The nail salon was poorly organized, and I was accompanied by my fiance who was supposed to get a manicure, and six pack men's pedicure $60 (they forgot about the manicure). We were not going to wait for them to wait for them to arrange for another manicurist so we paid and left.
While I was there I was sittibg next to a woman who after a week needed her shellac COMPLETELY redone, and the manager brefusedbto let anyone else, but the woman who originally completed her manicure to do them since "they work on commission".
$40 SNS dip my thumb nail is crooked per Tina, and I was left with blue stains on my hands. I will continue making the drive to Cozy Nails with Twin.

I had two experiences here. I (thought I did anyway) explained that I would like a service to enhance the look and strength of my natural nails. You know - a little something, something. I asked for referrals since I normally don't do anything fancy, just buff or natural polish. After a suggestion and sample done one a nail tip, I agreed to have the powder nails done to a tune of about $65 for what I (thought I) wanted. Something went horribly wrong. When she was done, I was confused. My hands were ugly. Honestly, I felt really bad because I saw how much work went into it, but could not find it in me to pay. Yes, she was pissed and started speaking her native language and got another tech and manager involved.
Anyway... the manager and I both discussed and agreed on a new tech and service. Kay saved the day. The gel nail american manicure with simple designs on my ring fingers were exactly what I was looking for.
I returned with my husband for a mani/pedi for us both and brow/lip wax for myself. I used a different tech thinking, "she already has the blueprint, how do you mess this up?". Welp, she did. Because the gel nails dry so hard, they soak and file the residue away. Unfortunately too much with those brittle files used to shape acrylic nails - on my natural nails. UGH!!! Surely you understand it took months for my nails to outgrow that.
I paid (well) for all services rendered, but truly only got one exceptional service. The 3 star review is to be fair. Kay is a very passionate and detailed nail artist. The manager was very accommodating and understanding when the original tech and I had our 'disagreement' and assured me I was not expected to pay for a service I did not love. Good customer service is hard to find - especially in these environments - these days. On another note, the salon itself is truly nice and tranquil with tons (maybe too many) options to pamper yourself.
If you treat yourself often and know what you want, you may have much better success than I did. Proceed with caution.

My experience here is always relaxing. My husband and I treat ourselves to manicures and pedicures with the massage. We see Mia & Fi Fi and are never disappointed. The staff is welcoming and friendly....
My experience here is always relaxing. My husband and I treat ourselves to manicures and pedicures with the massage. We see Mia & Fi Fi and are never disappointed. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed with soft music. The organic products have helped my nails grow naturally. We are always offered a beverage of choice. We feel very pampered when we go. We visit once a month and my nails and toe polish last that long. (I get the dip service on my nails) We've tried several other places in the area but have found a new home. We've been ccoming here for more than a year. The prices are a little bit higher than a few other salons but definitely worth it. You pay for what you get. Consistent service, friendly service, relaxed visit and an end product that makes you look great. We schedule appointments to make it easy.

I had my real finger nails "dipped"- no tips added. My two friends had tips put on and the cost for my nails was the same as theirs- $50.00. The woman who dipped my nails charged me the fee, so she knew I had my real nails done in a french manicure- nothing special. I asked a couple of times if the charge was correct. I won't go back- that price was outrageous!

I have been coming here for two and a half years. I can't say enough good things about Christina and her staff. Anne is my go to for nails. She is able to create and / or recreate any and all of the ideas I've been able to come up with. Organic Nails is an extension of my home. I can come here to relax, catch up with friends, and have a glass of wine. I have enjoyed several of their personalized services, from the basic mani/pedi to facials and massages. There is no drama here, stations are always clean as are the pedi chairs. No high pressure add on sales.. Just a wonderful welcoming spa that I call home!Look no further when you're looking for a family friendly professional place to get your nails, toes, and everything else done!

I have been twice in the last few weeks. Both times I was seated right away. The first shellac manicure looked ok at first but started peeling off in a week. Odd! So my son and I went back so I could get mine done again and he wanted a manicure. They were great with him (no commentary thank goodness - and he even got little cats on his thumbs that look awesome!) and mine look amazing. No peeling this time. Well priced too - we will be back!

I had been coming here since they opened and fairly satisfied until today when a tech refused to cut an ingrown nail for my mother. No problem just have someone else do it. Well the owner got involved and made a scene about how everyone can't do ingrown nails. It was unnecessary and shocking considering the fact that I was just there the day before for the same thing without issues. The techs are ok but the owner is very unpleasant. Not the first time I'd had an issue with her manners. I won't wait for a third time. And they nickel & dime you for everything. Time to find another nail salon.

My daughter & I went here this morning, totally amazed by this place. They are certified organic, it's clean, very neat, and the staff are nice. I forgot to get the names of my pedicure lady & manicure lady name but they were both so nice and very welcoming. My manicure lady also painted my 4 year old daughters nail and kept it very professional and accommodated to my little girls need. They offer drinks, even wine or an alcoholic beverage. I had gotten the milk + honey manicure & pedicure it was blissful and when it came to the massaging time they also set a timer for you to see so you know they didn't cut your whole pedicure and manicure time short! I loved that, and I will be coming back again

I recently visited this location to get a relaxing pedicure. I ended up asking for the milk and honey pedicure which was about 70 minutes long and cost $60. My pedicure was great and Mindy did a good job up until it got time to paint my toes. I had paint everywhere and the paint was so thick! I didn't say anything about it though. Then when it was time to pay I didn't have cash on me so I tipped on my credit card. The owner pretty much scolded me when I tipped my lady $10 (even though I wasn't that happy with the paint). She made me feel horrible about not having cash and told me to make sure I stop and get cash for the "next time" I come in. I couldn't believe how unprofessional and tacky she was to me. Sure lady, I'll go out of my way the "next time" I come in.

I really enjoyed going to this salon, but today I had a horrible experience when I questioned a price. Two weeks ago, I took my daughter (9 yrs old) for a color change and mini pedicure. I was charged $5 for a color change, plus $5 for French color for her hands. For her feet, I was charged $15 for her mini pedicure totaling $25. However, today I was told that her charge would be $30 when I asked why, I was told that it was $15 for her hands, plus $15 for her feet. I knew the charge for her hands were a mistake so I thought that I would just wait until I get upfront to question it. When I went upfront, I questioned it, but was attacked with attitude, even one person shouting from the back "Oh my God". They tried to give me several excuses saying that she received a manicure to "oh because she isn't sitting in a booster seat to receive the mini pedicure then that charge was $20 instead of $15. Beware of their prices and their rudeness when questioned. I have been going there for awhile and really enjoyed the ambiance; however, I will save a few dollars and go somewhere cheaper with more respect and consistent pricing!

My mom recently had surgery and the trip to the nail salon was one of her first outings in a while...everyone made her feel amazing! I love that ONS offers quality products and services, ample amount of polishes to choose from, choice of beverage with your service, great pricing options and a nice environment. There are lots of choices when it comes to nail salons in Pearland, but Organic... Nails Spa is my choice for the best combination of everything I look for. Friendly and Inviting professional service in a great environment. PS. You must get a massage from Marlen. I am usually reluctant to get massages at a "nail salon" and I often prefer Full service spa's for the ambiance and environment. BUT Marlen delivered an Amazing massage for a great price that exceeded my expectation...Love her! See More

The nail salon was poorly organized, and I was accompanied by my fiance who was supposed to get a manicure, and six pack men's pedicure $60 (they forgot about the manicure). We were not going to wait for them to wait for them to arrange for another manicurist so we paid and left.

I have been coming here for two and a half years. I can't say enough good things about Christina and her staff. Anne is my go to for nails. She is able to create and / or recreate any and all of the ideas I've been able to come up with. Organic Nails is an extension of my home. So my son and I went back so I could get mine done again and he wanted a manicure. They were great with him (no commentary thank goodness - and he even got little cats on his thumbs that look awesome!) and mine look amazing. No peeling this time. Well priced too - we will be back!

I really enjoyed going to this salon, but today I had a horrible experience when I questioned a price. Two weeks ago, I took my daughter (9 yrs old) for a color change and mini pedicure. I was charged $5 for a color change, plus $5 for French color for her hands. For her feet, I was charged $15 for her mini pedicure totaling $25. However, today I was told that her charge would be $30 when I asked why, I was told that it was $15 for her hands, plus $15 for her feet. I knew the charge for her hands were a mistake so I thought that I would just wait until I get upfront to question it. When I went upfront, I questioned it, but was attacked with attitude, even one person shouting from the back "Oh my God". They tried to give me several excuses saying that she received a manicure to "oh because she isn't sitting in a booster seat to receive the mini pedicure then that charge was $20 instead of $15. Beware of their prices and their rudeness when questioned. I have been going there for awhile and really enjoyed the ambiance; however, I will save a few dollars and go somewhere cheaper with more respect and consistent pricing!

I love that ONS offers quality products and services, ample amount of polishes to choose from, choice of beverage with your service, great pricing options and a nice environment. There are lots of choices when it comes to nail salons in Pearland, but Organic... Nails Spa is my choice for the best combination of everything I look for. Friendly and Inviting professional service in a great environment. PS. You must get a massage from Marlen. I am usually reluctant to get massages at a "nail salon" and I often prefer Full service spa's for the ambiance and environment. BUT Marlen delivered an Amazing massage for a great price that exceeded my expectation...Love her! See More
