If you want your nails perfect, don’t come here. They do a really crappy job and it’s not neat at all. The end of my nails are uneven, she even cut me twice because she wasn’t paying attention. the lady who did them was not friendly. The brushes you use after you get them done, had rust on them... and the faucet had Mildew coming from the stream of water. So if you like to be clean... again, don’t come here. I have been going to this place since I was in high school and it just keeps going downhill. All they care about is running up your tab. I made an appointment for 6:30 last Wednesday for a manicure, powder, and pedicure.. they rushed as fast they could because they were ready to go home. I was tired and ready to go home too so I didn’t even argue with the lady that did my nails and charged me for a manicure. She didn’t trim my criticals, use oil or lotion or even cut my nails before doing powder after I specifically asked. I was so fed up and ready to get out there that I just paid it and left. My (powder) nails starting peeling and chipping off on Monday of the next week. What a joke. I do not take my grandmother there anymore because if they move her to another table farther away from me, they take advantage of her and do the most they can to run her tab up. They’re ridiculous. Been coming here for years. Lily is amazing on feet, expectancy if you want a design or decoration on big toe. Kate is the master nail person. If you want a basic nails done. Any girl works but if you want ombre nails , chrome or anything specialized.. KATES your girl. Read Less

While plp complain about their high prices thank god thats not my problem, I'm disappointed i rate this place as a Really bad customer service!!! No one wanted to do my pedicure just because i was hispanic and had my two daughters with me really disappointed with these ladys arguing in for of my daughters saying that she doesnt want to do your pedicure and bla bla ! Lauren is the lady who I love and will only see for my services she is amazing and a gem that was hard to find. It's hard to find someone that you can trust and go to all the time and will always have the same outcome as far as services and just customer service. Please make sure to ask ahead of time what all they charge for! I will pay for what I know I will be charged for, but they kept trying to up charge and I kept refusing. Nails II is a Pearland family owned business who isn't in the newest digs in Pearland but you will not find this level of experience at some of the newer places. The owner of the shop, Kate, is not only amazing at doing nails, she also runs a very good business as evidenced by the number of loyal customers and employees. They utilize the latest in products as well as techniques to ensure cleanliness. I've been going here for years and highly recommend you try it if you haven't. You will not be disappointed!! I used to go here all the time. Yesterday I wanted a pedicure with shellac and glitter on top. I opted for a $30 pedicure and my final bill was $50! No design nothing but glitter on top. I feel I was way overcharged! I will not return! Go elsewhere! Read Less

Just had a pedicure here and was pretty underwhelmed. Massage chairs are old and you barely feel anything. Sign says complimentary wine and mimosas, but I was never asked if I wanted anything.  The lady I had took very little time with each step which resulted in poor trimming of my cuticles, sloppy polish and a very stingy top coat that left a dull sheen on my toes instead of a shine. The best nail tech is Kate. She is wonderful! I rated 2 stars for this reason. I've been coming here and to the nail salon down Pearland Parkway, Cinderella Nails. Cinderella is much nicer, cleaner and they do a better job. But Nails 2 is cheaper and is closer to my house. HOWEVER, I took my daughter in to get shellac only today and they tried to charge me $25!!! When I said something, she lowered it to $20. $20??? For a 7 year old. That's insane. I asked for shellac and she said they gave her a manicure too. I didn't ask for a manicure, I asked for shellac. Cinderella Nails charges $10 for children's shellac. Because of this, I will probably not be going back. If Kate were there, I'm sure this would not have happened. She is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. Im going to keep this post short. This nail shop was the most horrible experience I've had in a while. The only good thing I have to say is the techs were nice. So very disappointed - spent a little mother daughter time with my kiddo and she suggested we go here. I thought no problem she uses them so I gave it a try....  Anyhow get there and they got us in pretty quickly and we bought the $40.00 hot stone package the massage was great, but the pedicure was less than desirable.   They scrubbed the bottoms of my feet and heels and missed a little of the callous on my big toe, all while watching the TV behind her & cut my nails and that's about it, they forgot to clean up the dead skin they forgot to push the cuticles back and the paint job was beyond sloppy, left paint on my toes...  Never mind the terrible "design"   My daughters toes turned out pretty, I guess I just pulled the wrong person :(  I paid and left but I'll NEVER return here and will never recommend this place to anyone. I used to go here a few years ago but they changed management or owners and got sloppy. About 2 mid ago I was in need of manicure and in a hurry so I stopped in and was very impressed with Kellie and the cleanliness that had been put in effect. Unfortunately Kellie currently only works weekends but if if want to try them out go on the weekend and ask for her, maybe if more people ask for her she'll increase her schedule.
