If I could post 0 stars I would. To try and keep it short, friend and I went in for mani pedi late Sunday afternoon. We had pedicures (which were nicely done) and SNS dip powder manicures (which were horribly done). The same nail tech did both sets of dip powder, Tom. By the next day, Monday, my right finger was chipped and lifting. I called the salon and was informed to come back for fixing. I wasn’t in town, but they seemed willing to accommodate me when I got back in town. Ok, I thought. However, my friend sent me a pic where a sizeable chunk of her powder nails was also missing. Fast forward to today (day3) and about 5 of my nails are lifted. Not chipped, but the dip powder is actually separating from my nail bed. I call back and I can’t speak to the manger, Tina (or so I’mTold) and was told no refund. Why? Because ppl mess up their nails and try to scamThe salon to get free services. That’s not what I’m doing. We received subpar service and I do not want to come back to give you a second try. There’s no reason (that’s my fault) for my nails or my friend’s to be peeling or separating, esp. so soon. Theyre lifting and peeling off due to improper application (fault of the nail tech/salon) and I can’t even receive a PARTIAL refund? I’m not asking for my tip back. I’m not asking for a full refund. Just a partial refund for the shoddy dip Powder manicures. TL;DR: horrible dip powder manicures peeling an chipping in 24 hrs. No refund. Unable to speak with manager. Unsatisfied customers. I won’t be back or recommend this salon to anyone. UPDATE 5/30/18: I had to remove the nails. They were unsightly. After removal I noticed that my nails were over-filed around the cuticle area. They are red and sore. Manager still won’t refund me even with the irreparable damage to my nails. Read Less

Went there to do my eyelashes and get my nails done and I was told that my eyelashes would last a whole week and they started coming off the same day it was done than in a week nail broke and now one just came off I am very upset because I was told that they would last two weeks. I am very disappointed because I liked the person who did my nails but I am never going back!!!! Horrible experience! Read Less

I paid 40 for my nails. I was upset that my nails ended up being so much shorter. Smh. This is a dip color powder not shellac. First time there, was not impressed. Beware of a place that doesn't show prices up front. Read Less

This was my 3rd time going. The first time I really liked my nails so I went there for a refill, my acrylic nails weren’t shiny after a week. I went back for a refill this past week and tried a different technician and it was worse. Read Less

I received full service as a new customer on 05-23-17. Between 05-23 and 06-03 I returned three times to have my pedicure redone - polish lumpy and uneven and it began to peal- my nails redone twice because the Shellac began coming off in flakes in both instance within three days. I noticed customer service was not standard. Some customers were offered beverages some were not. Only one technician offered a stamped Prestige card and explained the promotion. Extremely frustrating experience - a total waste of my time and my money. We all have bad days. I loved my experience here! I had the pleasure of having Mrs. Joann to do my nails! She was so friendly & willing to do whatever I wanted to my nails.. I got the chrome nails... AMAZING! Absolutely horrible experience. My pedicure was okay but my nails and eyebrows are horrible and I have a reunion to go to this weekend. The lady Chi did my nails and not only are they uneven, the polish is clumpy and has nail dust in it. Her excuse was my cuticle is big. I had her redo 3 and she did it with an attitude as if I messed my own nails up. I hate I didn't drive the extra miles to Crystal nail salon in Webster. My eyebrows are uneven .. One arched and one straight. Her excuse was that one eyebrow is thinner than the other. If that is the case then how was everyone else who I've been to never had that problem. Just moved to Pearland but I prefer to keep my old nail tech in Webster. Maybe she I'd having a bad day. Not sure but my advise is to get some else or go to another nail shop. I'm going to my old tech so they can fix it before I go out of town. I wish I could get my money back. I tip big for good service because nowadays it is so rare. Read Less

The price is high but I go in looking like heck come out with feet, eyebrow, eyelashes and hands on point!!! I don't even like getting my eyebrows done and adding extensions but they make you look so lovely and the staff is perfect!!!
