Today was my first time going here. I got in and was treated quickly for my full set. It was a good experience. The prices are a little steep but you receive good service. My nails came out great and the lady was nice. The only reason I have it 4 stars was because I was never offered a drink. Everyone who came in after me and was seated by the guy I was seated by as offered a drink. I was warmly greet as I walked in this nail salon. Both the owner and staff smiled at me and helped me to choose services. That was first impression. Second, the nail salon is super nice and clean. They have a huge selection of nail polishes and shellac colors that you can match your hands and feet. They also have a reward program that you can earn from your visits. Extra point for them is the 10day warranty. You can come back in 10 days if you need your nails fixed. I have been going to Milano since they opened. Brayan, the owner is great. If I see a color that I love he always orders it for me so that he has it in for my next appointment. Jacqueline is always accommodating when I call and she always greets me with a smile. Helen does my nails and Tracy does my pedicure. I can't say enough about these two ladies other than they are the best. My sister and teenage daughters also go here and only have had wonderful experiences. We also have used Tim for nails if Helen is not available. He does a fantastic job! I drive 30 minutes to get to Milano and it is very worth it. I had a great experience today. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel important. I was seated right away and offered a complimentary drink. I brought a picture of what I wanted and they did an amazing job matching the color. The salon was very clean, quiet and didn't smell like nail products. When I went to pay I learned that they have a rewards system and a 10 day guarantee. I will be coming here from now on! I had been a loyal customer to my old nail salon for 12 years, but I needed to move on to keep up with the times. After reading all of the 5 star reviews on Milano Nail Spa I had to check this place out and let me tell you I am so glad I did! First off the customer service is top notch. They lead me to my chair, asked what I would like to drink, then sat with me to discuss how I wanted my nails done. After picking my color for my toes, Tim quickly got started on my hands. Tin...a came over about 5 minutes later and also handed me a menu on what type of pedicure I wanted. I chose the $35.00/35 minute deluxe package. Let me just say Tim was very friendly and talkative but most of all excellent at his craft. My white powder natural ombre nails came out beautifully. Tina also did a wonderful job taking her time on my toe nails and messaging my legs and feet at the end. When I went to pay I was surprised to find out they have a rewards point system each visit and once you reach 15 points/15.00 you can use it towards future services. There's also a 10 day guarantee on your nails. If you break or chip a nail you can come back and get it replaced on them. I had such a great experience here. The lady, Jackie, at the front desk is very warm and welcoming. You can tell when the recurring customers was through the door because she greets them by name. She ensures, after some time, that you're comfortable. They offer drinks, a little ore than just sodas and water . They have an making selection of colors. James did my shellac manicure and Tina did my pedicure. Both came out beautifully. I, of course messed my toe nail polish up getting out of the chair and Tina was more than happy to fix it. The best nail shop I've been to in a long time! They are so attentive to all their clients needs and do a great job even when they're busy. I went on a very busy Sunday and there was long wait times but they made sure to talk to each customer who had to wait to let them know that they were not forgotten and would be taken care of. LOVE this nail salon! All of the other yelp reviews encouraged me to try it out since it's only 10 minutes away from my house. My mom and sister are in town so I figured today was the day. They definitely did not disappoint. The customer service is AMAZING! As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted and asked what services we wanted. After picking out our colors (which they have MANY to choose from), they sat us down in the back pedicure area which is super cute and relaxing. The place itself is huge. Plenty of space for their customers. Once we sat down, they handed us the drink menu where you can complimentary soda, wine or mimosas and they REFILL them before it even gets to the bottom. Now THATS good service. We got the express pedicure for $25 which comes with a relaxing neck pillow and your typical pedicure services. I love this place. I'll definitely be back. Side note - be sure to book an appointment so that you do not have to wait. We walked in so we had to wait about 15 minutes before they actually started on us.
