My first time here and it was wonderful! I just got the Regular Me pedicure which was $25 + $15 for shellac, so typical prices here around Pearland. All the ladies were super wonderful! I was a walk in, no, i didnt come close to closing time, however the person who greeted me was okay, asked me what I would like to drink and then proceeded to NEVER get it for me. I believe the nail polish used is cheap because it hasn't even been a couple days and my nails look like crap. The person who did my nail design also tried to be lazy, so she had to re-do the design and made it cuter which is why there are 2 instead of 1 star. I do not recommend this place nor will I go back. Horrible horrible attitudes on the manicurist here. This place has gone downhill since it opened. I am not sure if she deliberately tried to do a horrible job or she just wasn't skilled. Way overpriced for the job they do! I will never go back! Read Less

I can only testify to my own experience but this was the worst shellac mani I've had. Firstly there was not enough prep before going after my cuticles...they had me soak my nails in cold water, not warm, and the cuticle trimming was too aggressive and painful. Filing was not smooth I still have roughness on my nails. Also I'm finding small chunks of polish underneath the nails after leaving. The uv exposure needs to be a full 60 seconds for each coat and they rushed it. And I don't understand why I got two layers of base, 4 layers color, then 2 layers top coat. ultimately my nails look MESSY, not clean and sleek the way i expected. The one in river oaks NEVER did it this way nor has any other salon in Pearland The pedi was unsatisfactory because the person again was rushing and not being careful, clipped too much nail on the side and caused pain. Temperature of the water used to rinse off was too hot as were the towels and paraffin wax used. My only regret is failing to give more clear expectations on what to do but why do you need to coach on concepts like the above mentioned observations? To be fair the staff is friendly and offers you a drink, the lady responsible for the pedicure apologized and remained professional, the layout of the place is appealing and the management was receptive to the feedback. This place is under new management. It's way better than before. The services are excellent. Linda and Tina does a beautiful set of nails, while Mindy and Van give the best pedicure, especially the Ice cream pedi. Read Less
