Not sanitary. Dirty wax was used for my eyebrows. My eyes are now covered in a rash. I get my eyebrows waxed often so this is not due to sensitive skin. Any clean salon knows you should not double dip the wax stick. That is a great way to spread things to other people. Will not be returning. Read Less

I have been coming here for about two years; however, after today this will be my last. The young lady that was working on my pedicure was too busy trying to see who was walking in the door. She did a half ass job. While I was getting my nails dried I had to repolish them myself. They were even rude to my 8 year old daughter. When I paid the lady couldn't even say thank you. I understand it was a busy day but be blessed you had a lot of costumers that wanted your service but you don't have to worry about this one ever coming back!✌🏽 Read Less

Do not go to this nail salon. They mess up your nails and they are extremely rude and they talk about you the entire time you're in and I'll give you dirty looks do not go here cause I will mess up your nails we won't be able to take them off and they don't listen to anything you say . Read Less

Went in with my daughter and the kids chair was so destroyed I just asked for a big chair for her. They did fine with my daughters mini pedicure but didn't listen to which colors she wanted and did them backwards, good thing my daughter is pretty easy going.However, I asked for shellac manicure. The lady was so rough and pulled my cuticles, it was painful. She was rushing and left my nails filed to a square nub. When I asked her to round them off, she got annoyed and barely fixed it. Then I told her I had on a clear coat and did she get it off, because I could still see it, and she just buffed them again being so rough! At this point I just told her to stop. My nails were already filed down to nothing and judging by her work thus far, the polish would have been a disaster. They charged me $10 for mine! No apologies offered, even the lady next to me was shocked at how rough she was being with me. We won't return. Read Less

I'm impressed.It's not the newest or nicest looking salons but it has an inviting and comforting feel. I was greeted immediately and warmly, I voiced my request and they sat me down, ready to go.I needed a little time to choose the colour I wanted, they were patient and even gave me some space to decide. It can be uncomfortable if someone is sitting right in front of you whilst you try to figure it out. I'm indecisive and the added pressure stresses me out. First world problems, I know. So we got to business, she was very diligent, even cleaning up each individual nail after every coat (which is a lot when getting gel). She did it so efficiently that I didn't feel like it was adding more time to the process. I've had a hard time finding a nail salon that I like since moving to Houston almost 2 years ago. "Oh I think that I found myself a cheerleader" Wait, that doesn't make sense, whatever, I broke out into song because I'm pumped I found this place!
