and don't have the distraction of a TV. I used to come here for my eyebrows. Tammy used to do a wonderful job never had any issues with the wax until yesterday the lady's name is Mary and she burned the hell out of my face. I was so upset I told her right away that she burned my cheek all she said was cold water cold water. I asked her why she put wax on my checks it was supposed to be on the lip!!! She obviously does not know what she's doing. I'm never going there again. It was horrible and according to her she's the one that does facials and wax now. I have a wedding to go to and have this big burned mark on my cheek, she peeled off my skin! This place is not what it used to be. Their good employees that knew what they were doing are gone.

One lady even walked away and disappeared not telling me she was giving me to another lady to finish. I kept telling the first lady who started on my nails that i wanted them thin...she kept reassuring me that they would thin them out. The last lady came and finished my nails without thinning them out. I had to tell her and she said ohhh i didnt know you didnt get them thinned out yet. But of course she didnt....4 other people worked on my nails before her!!!! Not to mention i originally asked for a specific style to be done on my nails and the lady put the wrong powder on my nails after i literally gave her the hand and said "I WANT THIS PLEASE" while pointing at the hand.....then she wasnt doing the style the way it was on the nail so when i asked her about it she said "Oh you want it like this?" Ummm yes! Thats what i said several times while pointing at the hand!! Sigh. Ridiculous. Then they had the nerve to ask me if i like everything...3 days later and im still upset at how rude they were and how they passed me around like a rag doll!

I really wanted to like this place since it is close to where I live. I also loved that it was small and reasonably priced. However, my nail tech really turned me off from returning to this location. I had an eyebrow wax and a pedicure. She did my eyebrows first and didn't seem to wash her hands as I could still smell her lunch on her hands. She also didn't shape my eyebrows or tweeze any hair. My pedicure was not thorough. The best part might of been the massage chair. She did not remove my cuticle or dead skin neatly when I went home I could see where she started and stopped. She did polish my nails well but that's not really the reason I go to a nail salon. If you're like me and want a place to relax and get a thorough pedicure, do not come here. I would also not recommend their eyebrow wax. I will continue to search for a good nail salon in Pearland.

This is my favorite place to get a pedicure! Consistently beautiful, relaxing and exceeding my expectations no matter who does it. I hate when you have to request a specific person to get quality service and you don't have to do that here. I always opt for the Deluxe which includes the foot wrap, scrub and wax. Very clean, quiet, professional, peaceful nail spa. The first time I got my nails done here I wasn't so impressed, but on my visit yesterday they were done perfectly (solar overlay on my natural nails). Overall, a very nice nail spa that I would recommend to anyone in the Pearland area.

She was very rough when filing down my nails and cut the skin under my nails with the file. She physically filed down my finger. I have never had such a terrible experience with a manicure like this. Cindy was horrible. Don't go to her. I will never return to this location even though it is conveniently located by my house. I had a bad first experience and will never return.

I went to this place for the first time and left pretty disappointed. They really try to up sell you and you don’t quite understand what they are asking. I had a pedicure done and she explained everything they were going to do, she didn’t tell me that they automatically give you the most expensive one.
I’m only giving this place 1 star because Tina did a great job on my pedicure. She was super gentle and pleasant. She did an amazing job.
I got a powder dipped manicure done by Cindy and am super disappointed. Not only did my nails come out lumpy and uneven for the really expensive price, but she physically drew blood from me 5 times. She was extremely rough. She handled my left hand very carelessly and jammed it at the knuckle. It feels slightly dislocated. I came here with my wife for the first time and service is excellent. She was seen right away and they were very nice. They gave me an ice cold bottled water and made sure I was comfy. She had her nails done quickly and to the way she wanted them done. I will come here again with her and recommend this place whenever people ask. Jennifer helped us, so I would recommend her. Everyone else was very helpful as well. The environment is elegant and clean. There is a wheel chair ramp right in front that is highlighted blue. Thanks again ~

Honestly, for what I usually get somewhere else for $5 less I got here with WAY better quality. I got a BASIC mani and pedi with red polish. My pedi is still going strong after a month. My nails didn't last that long. Maybe a week. Ask for Amy. She's amazing for what she did with me. Again, it was a BASIC mani/pedi. They tried to get me to get lavender foot soak and I said no. They weren't mad about it or anything.

Highly disappointed and will not return. Recently went with my daughter for manicure/pedicure. It was fairly busy for a Sunday evening but we were still serviced fairly quickly. What made this visit so disappointing is in the middle of servicing my daughter the lady left to start servicing someone who had just walked in. The lady that took over for her then attempted to rush through my daughter's services (e.g. No top coat, no base coat, not fully painting the entire nail) and had to be repeatedly corrected and have the tasks re-done. After my pedicure was completed, the lady servicing me then left to service a woman that walked through the door instead of completing my manicure. Needless to say I did not wait around for the manicure and as this had (note the past tense) been my go to nail salon (this was not my first time here) the complete disrespect of my time was unacceptable. *I will state there had been minor things I've had to correct previously in regards to their focus on quality and ensuring they not rush through services to get to the next patron, but this was definitely the last straw. There are too many nail salons in Pearland to tolerate this behavior.

I told her I wanted clear nail polish and then she replied that it wouldn't look good. I'm sorry, I didn't know it was your decision. I also told her I didn't have time for her to do my cuticles, and she also had an opinion about that. At the end of my service, she literally said the words "then go home." I will never go back!! the audacity these people have.

I would love to give this nail salon 5 stars because my favorite nail tech works there. But the owner, Mary, is blatantly rude. After I picked a nail color, she told me that color was an extra fee. I was astounded because the color was with all the others that I was told to choose from. She was very rude about it...actually insulting me as if I couldn't afford it. She also rushes the techs on their customers, when they are only trying to do a good job. I make appointments and should not feel like a rush job is being done. I, along with family members and friends, have been coming to this salon for years...for one tech ONLY. Thank goodness for her because I would not give my business to Mary and this salon without her.

It is especially relaxing because they play spa music, have a beautiful sky mural on the ceiling, and don't have the distraction of a TV. The owner is always very friendly and offers me a beverages every time I visit. I've tried other places in the neighborhood in the past but I keep coming back here!

I was so upset I told her right away that she burned my cheek all she said was cold water cold water. I asked her why she put wax on my checks it was supposed to be on the lip!!! She obviously does not know what she's doing. I'm never going there again. It was horrible and according to her she's the one that does facials and wax now. I have a wedding to go to and have this big burned mark on my cheek, she peeled off my skin! This place is not what it used to be. Their good employees that knew what they were doing are gone.

If i had the option to give this place 0 stars...i would have. I had 5 people work on my nails....5 people. One lady even walked away and disappeared not telling me she was giving me to another lady to finish. I kept telling the first lady who started on my nails that i wanted them thin...she kept reassuring me that they would thin them out. The last lady came and finished my nails without thinning them out. I had to tell her and she said ohhh i didnt know you didnt get them thinned out yet. But of course she didnt....4 other people worked on my nails before her!!!! Not to mention i originally asked for a specific style to be done on my nails and the lady put the wrong powder on my nails after i literally gave her the hand and said "I WANT THIS PLEASE" while pointing at the hand.....then she wasnt doing the style the way it was on the nail so when i asked her about it she said "Oh you want it like this?" Ummm yes! Thats what i said several times while pointing at the hand!! Sigh. Ridiculous. Then they had the nerve to ask me if i like everything...3 days later and im still upset at how rude they were and how they passed me around like a rag doll!

I really wanted to like this place since it is close to where I live. I also loved that it was small and reasonably priced. However, my nail tech really turned me off from returning to this location. I had an eyebrow wax and a pedicure. She did my eyebrows first and didn't seem to wash her hands as I could still smell her lunch on her hands. She also didn't shape my eyebrows or tweeze any hair. My pedicure was not thorough. The best part might of been the massage chair. She did not remove my cuticle or dead skin neatly when I went home I could see where she started and stopped. She did polish my nails well but that's not really the reason I go to a nail salon. If you're like me and want a place to relax and get a thorough pedicure, do not come here. I would also not recommend their eyebrow wax. I will continue to search for a good nail salon in Pearland.

This is my favorite place to get a pedicure! Consistently beautiful, relaxing and exceeding my expectations no matter who does it. I hate when you have to request a specific person to get quality service and you don't have to do that here. I always opt for the Deluxe which includes the foot wrap, scrub and wax. Very clean, quiet, professional, peaceful nail spa. The first time I got my nails done here I wasn't so impressed, but on my visit yesterday they were done perfectly (solar overlay on my natural nails). Overall, a very nice nail spa that I would recommend to anyone in the Pearland area.
