I used to loved coming to this place and getting my nails done. I have been going to this place for more than over a year and I never really had an issue. Well I won't be returning anymore. Yesterday I came in to get my nails done and there was nail tech available -"May"- and everything was fine until another lady comes in. This new customer is greeted by May and she tells May "Omg you are free! Every time I come here you are always busy". The nail tech instead of telling her she was with another customer decides to leave me and starts doing the other customer's nails. Take in mind that this customer did not have an appointment and as far as I am concern it's first come and first served. What really irritated me is that May did not have curtsey of telling that she was leaving and she also seemed to be smirking at the situation. I was ignored for about 15 minutes until the owner came and told me it was going to be 5 more minutes. Well I waited over 20 minutes until someone once more approached me. I had heard from previous acquaintances that they would discriminate against some customers and render service to the ones they found "preferable" to serve/accommodate first. I strongly suggest that the owners talk to the nail techs and enforce a customer service policy. I typically would recommend this nail salon and I am no longer doing so, I don't want anyone to experience any form of discrimination because they are not found to be the "preferable customer". I think I found my new nail place! I went here for the first time tonight to get a mani/pedi with shellac. The girls who did my nails were amazing and super sweet, talking to them was quite nice. They were also super gentle and really paid attention to what they were doing. I didn't feel rushed or like just another number--I really felt cared about as a customer. I will never go back to this place. I got my nails done on 12/28/17 and I had to go back on 12/29/17 to have 2 nails replaced because they looked like trash. Here we are 1/2/18 and the powder is already lifting on all my nails. When I went on 12/28/17, three different people worked on my nails. When I went back to get my nails fixed, two different people worked on my nails. Tony did my nails the first day and then they had him fix the nails the 2nd time. First time here and I was quite impressed with the level of attention given to me by several employees. It's a small nail spa, very unassuming, yet the nail techs are quite skillful. I received a classic pedicure with gel polish. The service was reasonably priced, compared to other salons within a 3 mile radius. There were ample gel color options. I'm a regular here and have been since the grand opening. I don't go to many other nail shops outside of this one unless it's an emergency and I'm not close to Q Art Nails. I've also gotten great service and the nail techs are always very helpful when I have one of my indecisive days ( I can never seem to choose a nail color lol). They always offer me a beverage upon arrival and i find that I can relax a lot here. Being that I'm a nurse, I don't get my finger nails done often and mainly get pedicures. If I do choose to get them they always find a nice neutral or nude color that won't stand out too much at work. Try them out, every nail shop is not going to be perfect, but I really enjoy this place. Not sure what I'm going to do when I move in a few months. I will definitely miss coming here! Read Less

I love this place! Jenny always takes care of me . The lady that does the lashes is the only person that will touch my lashes ever again. I used to big bucks and gave them all fall out in a few days. Who would have thought I'd be Yelping a nail salon? But have you ever been offered a complimentary alcoholic beverage at a nail salon? Plus it's so clean and pretty in here (I mean crystal chandeliers come-on)! They even lined the pedi tub so I felt way less contact with other people's barely rinsed away germs. LolBrian at the front desk was very pleasant and checked on me several times. I got a warm neck pillow and Tasty white wine. Ohh and the chair had a part that extended your leg out so you didn't have to hold your foot up for scrubbing/scrapping/ pumice stoning...Man, if I lived in the area this would be my spot! Read Less

I actually like this nail salon but only gave it three stars because in the past I have not received consistent service. Only when Jenny or Laila does my nails am I happy. This is my second time going there. They offered me wine, when they brought it out my cup was visibly dirty. So i let the lady know she acted as if nothing was wrong and asked me did i want another cup hmm no thanks..... My first experience at this Spa and the results was horrible. They are by far NOT a 5 * Spa. I walked in with my daughter and immediately before choosing my Mani pedi they ushered me to a chair. I felt rushed, but desperately wanted to give them a chance. I got Shellac for my Pedi and a not so comforting Scrub. My 8 year old gives better pedicures. I had a powered acrylic nail fill, this was done on Wednesday it's Friday and my fingers are bruised and sore from their service. I rated this place a one because of the poor customer service and the lack of technical skill for the service I requested as well as the unusually warm and uncomfortable temperature they kept the salon the entire time I was there. The one is hardly deserved. I came in for a mani/pedi with a full set. I had been wearing my natural nails with shellac for sometime and wanted try something different and thought to give this place a try. I had one special request...chrome nails. First I consulted with the manager. She explained the prices and said that they could do the chrome nails and asked me to pick a color. After selecting a color for my toes I sat down for my services. The toes came out nice. However the nail tech struggled with the chrome application process. The polish application looked super thick (like a kindergarten child did it) and was full of bubbles. I asked her to correct the issue she filed the polish down with the drill and started again. Same issue. I could see she was doing the process wrong. I showed her pics online and she said it was photoshop. No!!!  You are applying this wrong!  After she did it the second time, each time it looked worse, I asked her to remove it completely. The manager came over and said oh you have to get it on your real nails to work and look flat on the powder it looks like this. BS!!!  The bubbles would be there on my real nails too. I was so upset. I asked them to remove everything and said I won't be paying for it. She offered to just do a plain polish to March my toes and said I wouldn't be charged for the chrome. You're damn skippy I shouldn't be charged for the chrome. She charged me anyway and refused to remove the charge from my card and told me she was very sorry. Terrible. So, I gave this place 3 tries and they failed all three. First, I got shellac and it starting chipping after 2 days. Second, I went in to fix my shellac and got a pedicure, in which my feet looked awful and felt like I didn't even get a pedicure. Lastly, they were offering a 20% off all services and somehow my bill came out to $65 for a full set for my daughter and regular pedicure. When I asked for a breakdown it was like I broke a law. I would not recommend this place. Went because it is close to home, but ended up regretting not going to my usual nail salon. The people are extremely friendly, but I will not return. My overlay is extremely thick and uneven (even after telling the tech so and having her redo it). She seemed to get upset after I asked her to correct my nails. The pedicure was better, but felt extremely rushed. Granted, I received an "express pedicure," but geez...at least let my nails dry before putting my shoes on!  The quality does not compare to other nail salons in Pearland. Read Less

So I took to my wife to here because of the Grand opening. I had been to quite a few of these nail spas before but here, here I was blown away. I normally sit and wait for my wife but the massage chairs were so inviting I ended up participating in the pampering, they brought out champaign and I got taken on a melting relaxing adventure with the pedicure and massive massage chair. I am germaphobic, but they had everything sanitized, opened new from the packs that they sanitized and put into sealed packets, amazing. Won't be back. Decided to try this place out since it is new and near my house. The place smelled ok and looked pretty clean, but I noticed a few things that are not ok - reusing tools and nail techs using their personal phones while working. I should have just left, but was short on time so I stayed. Just as the woman was starting to work on my callouses her phone rang VERY loudly and I guess it startled or distracted her and she took a chunk of live skin off the bottom of my foot. I went in for a simple eyebrow wax. The technician was extremely rough. She did not prep my eyebrows for the waxing process. The wax was extremely hot and she did not cool it down. You get what you pay for. The lady who did my nails was so rough when pushing back my cuticle that when she sprayed the alcohol I nearly hit the ceiling! No one offered us a drink until I asked...after the lady who came in 25 minutes after us was seated and offered a drink. Also, I find it very disrespectful to say something in another language to all of the other nail stylist and they all look up and stare at you. So rude. Was in the neighborhood and desperately needed a pedicure. Swung by this new nail salon and I'm so glad I did! It was decently busy for a Sunday afternoon but I didn't have to wait very long. It was super clean and well decorated and the staff were friendly and did an amazing job. As soon as I sat down, I was offered a glass of wine and the massage chairs were delightful.There's a menu of different options - definitely something for everyone and I thought the prices were really fair. WORST PLACE EVER!! Went there 4 days ago to get shillac and pedicure done. Lady did such a bad job that my shillac came out in 2 days. She was having so much attitude and was in so much hurry that she didn't even gave enough time to dry nails and didn't even file properly as they were still rough on the edges once she was done. I asked her to fix it and she gave me very bad look as if how dare I was asking her to fix it!She took me to pedicure chair and had problem starting the massage chair buttons as i asked her to do it because it was new tech . she did that after i asked her twice like she did favour on me. That was extreme when I asked her to cut my toe nails shorter so it will not hurt me in shoes . She said "WHY DON'T YOU CUT YOUR NAILS YOURSELF BECAUSE I MIGHT CUT YOUR TOES AND BLOOD MIGHT COME OUT . IF YOU WANT YOUR NAILS SHORTER CUT IT YOURSELF." That was it ! I decided to go this place because it was fairly new, about 2 weeks since it had opened. As soon as I walked in I noticed this place was pretty vacant. I'm assuming they still needed to decorate.I went in for a refill and color change & I got suckered in for a pedicure. While doing my nails the lady filing my nails down hurt me several times to the point that I screamed out loud.  I can handle pain but it was a heated pain & it was horrible. She said she sorry and I continued to work. Once she was done  I noticed my nails very chunky,  I get gel polish, but my nails seem very uneven. My index finger on my left hand seems flat and not realistic. This alone makes me not want to come back.       Also while getting my nails done my fiance decided to run errands while I got my nails done and of course he finished before I did   so hr cones inside and decides to do his feet. Mind you he has never done his feet before so this was new to him. All the while the woman doing his pedicure had a bothered face as if of his feet were horrific .  I'm not saying he has the best feet but if it's your job your bound to encounter someone with bad feet. My fiance feeling embarrassed said he promised his other foot was not as bad as the other, the lady then laughed out loud saying she did not notice a difference.                          All in all this was not the experience I was hoping for and would not come back.
