This was my first time here. Walk-in. The decor and ambience were pleasing. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Ricky did my nails and Lilly did my pedicure. He took his time to ensure the refill was clean and done to my specifications. Lilly was gentle and thorough on my feet. The price was typical for the services I received. I’ll return. This Shop is very pretty BUT the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HOBBLE in PEARLAND Location... The Manager is soooo impossible to reach ... they tell you to leave your name and if they see her they give to her ... Stepanie is a good tech with nails BUT If u have an appointment with her ... good luck ... I had a 10 am app’t with STEPHANIE when I got there no STEPHANIE I was told by staff STEPHANIE said come back for 1pm...... ( which she has done on regular basis with several of my frie...nds ... which no longer use her as their technician or even go to the shop ) after strongly insisting to speak to MGR ( after being given one lame excuse after another) finely Mgr / Owner called the Pearland store ... after explaining this was extremely /unprofessional ... mgr begged me to give it a second try with DONNA her best technician... which I didn’t leave from my 10 am until 12:30 )... But at least things were fine ...but DONNA is going to be gone for months ( getting married out of the country) so the next skilled technician is STEPHANIE BUT after me switching technician ( stephanie is soooo extremely rude and angry all the time...) after months with DONNA I never referred a friend to DONNA ( I had sent 2 new clients to DONNA ... no problem) but recently she was unable to do another friends nail because she’s getting married ...(Jennifer is always extremely sweet ... and does Great Job on my feet! ) I was told next best technician is STEPHANIE but u will take chance her showing up to app’t... STEPHANIE did her nails but the hold time was very rude and snappy to her ( a new customer) I have proof of unprofessional way she was treated ...She ask for MGR but again they gave her run around...when on my own I finely tracked down MGR/Owner ... she could careless about the proof and even said she could not make STEPHANIE act professional ( I was told STEPHANIE was actually a family member to her ) ... she said she has spoken to her several times before about her attitude but there was nothing she could do... are u kidding me? I have referred 3 people ...plus myself and 5 other people will NEVER DUE BUSINESS THERE AGAIN THEY ARE THE WORSE! We don’t want such unprofessional business in our area ! I went here today as a walk-in as my regular salon was closed. I couldn’t have been more pleased with their services! I got the “pampered manicure” and Jennifer gave me one the best arm, shoulder & neck massages I’ve ever had! She did an awesome job on my cuticles and eyebrow wax as well. Will definitely be back! So, my friend called in and scheduled a 5 o'clock appointment the day before. I show up at 4:55 and my friend had just started her pedicure. I was shocked that there was just her and her daughter, and 3 other people there. Usually nail salons are hopping on Friday evenings! I digress. I sit for 35 minutes. No offering of drink, not really even a hello. A lady came and did my pedicure, I was about to just tell her to skip me, but for some reason I was being nice. Probably because I was around my friend and wanted to be civilized. Lol but in the time I was sitting there, they started on at least 3 other people's nails. Short staffed, and the place wasn't even busy, on a Friday! There was a huge red flag. Easily the worst nail spa in Pearland. First visit...Clean salon, plastic liners are by request. Service seemed a bit rushed (wasn't overly busy) but not sure if it's typical here.  I selected their classic manicure and was asked a few times if I was sure i didn't want to upgrade. While getting my eyebrows done, the tech (Nichole) asked if I wanted my lip waxed as well. I said no and she proceeded to tell me I had too much hair on my lip  Sorry but that wasn't here place. My husband and I visited here today for mani/pedi (me) and pedi (husband) after seeing two people that I know speak highly of this place. I hope our experience was a one off as opposed to the norm. As I was getting my manicure from the nail tech with the turquoise frame glasses, she was being too rough and rushing as she was tending to my cuticles. I got her attention when she nipped my ring finger which she started being more gentle, but when she got to my middle finger (...same hand) she was ROUGH, so I got her attention again, and then she cut me...which resulted in immediate bleeding. I didn't make a huge stink about it because she apologized immediately and put antiseptic quickly. I just allowed her to finish as my finger was now stinging. She did NOT polish my entire fingernails as she rushed to finish. Side note...I think they time themselves... anyway her polish job was subpar and I pointed out to her that there was too much topcoat on my finger because there was a big blob of clear polish sitting on top of my nail...so she proceeds to get the nail polish (color) back out and I stopped her to tell and show her that it is the top coat...but she insisted that she knew what she was doing....so she applied MORE color on top followed by another topcoat layer....WAY TOO MUCH POLISH. I said thanks and let her leave to go start on another client. Stephanie finished my pedi, which I really could not enjoy fully due to the pedi experience, and I quietly asked her to fix the over polished finger and she said no problem. Because her attitude was very positive I asked her to polish the unpolished side of a nail on a different finger. Again, no problem....but then she reviewed the polish job I had received...finger by finger and quietly asked if they could re-polish ALL of my nails. I agreed. We proceeded quietly, but when turquoise framed glasses turned around and looked, she began speaking in her native language and then got up and proceeded to walk over to me.....But was quickly redirected by Stephanie so she went back and sat down and continued working on her client again speaking in her native language...only louder. Christina came over and asked me to sit at the manicure so she could polish my nails, which turned out nicely. We pay, TIP, and leave. My husband looks at my hands and commented on how short my nails are now. Now home, I notice that my nails are not smooth...as they are not buffed. She used the Emory board, but did not check to ensure they were smooth. Other nail salons use the red and grey foamy block to buff/smooth the tips of the nails...not here. I gave 3 stars as Stephanie and Christina were very nice and professional. Also my husband said that Sally was good. I have never had a Shellac manicure last more than four days before it starts peeling on the sides of the nail. I'm going on TWO WEEKS and my nails still look beautiful! I will keep going back to Ritz. They are friendly, clean, and professional too. Read Less

I am EXTREMELY happy about the service that I received. I will not post my tech's names so that they aren't busy when I try to make my reservation ;-) I received a shellac manicure and deluxe pedicure. My shellac is 10 days old and I am still loving them. The polish wasn't thinned out to the point of chipping, and the tech did not polish the edge of my cuticle line causing the polish to peel. Everybody who knows me, knows that I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to my pedicures because I like a firm massage and she exceeded my expectations! Read Less

My pedicure was amazing! My shellac fell a little short. My edges weren't cleaned up and a lot of fibers from the towels/cotton they used got stuck in them. I'll stick to a regular manicure next time, but will definitely be back. Read Less

I am so glad I found this place! It is beautiful, clean, super friendly, made me feel right at home. Not over-priced. Gave me a hot cocoa (or coffee or tea) and a snack for free while a tremendously gentle person gave me a pedicure. I picked shellack- lots of shellack colors to choose from. Great place. Love it.
