My first experience was great. However not my second and third. Left with lumpy nails. Both times the owner Kevin was very polite and did his best to correct the shape of the previous nail tech. I absolutely love this new spot! I loved the atmosphere and my technician BeBee! Got a pedicure and BeBee took her time, didn’t rush me, and I left feeling like I had an actual SPA EXPERIENCE and it wasn’t just a name on a building false advertising. BeBee was very friendly and professional. This was my 1st time and I had a great experience. Only thing is I would work on my eyebrows more but honestly I loved BeBee’s disposition so much that it didn’t even matter! This honestly is the best nail shop experience I have ever had. I came in with one other female, and two males. We had no wait on a Friday. The staff made sure all of us were comfortable and relaxed. My nail tech was Jay, and he did a great job on my solar/powder nails (not super thick at the base of the nail). He was very precise, and it only took him 35 minutes. Fashio has become my go to nail salon mainly because the owner is super nice! Kevin is very friendly, welcoming and will go out of his way to accommodate you. I've been coming here since about a month after they opened (on the recommendation of a friend). They are still fairly new & so are most of the employees. As a person who's been getting manis & pedis for almost 25 years, I can tell when someone is not sure of themselves or is new. I've had this experience a couple times here & Kevin has had to correct the work. Now, I simply ask for Kevin or Ann. If they aren't available, then I just leave. FASHIO Nail Spa was wonderful! We had a large birthday party there all getting our nails done, and because of the inclement weather, every one of us was late, but they never made us feel rushed or out of place. Everyone loved their nails, and the bride was really happy with her treatment. One of the ladies in our party was in a wheelchair, and they were able to accommodate her, without making it seem awkward. It's set up very well for large groups, and making a reservation was easy! After some very disappointing salon experiences, I literally stumbled on this place after complementing the manicure of a sales associate at a retail store. I went to see Ann, and let me tell you - I can tell I will be seeing her regularly for a long time to come. She was very polite, friendly, professional and most importantly, she listened to me. I can honestly say that I have not had so much attention on my nails in many years. Wow! Fashio is a nice place to get your nails done. Michael did my nails and I am very pleased and may I say its very hard to please! This place has an open bar literately everybody gets unlimited drinks at no charge. I will definitely be back! The place is really nice. The service is not exceptional. It kinda insulting when the people around speaks a different language and starts laughing while their cleaning your feet and the one next to you. So you don't know if they are laughing about your feet  or what. The manicure was not well polished. It was kinda done in a rush. I did a shellac mani and spa pedi. They forgot to charge my mani but when I reminded them they are charging me a paraffin something that I didn't have. A guy massage my hand after the mani but I didn't know if that was the paraffin that they are talking about. It was more of an application of lotion than a massage. I went to Amanda to get a mani and pedi. She is the best! She took her time and really did an amazing job. I am pregnant and my feet and legs are sore - she made it so relaxing and did a great job. This place stinks - literally. Before I even started my pedicure I told the tech I may need to leave as the smell of chemicals is extremely overwhelming and it's also apparent that someone is smoking in the salon. Luckily I was taken to the back room where the smell was "slightly" better but I was blinded by club-style disco lightning. Very unsophisticated if you're trying to entice me to spend $50 on a pedicure. The decor is tacky and cheap looking. Overall I felt this salon presented a dirty, tacky atmosphere where the services are anything but nice. The tech did okay but continually messed with a cut on her hand under her glove and after removing her glove licked the wound. I could not even make this up. This will be my last visit. This nail shop is the epitome of customer service. I brought my 97 year old grandmother and for those taking care of elderly and/or disable family members you'll want to pay attention to this review. Not only did they provide a waterless pedicure (collagen) for her (current medical condition doesn't warrant standard pedicures) but they brought the wax to her to service her in the chair to prevent unnecessary walking and the staff assisted her in getting in and out the pedicur...e chair and made her feel comfortable the entire duration of service. We had been going to a nail shop about a block over near the neighborhood Wal Mart but was unsatisfied with how they catered to the elderly. I am elated that I made the decision to give someone else a try because it was definitely worth it. Had really expected more from a nice new salon in the neighborhood. The quality of my mani and pedi were not very good. My tech missed cutting/treating my dead skin and cuticles and left off painting some of my nail closest to my finger. The areas where if you just rotate my finger a tiny bit you can see it. Wow!! I have had tons of pedicures and nail treatments and this place takes the cake! Salon is clean and decorated nicely. They are very thorough and detailed. Did not rush through the process. They offered a drink which I did not have, but they appeared to be mimosa. They put a heat wrap on my shoulders and I drifted off into complete relaxation. I had a deluxe pedicure, shellac on my fingernails and eyebrow wax. All 3 ladies were complete professionals. The person that did my pedicure was fine up until he painted my nails. I had asked for a design (at the beginning of my service) and "everyone was too busy" and he couldn't do one. The nail tech who worked my manicure worked pure magic. She performed color hombre with pink, purple, blue on my nails as well as a holographic silver for my ring fingers. I told her my visit to the salon was because I would walk the stage for graduation later that day. It has been about two weeks and my nails are still visually pleasing. I was also referred to the salon by a friend and I see the quality. The salon has quality in the selection of nail polish to choose from. All of their nail polish and examples for shellac are neatly organized in the front of the salon. The employees cared about what the clients watched on TV. I also paid for a pedicure. I brought my girlfriend here who came to visit from out of town. We thought we would stop in for a quick pedicure. The people in the salon was very nice, but they lack a little bit of professionalism. Though they tried to provide snacks and drinks, I think the emphasis needs to be placed on doing a great job. I walked out with dry skin still on my foot, and a subpar pedicure all together. I paid $35, and they didn't seem to know which pedicure I was even asking for. Came to this place today to get a pedicure and some shellac on my nails. The guy who did my nails was about 40-50 year old. REALLY nice. He said he'd been doing nails for 30 years, but my nails/toes don't show that. I suggest if you want lots of customers have all your supplies ready. Then sit the customer down and start work. He kept leaving me sitting there?!? They sat me in the back room with the loud "calming" music. There was no movie showing. There were balloons just randomly floating. The guy was nice but not customer service oriented. He would tap my foot to let me know to put it down. Ok? I picked the 45 dollar pedicure, of course he was trying to up sale and get me to pick the 70 $$ pedi. Not today. I picked regular nail polish on my feet. An up close look and you see bubbles. It seemed as if he didn't know what the package I picked came with. He went and got hot paraffin and I do not like paraffin. I specifically picked a package that didn't have that. I picked the one with cooling gel. I'm not sure if this is what he was supposed to do but he put the cooling gel sloppily all over my feet and legs them wrapped hot towels over that. I didn't find it relaxing. Then he wiped the gel off, but didn't really because there's still blue stuff on my feet. Sloppy! When he did my hands he put THREE coats of clear shellac before putting the color. Ugh! Then he started to paint one finger at a time and have me put one hand with one finger painted in the UV light while he paints the other and so forth. I think it's a lot faster if you just paint the whole hand and onto the next. But suit yourself. He couldn't focus either while he was doing my fingernails, he kept looking up and looking around or talking in his language. I tried to make small talk but he just would say yeah or nod. ?!? Ok. I had to ask him if he could paint my whole nail, the sides were bare. He corrected that. When I went to pay the lady asked several times is everything ok. I really didn't feel like sitting there and listing my issues. I was already there for 2 hours. I wanted to go. He also said that it was 20% off. But they only took 20% off of the pedi. Anyway I had tipped him before we got to the counter. Well I signed my receipt and I didn't put a tip and the lady hurried and said something in their language. Pretty sure it was about me not leaving a tip. And he responded. Prob telling her I tipped already. Rude! Can you wait till I leave ?!
